Battery test

They aren't thorough. I came in for a diagnostic because I was getting an intermittent check engine light and my push to start button would sometimes blink orange. The technician, I think his name was Spencer came back and told me the issue was the battery. Now, while I will admit that the cold crank amps were low, the battery itself was outputting 12.4v and generally the car was starting without an issue. When I asked "what about the error codes I was receiving?" I was quickly dismissed with a "When the battery is bad it throws out all types of error codes". I'm disappointed because even after replacing the battery with one with higher CCA, I'm still getting an intermittent check engine light with the same error codes (see attachment) I reported to the staff before. P0421 Code: Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 1). I wouldn't recommend these guys to anyone, from the other reviews I've read here it doesn't sound like they know what they are doing, even with lug nut torque...

I brought my car into the dealership on November 8th to diagnose an issue with the front end. While in the shop the technician working on the vehicle lifted the hood so far that it popped the support strut off then proceeded to slam the hood down on the strut causing damage to my hood and fender. Gullo mazda refuses to take responsibility for the damage nor provide compensation for the damage they caused to my vehicle. I have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealer... but NEVER again!!!! This is not the first time this maintenence department has caused issues. On one visit they left the tire lock on the hood of the car and as I drove away I saw it roll off into the windshield wiper valley, the wheels where not tightened down fully and I had to toughen them down myself at the house. Another time they replaced the cabin filter but failed to correctly install it or put the glove back together correctly, another visit they improperly inflated the tires to a higher amount and caused damage to the tires. This maintenance department is incompetent and unprofessional, and anyone having work done here... beware your taking your own life and safety into your own hands when trusting these people to do any work to your vehicle!!!!

I will NEVER BUY FROM GULLO AGAIN!!! Took my daughter's 2018 CX3 in because her AC stopped blowing cold air. She had a small fender bender that resulted in a minor crack in her front grill 6 months prior to AC stopped working. They called me at the end of the day telling me I need to pay for her body damage $4000 (for a grill) and that the fender bender had caused the leak in front so to repair AC would be an addition $700+ that was not under warranty since accident caused the leak. The air worked fine for 6 months after the very minor accident. Sooooo....roughly $5000 repair and NOTHING was given to me in writing. I had to ask to take a picture of the handwritten quote for the AC because nothing was provided to me. Reluctantly the woman in service agreed and that's when I snapped the picture that I attached. I declined to repair the car at that time and found a reputable mechanic to see what was actually going on. Sure enough the AC had a leak inside dash. Mechanic at that time told me that it was most definitely warranty work and to go to another Mazda dealer for repair. Thank goodness for Gilman Mazda and Charles at their service department. They also found the leak inside behind dash. They repaired the car in no time and offered to send an Uber to pick me up when car was ready! Gilman Mazda gets five stars from me. I will never buy another car from any Gullo dealership.

Wow!! What amazing service! I've never received this level of customer service…read more I was in a real bind searching for a new car for weeks, visiting countless dealerships and facing constant disappointments with inspection issues. Then I found Kings Automotive and Chandler, and everything changed! Even though Chandler couldn't personally inspect a car for me initially due to distance, he went above and beyond, offering invaluable advice and following up the next day. He spent a significant amount of time helping me identify potential cars based on my needs and shared his expertise on SUVs, which is what I was looking for. I hired Chandler for pre-purchase car search and inspection. He agreed to accompany me to dealerships to find and buy a car. He was amazing! Today we confirmed that we would meet at 9am at the first dealership. When I arrived, Chandler was already hard at work, inspecting the car when I arrived. He meticulously examined it, took a test drive, shared his knowledge as he pointed out items I needed to be aware of. Luckily, the car was in pretty good shape but he identified an issue with the lights, and even negotiated with the dealership to get it fixed. Thanks to Chandler, I secured a fantastic car in just one morning after searching for weeks. I was under so much stress from the process, but Chandler made it look easy, all with a wonderful smile on his face! Chandler is responsive, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He has a high degree of integrity and is a hard worker. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a good mechanic and car-buying assistance. He's a rock star! I'm incredibly grateful for his help and he is exceptional. He deserves more than 5 stars! I strongly recommend him! It's rare to see this level of service. Thank you, Chandler and Kings Automotive.

On 4/22/2026, Chandler King the owner of King's Automotive changed the front brakes on my vehicle…read more I made the appointment on 4/20/2026 for today @ 9:00 am. He was on time, very professional and well mannered. He was a breath of fresh air. His work was meticulous. The job was finished within an hour and he even rotated my tires in the process. I highly recommend this young man and his company.

Don't waste your time unless you want a very rude person talking to you like a child. I know he…read moreprobably thought I forgot about reviewing him but I didn't. If I could give no stars I would. This was the most rudest encounter I've ever experienced and we hadn't even met yet. Just based on the phone call you can tell he is not really interested in hearing you and what you're trying to say about the problem with your vehicle he just wants to be sure he has an appointment bringing him money. He cut me off telling me " Look listen just go get this" and when I was trying to ask for clarification for the timing belt kit he hung up in my face. Then proceeded to lie and say it was an accident.. so why not call your customer back? Cause it was no accident especially with how I was cut off on the phone and he already seemed agitated. but I'm glad he showed his true colors cause that was $600 dollars that I gave to someone else who deserved it and did a fantastic job on my car. And I hope he don't come on here under my comment talking nonsense cause I have your number and you will get another piece of my mind, I promise you that. So don't comment at all just Do better. Businesses grow not only because of quality work but quality CUSTOMER SERVICE and he does NOT have that. I hope no one waste their money or time on this man. These 5 star reviews on here are being created by him or people he personally knows so his overall rating doesn't go down which puts him further down the list of quality mechanics on yelp and he knows that. He needs a full rebrand and restructure of the way he handles people and his business. You're better off finding someone else.
