The majority of people reviewing a business are motivated to do so, due to a bad experience…read more Very seldom are people willing to take the time, when things go well. I am ecstatic to say, that due to my experience with USA Auto Repair and Body Shop, I feel beyond OBLIGATED to leave a stellar review! Accidents happen, but it stings worse when they're avoidable and especially when they're self-inflicted. While parking my GMC Denali Crew cab, I failed to see the steel post buried in the concrete, that was below the hood line on my passenger side, while picking up my wife at the airport. I pulled further to the right, to give another vehicle more room to pull around, and this post began cutting through my headlight, running light, bumper, quarter panel, and a significant amount of other material until it almost reached my tire. Shockingly, there was very little resistance! I contacted the dealership and based upon my description, they said I was looking at about $18,000 of damage! I immediately took the truck to another "National" brand, and they felt I was looking closer to $12,000. I talked to ChatGpt and it confirmed the estimates were likely "in line", but said to find a locally owned/stand-alone repair shop. I read Reviews about USA Auto Repair and decided to give it a shot. I called and spoke with Deana and must say, I was "blown away" by her depth of knowledge around what I described and her guesstimate of what others had quoted me. She asked that I bring the vehicle up and she'd give me a more detailed and accurate estimate. She did and immediately saved me $1,000's when compared to the other places! She asked if I'd mind after-market replacements, because it could save more money versus OEM. She said "Women love to shop, so let me see what I can do". She called me that evening (as promised) and saved me almost $2,000 more! Deana exudes character and integrity, so I felt very comfortable leaving my vehicle and expecting her to stand by her word. My vehicle was ready when promised (exactly 1 week), and I SWEAR it looks like it did on my day of purchase, with 6 miles on the odometer. Sorry for the diatribe, but USA Auto Repair and Body Shop have won my trust and my business for life. The professionalism I experienced, updates throughout the process, completion when promised and an outcome that took my breath away, deserves the attention and appreciation. Thank you to Deana and ALL the employees I dealt with from drop off to delivery. DO NOT trick yourself into believing that a big name brand collision repair shop is the best route. Deana and group over delivered on all promises, far and above any of my expectations. One final thing. If you'd like to speak to me about this experience, I'd be happy to. Ask that Deana have me call you. From the money and stress Deana saved me throughout this experience, it would be the least I could do! Rick

Work is impeccable and I can feel that they are so honest in their estimate and the service is white glove. My car was returned clean inside and out! My headlights were taken apart and polished for better vision (What a great idea for a collision center to allow the driver to see better). Last but not least, they have a front administrator, Dina who is so professional, knowledgeable , sweet and honest. I hope they do all services for a car because I will only take my car at USA and I already told all my friends about it. Thank you guys. You are an amazing shop. I am glad and thankful for finding you. Thank you Dina.

My insurance took a while to send the supplement over to JJ, but once JJ Auto Body received it, they got started right away, which I really appreciate. I just wanted to keep you all informed on what's going on. JJ Auto Body has continued to impress me throughout this entire process. I've never dealt with a body shop before, so this is my first experience, and I have to say...the consistent communication and updates have been phenomenal. You all know how it is being without your car, especially in Houston...it really feels like you've lost a part of your daily life. So staying updated on the progress has been very comforting. Again, thank you to JJ Auto Body for the consistent, great service. I'll be posting the final results of my car in my next update!

I brought my Jeep in for a diagnostic because the clutch pedal dropped. Brown's Auto Repair kept my…read morevehicle for two days and never communicated what tests were performed or what they actually inspected. When they finally contacted me, they provided a $1,403 estimate claiming internal transmission issues such as "shift bushings needing replacement," along with clutch and slave cylinder labor. Diagnosing internal transmission components requires removing and opening the transmission, which they did not do. They also did not perform any of the standard hydraulic diagnostic steps such as checking the master cylinder, slave cylinder, push rod, fluid level, pedal travel, or engagement point. No explanation was given for how any of the listed issues were identified. The real problem turned out to be hydraulic and was repaired elsewhere. The Jeep is now running perfectly, which confirms that the issues listed in Brown's estimate were not based on proper inspection or testing. I would not recommend this place.

I was involved in a hit-and-run on my 2013 Corvette :( and all my Corvette buddies in Houston recommended me to Richey Collision. The owner is named Chris, not Richey by the way; the shop used to be located on Richey Road from what I remember them saying. This is a smaller shop, but driving up and seeing countless Corvettes everywhere, I knew I had brought my baby to the right place. Win. The waiting area is littered with trophies that they had won with their excellent paint jobs and other contests they've participated in. Double win. I am a very very OCD nitpicky guy when it comes to...well...everything really, but my car in particular. After Chris was done with it, it looked BRAND new. I don't think I've ever seen my car look shinier before. Not only did they fully repair everything with OEM parts and immaculate paint matching, but they buffed my entire car to perfection. Richey Collision is SO good it *almost* makes me want to get in another hit-and-run :)
