Bonus points that it's less than 5 minutes from me. Every time I pull up, someone greets me at my window and takes care of it. I just show my vehicle insurance on my phone. I've never had to wait longer than 10-15 minutes for the inspections. Oil changes will take longer, of course. There's 3 bays that they work from. There are coupons on their website. There's a small waiting area while you wait. It's clean and has a TV and Keurig. There's a clear window view of them doing the work. You can also hear what's happening. I overheard some enthusiastic comments about my Crown. Haha. Thank you. I'm a Toyota person and had my previous one for 20 years. The nice guy who greeted me said he had his Camry for 311,000+ miles. Impressive. As long as I'm in the area, I'll continue to get my vehicle inspections here. Next time, I'll ask about their oil change.

I pulled in because my tire needed air and waited close to 30 minutes without a single employee coming over to acknowledge me, ask what I needed, or even let me know there would be a wait. What made it even more frustrating was that an employee in a red shirt clearly saw me waiting and continued to watch without offering any assistance or even acknowledging that I was there. I understand businesses get busy, but completely ignoring a customer for nearly 30 minutes when they simply need air in a tire is unacceptable. A quick "Someone will be with you shortly" would have made a difference. Instead, I was left sitting there wondering if anyone was ever going to help me. This was some of the worst customer service I've experienced, and definitely not what I expected from Discount Tire. Very disappointing.

They estimated parts (150) plus labor for a total of over 1500. I explained to them that I don't need to replace whole assembly, just bulbs. So estimate went down to 700. I was not willing to pay more than 200. So I bought bulbs on Amazon for 12 ( twelve) dollars. Not the cheapest one, but Amazon recommended. I have an 89 bronco I took to them that needed a new starter solenoid and ignition switch. I…read morenormally work on my own vehicle but was unable to do so this past week due to life and work. I was expecting this to be a relatively cheap repair considering it's a fairly easy job. Now I completely understand that a shop has to pay their techs and make money but they charged me 149.99 for an IGNITION SWITCH. Normally a $14 part. They also didn't run the price by me which made me think that they were going to be reasonable. If you're going to mark up a part 10x, don't you think that would be something you should run by your customers first? So I walked out of there paying $490. For a 14 dollar part and a solenoid ($60). On top of all this, they uninstalled a kill switch without telling me and they also uninstalled my trackhawk security system. Once I brought this to their attention they told me to go back to the installer, which I had to pay another $150. If they were unable to reinstall something, they should've let me know first. Also now I'm having other electrical problems within the car. I am not accusing them of anything but I was not experiencing these problems before I had them work on it.
