Huge recommendation for dent repair! I have had 2 dents on my truck for a while and every time I see them I cringe. Never knew about paintless dent repair until a friend told me about it yesterday. I did some searching on Yelp and contacted at least a dozen places- only a few contacted me back, of those, many were 1-3 weeks out or out of my service area. Jim, from Dent Sharks, responded immediately and was able to come out the next morning to my home. Showed up right on time and called prior to confirm. Super friendly and did an amazing job- one dent (from a golf ball) was especially difficult, but looks amazing! I tried to fix them myself with the hot water trick, the Ding King and the suction pullers, but this needed an expert since the aluminum is hard to fix. I made a very stupid mistake and closed my electric gate on the back of my new Silverado. It dented the heck out of my truck and really did some damage. I texted Dent Sharks at 6pm on 1/6/22 and had a response with a quote in less than an hour. By 8am the next day, I got a call from James saying he was on his way to get my dents fixed. He showed up right when he said he would, was very responsive, and got straight to work. To say he did a phenomenal job is an understatement. He spent a solid 2.5 hours getting every minuscule bit of damage out of my mistake. I sat out with him and had great conversation, which was a huge plus. From the start, he was friendly, realistic about expectations, and completely transparent. He ended up doing a far better job than I ever expected. He fixed every bit of damage to the point that you can't tell it happened! The only thing that wasn't fixable was a small portion with cracked paint, about the size of a grain of rice. He got the dent out of the area but since they're pointless repair, couldn't fix the paint itself which I did not expect them to fix.
