Window tint looks ok on day one. Had them do premium wash and sealant. Left bugs on car and cement from road travel. Asked me to check the vehicle before I left but when you spend $500 on tint and a premium wash I don't feel like it's the customers job to QC read more

I highly recommend R3 Auto Detailing. It was easy to schedule an appointment over the phone and the R3 Auto team was very accommodating when we requested to reschedule the appointment because of the weather. The detailers called before they arrived, which was near the start of our appointment window, and really took their time cleaning every inch of the vehicle. I would have been better off cleaning the interior of my car myself. The didn't even vacuum the dog hair out of the back of the car. I'm not even sure they steam cleaned the seats - just ran a shop vac over them and called it good. Update - I'm editing my review because Oscar recognized that I was not happy with the result and provided a substantial discount for the service. I still think they could be a lot more clear on what they can and cannot do, but it is what it is. The service is excellent. They will come to your home and get your car clean. Not just a wash, a deep cleaning. It is a good way to keep up with a clean looking car. Yes, with like another reviewer, reaching out to a person who you do not know is a bit scary but you will be happy with your outcome. I think that it is worth getting a deep cleaning of your car every one to two years if you like your car. The guy is very nice. You can pay by credit card. He communicated well. I am disappointed. I just moved here from a different state and I needed my car detailed for dog hair. I sent them an email on Wednesday and they said they would get back with you in 24 hours..NOPE that did not happen. So I called them and asked did he want my business and still no response. So I am not going to keep calling and begging you to give you MY MONEY!!! I am very particular about my car (Mercedes). I clean it myself as I do not take the risk of auto washers with harsh cleaners. I reached out to R3 regarding a wash and wax onsite. I will never need another phone number for an auto detailer again! I found R3 Detailing on Yelp and was hesitant because I'm basically giving my address to a stranger to come over to my house and wash/clean/detail my car. However, because of the condition of my vehicle, I had no other choice. I was given a car from my mom who has been driving it around for two years and has NEVER cleaned the inside of the car before. There were coffee stains on the interior carpet and on the headliner (how does that even happen?!) and Oscar was able to get the stains all out! It was like they never even existed! In the trunk of my car is where my mom would drive coolers of fish that her friends would give her to eat or to give away when they caught it and you can only imagine the stench. There were layers of dust and dirt in every single crevice of the car. The car is thirteen years old and looks like it's new on the inside because of the time and effort that was given to it by Oscar. He spent 6 hours working tirelessly, without any breaks or even food.
