Let's keep this simple: We need to throw these guys more work so they can stick around. Ferris and Sam are a pleasure to work with. Clean waiting area, everything gets explained, services not done if not needed, POST-work follow-up call. They can do just about anything besides paint/body. Whatever your issue is, give them a call. They are scam arrest. The owner blamed it on bad mechanics he hired and bad customers. We paid 1400 and it was the same problem. He told us to drive it awhile and see if the misfiring went away. 2 weeks later he said it was 800 more and a different problem then he fixed. Don't bother going here. read more

DONT GO HERE TRUST ME. Took my truck to get heads done had blown head gaskets. Finally after 2 months later finally pickup my truck and truck was in limp mode due to they wired air pump system wrong. Manager says they don't know how to fix it so had to tow it to a real mechanic and he open hood and said this is wrong the way they wired sensors he had it running back to normal. This shop took off plugs but didn't know how to put it back the way they received it. The sad part they wouldn't even pay the diagnostic fee for other shop. Do not go here..... read more

Not impressed with service, and online hours are 8-6pm. But shop open and closed when they want. I had a follow up issue and no one there nor can't get through by phone either. When you call phone comes on like it's disconnected. Business could be better if they had dependable employees. read more

I needed a place to take care of an car repair, quickly, and close to my work. I made a few phone calls and landed here. I spoke to the owner on the phone, and he assured me it would be taken care of today and for a reasonable price. When I arrived, I was greeted quickly and taken care of after the person in front was checking out. The waiting area is very clean, as was the restroom. They have a tv, with movies galore to entertain you while you wait, a coffee machine and a water cooler. The owner got my keys and, I was in and out in less than an hour. Honestly, a lot quicker than I expected. Listening to him deal with other people as they came and went, he sounded genuinely concerned and very honest. Let me start off by saying I love their hospitality and their honesty! (Being a woman going to a mechanic shop alone is brave) I went in for an oil change and left out with a forever mechanic. They told me exactly what my car needed and when it was best to have it fixed by(which most shops would have sworn I had to take care of it pronto). With 3000 miles until my next oil change, I am out of oil. I called to ask what brand was used so I could put more in and the techs have no idea. The people putting oil in your car LITERALLY DONT KNOW WHAT BRAND OF OIL THEY USE. In 24 years of driving and 17 cars, I have never just run out of oil so it begs the question - how does a company whose job is to change oil manage to screw up putting oil in a car? Oh and while I was there I had to listen to the "manager" on the phone with his lawyer singing about his court date for his felony domestic violence charge getting pushed back- CLASSY. read more

Was not that great and friendly customer service. I got an alignment done on my car and the service was done in a timely manner. The mechanic then took my car for a test drive and then parked my car and gave my key to the employee who was working at the front desk. The employee sat my keys down and attended to another customer. I did not mind them attending to them because they were just checking in. After I patiently waited 15 minutes for them to call my name to make my payment so I could leave, the employee continued to help other customers who I was in front of. During that time another customer's car was ready and they called his name and he got his keys and left. Meanwhile, my car was still sitting outside done as well. I had to get up and go to the garage and get someones attention to check me out. There was no apology for the wait, I received nothing but an attitude when I asked for an explanation about my car. read more

I brung my almost brand new car for the first time for a oil change I found on Groupon and literally 20 mins after I left my car starts smoking and caught on fire & is completely totaled out! We went here to get our brake pads replaced at this location and I had a phenomenal time. They were outstanding with their customer service and they were quick in getting us in and out car taken care of in a timely manner. We are going back to get the rotors replaced as well. I will definitely recommend this auto shop to any of my friends needing any work done on their vehicle. Awesome staff, clean facilities and quick and efficient service. I came in for a full synthetic oil change and tire rotation. Sam was my advisor and Leslie was my technician. The two of them did great. I arrived for my services about 25 minutes to closing and I was able to have my vehicle service without a problem. The waiting area was cool, clean and I was able to watch Spider Man as I waited. Sam redeemed my Groupon deal in store with no problem. While I was waiting a woman brought her vehicle in for an unidentifiable sound when she pressed her brakes. Sam and Leslie checked her vehicle and test drove it multiple times to pinpoint the issues and have a clear diagnosis. The genuinely wanted to identify and resolve the issues she had with her vehicle. Personally, I have never had a mechanic put forth as much effort in service. I typically visit the FM 529 location but I'm loving the 1960 location just as much. All in all I'd highly recommend 2 Quick Automotive for you vehicle service needs. read more

2quick automotive is owned and operated by a terrific family! When you deal with two of the brothers Either Feras or Sam and her staff which are just like family to them you won't be steered wrong! Even though I am a woman and I do not know much about mechanics but I do my research as much as possible having said that before finding their services I have been flat out lied too and overcharged as well as told other problems needed repairs! Now knowing i did my research luckily I walked away and took my business elsewhere and not taken to the cleaners. I have had multiple services provided by 2quick from Regular maintenance oil changes diagnostics have been provided by the company when any suspicions That something they know might be an issue or problem At no extra cost to me which I'm very grateful for I have two small children so their safety depends on my vehicle being safe! I only knew they did extra and went above and beyond and were able to tell me hey we went ahead and checked a few things and ran a diagnostic just in case and just wanted to let you know everything Is looking fine Well how great is that It's awesome that's how great! I have also had to bring it in and you know try to remake or imitate whatever noise issue or problem is going on they've never looked at me or laughed at me like a fool most of the time they knew exactly what I was trying to explain And what the problem was and can fix it right then and there sometimes! And I'm worried crazy usually about the cost but I don't anymore you honestly cannot go wrong with these companies! They have went out of their way more than one occasion to help me any and every way possible from giving me a ride to rental company from picking me up from my house granted I live very close they have even stayed over closing hours just to help accommodate me and I appreciate it I know they have family and loved ones and they're tired But you would never know it! They truly care enough to remember who you are what they've done and then ask how's the family how are your kids! As long as they're here they will have me as a customer for life! Awesome service. I got a groupon online for an oil change and ended getting a few other things fixed (neglected my car) since we just recently moved to the area. I haven't had a chance to explore my options but glad I landed here. I kept holding off to get it done since I figured I'd spend a lot of time just sitting in a hot and smelly lobby but time flew by in this place. It was so clean and smelled really nice and best part was the entertainment aka TV shows. I didn't want to keep them late because I thought they closed at 6 and wasn't sure if that was enough time to do my oil change but nah, some lady came way later than I did and they still took her in. Great customer service and quick wait time. I'm not sure how much I should've paid for my fixings but I know my dad will probably be mad at me for not waiting for him to fix my car. On May 29,2020, I took my,'96 Impala SS to get a Tune-up and the AC replaced. After talking to Alex on the phone, he assured me that I would get my car back the same day. After getting there I decided to also replace my radiator, but for that they had to keep my car overnight. Alex told me that my car would be ready by 10am. Since I didn't receive a call by that afternoon I decided to stop by to check on my car. They said they had to purge it and it would be ready. I paid for the services and waited. After driving off I noticed my car running hot, so I took it back. They purged the car over and over, driving it down the street, but it kept running hot. Alex told me to leave the car but I didn't want to do that, because while I waited, one of the guys damaged another car by hitting a pole. Alex said he would make it right but when I took my car back he refused. I really gave Alex a chance since he assured me he could do the work, but it didn't work out. It has rendered my Impala unusable, because it overheats right away. read more

I came here with a groupon for rear pad replacement and was told that it could wait, and was instead sold a front brake package for 210(for rotors) I was told my rear pads were good for a another few weeks (no mention of rear rotor damage at all) next day I come back because my brakes are still squeaking and am told I need 2 rotors for the rear. Now people I would have no issue if this was made clear yesterday as they offer great brake packages. But that's not how this happened. I'm not happy at all.. I recommend you have a proper diagnostic because if not you're going to end up spending way more than necessary.Great prices though read more

I came to 2 quick automotive for a estimate for alignment. A manager at discount tires suggested that they were good. I met with one of the Manger or owner he did a diagnostic of my car. I needed some front end work before i could get a alignment. He gave me a estimate, I brought my car in on Saturday morning to get work done. This experience has been the worst thing in my life!!! after all that work done. I left worst than when I came. To add insult to injury the manager/owner was not taking responsibility or accountability for the unfortunate situation. He suggested I take a loan out to fix my automobile after i just spent 900.00 I was not having any transmission problem before I came in. I drove in fine but I couldn't barely drive it the care wouldn't more than 10 miles per hour. I could harley believe in 2019 these things happen to women customers I'm still dealing with this issue I'm in a rent a car for now.
