Contacted them on Thursday, estimate given the same day. Arthur showed up on Friday and did a great job. Highly recommend.

I had received various estimates from other businesses that were more expensive and wanted to keep my vehicle up to 3 weeks to repair hail damage to my F-150. Jim came out Friday morning, said he could come out to repair on Sunday at 6am..... he was here at 5:45 and had completed the job by noon! He did a great job and even pointed out and repaired dents that neither I nor the estimator had seen. I definitely recommend Jim and Dent Sharks! read more

I hope I never need dent removal services again, but if I do, you can bet Bud will be the first person I call. Highly recommended. read more

Jim is a wizard. I think he went to Hogwarts. Flawless repair. I didnt get to see him do it, but I imagine it was like watching Michaelangelo paint the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel. These folks are awesome, timely, and do great work. I have used them multiple times for unforced and forced errors on my cars, and I am delighted afterwards, every time. I guess what I'd say is that I don't want to have to call them, but when I need them, they have consistently been there for me. Plus, Jim is such a cool guy, even if I keep denting up "his truck" :) read more

Huge recommendation for dent repair! I have had 2 dents on my truck for a while and every time I see them I cringe. Never knew about paintless dent repair until a friend told me about it yesterday. I did some searching on Yelp and contacted at least a dozen places- only a few contacted me back, of those, many were 1-3 weeks out or out of my service area. Jim, from Dent Sharks, responded immediately and was able to come out the next morning to my home. Showed up right on time and called prior to confirm. Super friendly and did an amazing job- one dent (from a golf ball) was especially difficult, but looks amazing! I tried to fix them myself with the hot water trick, the Ding King and the suction pullers, but this needed an expert since the aluminum is hard to fix. His tool accessed the interior of the door and he expertly reshaped it from the inside. I WISH I WOULD HAVE DONE THIS SOONER! LOVE the result, and am keeping Jim's card for any future work!! Thank you! read more

I highly recommend Dent Shark!!! The side of our car was damaged by a luggage cart leaving a hotel. There was a bad dent in the back of the passenger side above the rear tire. Jimmy was on time as promised and even sent me a reminder text along with his eta. Jimmy was professional and did an amazing job! We saved thousands of dollars and they came to us! read more

OK, so I hit one of my cars with the other one. No brains, no headaches, right? Wrong. Getting body work done is a headache no matter what! A neighbor suggested mobile dent removal. Why not? Called a bunch of different places, shopping for price and availability. I HAD to get my car fixed before my husband saw the "OOOPS!" Dent Sharks had the best of both, so I went with them. Jim was an absolute delight. Prompt, clean, polite, funny. Without reservation, I suggest you ask for Jim at Dent Sharks! Oh, and the other car was FINE..... read more

My fundamental philosophy is as follows... For a company to flourish they must have two core consistencies. 1. The quality of their product or service must be of good quality exceeding the customer's expectations. 2. The customer service should be customer oriented, and always seek for customer happiness and do their due diligence to make sure the work gets done and done right . Based on that definition...Dent Sharks deserve 6 stars on a 5 star scale. The quality of service is above and beyond my expectations. and the customer service is far above any other dent removal company in Houston. They were prompt, courteous, informative, friendly, compassionate, and capable. Will definitely do business again...though I hope for no dents in the near future. read more

Dan Casper is THE MAN! This is as good as it gets!! Dan is very honest and does an amazing job. He is professional and extremely pleasurable to work with. I had 6 dents in my car from hail damage and Dan was able to make my car look just like new. Saved me tons of money from having to take it to a body shop. Dent Sharks is a mobile dent service that specializes in minor dent repairs. These guys mean business when it comes to dents. I had a car show coming up the next day and had just discovered I had a small dent located behind my door on the rear panel. It looked expensive because it was in a touchy area. I messaged them and asked if they could do anything to help. They replied within minutes and were very professional. After a brief conversation they were at my front door in less than an hour and fixed the dent in about 20 minutes. They asked for $120 which is extremely understandable since the dealership was asking for $160 and I had to keep my car there for the day. They did a flawless job and knew exactly what they were doing the whole time. If you have annoying dents, I would definitely recommend them to anyone. They are exactly what a dent removing service should be. read more

Dan did an amazing job removing dents from my Tesla Model X and Infiniti QX80. Highly recommend them to remove any dents you have.

I don't usually Yelp, but when I do, its because the job went above and beyond my expectations. I called Dan after finding him on the list of PDR providers in the area. I saw a previous review where the customer had the same exact dent as mine and Dan assured me he could get rid of it. He quoted me a great price and we made an appointment for the next morning. It took him less than an hour to remove 3 dents. I honestly did not expect the dent on the body line to be 100% but it was! He even buffed the area and it looks good as new. I highly recommend him for quality of work and price! read more

I, like many others, received a welcome-back-to-your-car present in a parking garage. I was lucky enough to have Dan and his son come out to perform the repair under my extended warranty. I WON THE "WE'LL HAVE SOMEONE CALL YOU" LOTTERY. If you have a small dent or a ding in your car and you haven't already contacted Dan, then I can't help you. No one can. No really, go call, now. I'll wait. Dan initially thought he might not be able to get the bigger dent out due to its size, but said he would see what he could do. I stayed outside because I was curious how the process was done. Then I was fascinated. It had absolutely nothing to do with trust. They are professional, sincere, personable and extremely skilled. If you don't like Dan, then it's you, not him. Dan did the work on my vehicle and his years of experience made my "upper limits for paintless dent repair" dent disappear in minutes. He's magical!!! Training and experience count. DO NOT TRUST ANYONE ELSE. Paintless dent repair is a trade/art. Dan is very very very good at what he does and thankfully is passing his skills onto his son. He noticed two more dings that I had not seen (need to wash my car once in awhile) and after calling my warranty company he was able to fix them in the same visit. My quality of life increased. Now when I walk out to my Durango R/T I don't frown at the front quarter panel. Do not hesitate to call Dent Sharks. You will be in good hands. Quality work from an awesome guy. Don't make a mistake and call someone else. read more

I made a very stupid mistake and closed my electric gate on the back of my new Silverado. It dented the heck out of my truck and really did some damage. I texted Dent Sharks at 6pm on 1/6/22 and had a response with a quote in less than an hour. By 8am the next day, I got a call from James saying he was on his way to get my dents fixed. He showed up right when he said he would, was very responsive, and got straight to work. To say he did a phenomenal job is an understatement. He spent a solid 2.5 hours getting every minuscule bit of damage out of my mistake. I sat out with him and had great conversation, which was a huge plus. From the start, he was friendly, realistic about expectations, and completely transparent. He ended up doing a far better job than I ever expected. He fixed every bit of damage to the point that you can't tell it happened! The only thing that wasn't fixable was a small portion with cracked paint, about the size of a grain of rice. He got the dent out of the area but since they're pointless repair, couldn't fix the paint itself which I did not expect them to fix. All said and done, Dent Sharks went far above my expectations and I will keep them in my contacts for any future problems. Pricing was fair, response was quick, and the work was high quality, all without leaving my own home. I truly appreciate the work, James! read more
