Needed new tires and as luck would have all four simultaneously. I did some research looking for a decent tire that wouldn't break the bank. Found one that fit the bill and called the shop. Told the price on web was old and the current price was nearly $30 more. But Tirelink understands customer service and honoring their advertising, so in a minutes time I was told they would honor the published price and we made an appointment for the next day. Later that day I got a call telling me the tires were in early and I could come as soon as I liked. I stick to my original appointment for the next day and the experience elevated more. I rolled onto their lot behind a truck hauling a trailer and before I could even park, I was met and asked how I could be helped. What an amazing experience. That time came around when the threads are starting to show in my tires and I began the laborious chore of looking for good but not Mario Andretti tires for the car. We looked at discount tires, Walmart, Costco and others but it was Tirelink that caught my wife's eye and after a few calls we decided to try it. I went early in the morning thinking that they would be packed but I was pleasantly surprised that there was just one couple in front of me. I was also surprised that they opened the door 10 mins before the official opening time. (That doesn't happen at the other places.) They were very friendly and took care of me within 20 mins. Yep. Chris, the manager of this location, has been working with me for last two months trying to secure me a set of used tires in the size I needed. There were a couple of sets that became available, just not in the style I really wanted. Finally ended up making the decision to just go new and Chris was awesome. Had the tires ready for my truck when I pulled up at 3:30 in the afternoon. The lobby was packed so I was worried I would have to bring my truck back and was pleasantly surprised that they cleared all of their clients and myself in about an hour and 45 minutes. Ran to Hop Scholar for a beer while I waited and of course Tirelink kept the proper communication and updates with me. Brought three cars in last December (2020) got all 4 new tires and got them insured have been coming here since whenever the air is low or we have issues such as nails or random items that impacted the tires they fix them up if they can and if not they replace the entire tire since we got them insured. These guys are wonderful and deserve 5 stars indeed! I came here after a recent blowout, in need of my new spare tire to be mounted on a rim. I'm typically a Firestone girl, but I thought what the heck...let me just swing by here. I called ahead and spoke to Austin and ended up stopping by days later and met Herman who approached my car as soon as I arrived. He was so helpful! Within a few minutes I was in and out and heading home. It was such an easy after-work stop, and I'm so grateful. I know I would have been waiting much longer at Firestone. Not to mention -- They do free tire rotations, inspections, and airing even if you didn't buy the tires from them. Tirelink is seriously a breath of fresh air! They had some pretty nice rims in stock (I got a quote) and they said they'd mount all my tires after free of charge after purchasing. They were too pricey for my liking, so I'll keep shopping. I can't say enough good things about my experience here. As soon as I pulled into the parking lot, I was met with a smile and a handshake by one of the friendly employees. "How can we help you today, sir?" A stark contrast to walking into NTB off south loop and being ignored for 20 minutes while one person manned the desk with a scowl on her face. I showed him my tires and he immediately found them in stock in their warehouse. I came back the following morning and they immediately pulled into the stall. I sat in the comfortable waiting room where they had a fridge full of bottled water, a Kurig machine, and fresh Krispy Kreme doughnuts! Within 20 minutes I was checked out and driving away on a fresh set of treads! Definitely will be my shop of choice in the future! read more

So first off, if tire link is not your go to tire shop, you are not doing it right. Tire link hands down has to best customer service and makes discount tire look horrid. The entire team is amazing, companionate and seem happy overall. Never feel like I'm being pressured and honestly just some damn good guys. Something else is there product knowledge is always great, unlike other tire shops that seem to have to google the answers or are just rude instead of saying " I don't know" Not greedy, never looking to just make a quick buck off you, there mission seems to do what best suits your exact needs. Very fast, courteous and professional. Always kept me up to speed on the status of my vehicle and were willing to price match. There are two minor issues: 1. My car has the TPMS system that shows you the pressure in real time while driving. After leaving, the tire pressures were: 39psi, 37psi, 32psi, 34psi. (My car specifies 33psi for all 4 wheels) How did this happen? 2. They, like any Michelin dealer, will offer you a $70 mail-in or online rebate after completing the purchase. This rebate is essentially a scam. See here - https://iconnectdots.com/2017/09/michelin-tire-promo-essentially-scam.html (See the update regarding rebate handling by Costco - If small businesses like Tirelink could find a way to facilitate this rebate directly to the customer, I would have no problem with it, but as of now I am not going to cash in the rebate because of the opinion expressed below and in the blog post at the link.) It is not just Michelin, but also BF Goodrich and I think Firestone that participate in this program. To be fair, Tirelink didn't sell me on these tires on the basis of that rebate and it was only offered after I already paid, but there must be some economic incentive for these tire companies and dealers to get customers to submit their personal information. Then, the rebate clearinghouse (it's not Michelin, etc. fulfilling these rebates) will ask you again and again to re-submit the proof of purchase and will delay sending you the check for between months and years. It is also clearly an information harvesting operation with no "terms of service" indicating who and how often they will sell your information to, likely for the purposes of future marketing/spam attempts. All in all, Tirelink in Spring, TX is highly recommended and you can expect fast, friendly service. read more
