It may not be as cheap as the corner mechanic but at least you know you are paying for quality work and that it has a warranty if anything goes wrong. I gave 5 stars because of the personal touch. They have a prayer book in the corner. The waiting area and bathroom is clean. They offer you coffee while you're waiting. And they got the good creamers! Not the nasty powder stuff. The bathroom has a little basket with items to refresh yourself. Honestly was the best auto shop lounge area I've ever been in. I appreciate Bryan and Richard for taking care of my vehicle needs. I dropped my vehicle off while I was going out of town. When I returned, the car was not ready yet, as I had hoped to get it straight from the airport. I was thankful that they sent an Uber to take me back to the shop when the car was ready because I do not live close. It was only convenient to drop it there because it's not too far from IAH. Richard noticed something didn't sound right as I was about to leave and made sure it was fixed before I drove off.

The crew who provided the services were Alejandro(Hood) Gayland(Mgr.) Dominique(Pit/Mod). On 04/21/2023 I left to go out of town and started to hear a very loud sound under the hood of my car. So I pulled over @ an gas station in Dallas ,TX. Once I raised up the hood on my car I notice that a screwdriver was left up under my car just sitting there. I had to located a VW dealership in the area due to the loud noise. Once I was able to get my car there the service tech in Dallas, TX the tech stated he found that the front under tray shield was jammed into the fan. Which Gayland was the person who took it off and placed it back on incorrectly and who also is the store manager at the location. So I had to pay out of packet 480.34 to be able to return back home. I called to speak to Gayland who then ver very rude and unapologetic he was very quickly to say they were not responsible for the damage without allowing me to explain the issue after the dealership tech rep emailed over pictures and documentation Gayland then said that he would get back to me the next day and he never did. My car also did not have a oil filter leakage prior to services. That was a lie. Nothing was wrong with my car.

We had been quoted $600 at another mechanic but happened to find this place close to our job. When we went in to get a quote, it was almost $150 less than what the other mechanic had quoted us. They took our car in at 7:30am right after opening. Dropped my girlfriend off at home so she wouldn't have to Uber and had our car fixed and ready to go in less than 4 hours! This place is a must go. This is completely unacceptable for a business that's supposed to take care of your vehicle. When I went back to address the issue, I spoke with the manager, Alex, and the experience only got worse. He was rude, dismissive, and refused to take any responsibility. Even after I showed proof of my rims' condition prior to the service, he continued to deny everything and make excuses, saying they service a lot of cars and this "never happens." The number of cars you handle is not an excuse for damaging someone's property. That's like we all eating chocolate and he gets in reaction and I say "we ate the chocolate nothing happened to us " everybody have different reaction to certain things . vehicle should be treated with care, and when something goes wrong, it should be handled with accountability and respect--neither of which I received. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and take your car somewhere that actually values its customers and takes responsibility for their work.
