Easy to work with, knows his stuff, and he's taken care of me on multiple occasions. Most recently I came to get my trucks windows tinted, and everything came out great. The appointment time was spot on as well as the turn around time. The tint came out looking great, and he answered any questions I had prior to dropping it off. He even added a windshield brow for me. I went with a ceramic tint which I believe was their 2nd best package. I think it was a fair price / value, as it seemed very comparable to other locations, plus I get a lifetime warranty. I definitely recommend tint world. Thanks Dave!

On this day i needed new tint on my back windshield. This was not ceramic tint just regular tint and i was charged $146. I would at least expected a professional application done for this price. I know another place that would of charged me $200 for the entire car expect the front windshield. This place was close and convenient compared to the other location. I thought he charged me decent before and i was willing to trust his work again. I dont know if the owner had a bad day or was just tired but come on. This was unprofessional and my tint wasnt even trimmed or cut correctly. There seems to be air bubbles if u look closely enough. Also i think its professional when you present your work to your customers before they leave and pay. Not just pull around and hand them the keys with no comment. My intentions are not to talk down on this mans business but to encourage to take pride in your work especially if its your business.

I had rated AFS a 2 star due to an unfortunate follow up experience with a less than helpful customer rep who could not explain clearly why the car's surface felt strange. Turns out the ceramic coating doing it's job properly was the reason for my concern! It was unfortunate the rep blamed the environment, missing an opportunity to promote the positive aspects of the ceramic coating. I was able to schedule a 2nd follow up visit to address some items previously missed in my service session. I have to hand it to Mario, my initial service rep, who stepped up to provide great follow up and made sure all my concerns where taken care of to my satisfaction. Mario's acknowledgment of my previous questionable experience and his attention to make it right made a world of difference. If anyone plans to visit the Midtown AFS facility in the future, definitely ask for Mario! As I commented in my previous post, the overall quality of the ceramic coating work was fantastic!
