Excellent Job. They leave video messages showing the stages of the car which is an awesome touch!!

Update to my previous experience rating. I took my Aston Martin V8 Vantage for a ceramic coating and window tint job recently. I had rated AFS a 2 star due to an unfortunate follow up experience with a less than helpful customer rep who could not explain clearly why the car's surface felt strange. Turns out the ceramic coating doing it's job properly was the reason for my concern! It was unfortunate the rep blamed the environment, missing an opportunity to promote the positive aspects of the ceramic coating. I was able to schedule a 2nd follow up visit to address some items previously missed in my service session. I have to hand it to Mario, my initial service rep, who stepped up to provide great follow up and made sure all my concerns where taken care of to my satisfaction. Mario's acknowledgment of my previous questionable experience and his attention to make it right made a world of difference. If anyone plans to visit the Midtown AFS facility in the future, definitely ask for Mario! As I commented in my previous post, the overall quality of the ceramic coating work was fantastic! read more

I have been going to this car wash for about 10 years and never any problems until today. An Hispanic man who claimed he was the owner and if that is true I have never met an owner of a business who was so rude and disrespectful all because I didn't want to get a higher priced car wash. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO TO THIS CARWASH WITH SUCH A RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL OWNER read more

Auto Film Specialists - Supra with PPF, Ceramic Tint and Ceramic Coating - Auto Detailing Near Me - Houston, Texas

CUSTOMER FOR LIFE HERE! AFS is simply amazing! From the moment I inquired about paint protection film, ceramic coating, and tinting, I was immediately contacted back. No waiting a long time for a response like some other companies I inquired with. They were very informative and provided me options and pricing. No hidden costs, etc. Just fair pricing for the amazing work they do. And I will emphasis that again, "AMAZING WORK!". They really do care about the job they do on your vehicle and it doesn't have to be a Lambo, Ferrari or exotic, although they do those cars here too. They treat all cars the same. I had my Tesla Model Y done last year with front PPF and ceramic tinting all around. If you're a Tesla owner and don't have tinting done, your AC is working harder and you're losing miles. 1 year old PPF and my car still looks brand new! I drive it on the freeway and I'm sure it has saved me from many rock chips. I just had my MK5 Toyota Supra done with full car PPF and ceramic coating. The car literally looks better than the day I picked it up. And you want to talk about seams? What seams? I can't even tell the whole car has PPF! I'm so very happy with the job that AFS did. Everyone that works here is just as amazing as the work they do. So just stop looking for another shop and call or email AFS now! You won't regret it. Customer for life here! read more

Needed a side panel and front bumper wrap replacement with ceramic coat for my model Y. Didn't have anyone local for this (relo'd from SoCal recently) and AFS happened to be next to the SC. Checked them out and they had great reviews. Was able to see them work on the cars as the shop is in a side section of the showroom. They did a great job-very professional and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend! read more

This place is incredible - it's what amazing business are made of - extraordinary customer service, and impeccable work! They were offering free center console wraps in Dec 2019, and I took advantage of that service. At first, I assumed I'll be treated as a second class citizen since I was utilizing a free service. I was far from wrong. They treated me with extremely well. I am so impressed with their work, that I will be coming back when I need any body work related to my Tesla. I completely trust how carefully they handle cars. Highly recommend this place if you want to customize your car! read more

They were able to get my 2022 Outlander in and wrapped in PPF very quickly. 1 month later at it still looks great. I also had the ceramic coating and the water beads up like it did the first day out the shop. Great value and great service. read more

I am absolutely amazed with these guys. The workmanship, customer service, speed of service and pricing totally blew me away. I brought my model X to have the PPF replaced after an accident. For less than the price that the shop that originally installed it quoted me, AFS installed the PPF, ceramic coating, did an amazing chrome delete, and Crystalline window tint. I've only had my car back for 4 days and already recieved so many compliments. Seth took great care on the customer service side of things. Great communication and updates through the whole process. He has gone above and beyond on a few things I wont mention. He earned a life long customer. read more

Audi Audi Audi.......no I'm not talking about the car maker! I'm talking about Audi - the soft spoken, kind and honest voice behind AFS. My wife and I recently purchased a model 3 performance and model y. We took delivery of the model 3 at the north location which is where AFS is located. Unfortunately, we live in downtown so wanted a detail shop close to us. After checking out a local shop I was disappointed in the tactics to up sell on every single item I inquired about :( Then I decided to give AFS a call and Audi answered...."oh yes sir" "sure we can" "we love to" are the few phrases I heard during our initial conversation and the phone was answered on 2 ring. We drove 45 minutes to check them out and I am so glad I did! Not only are the prices competitive, I did not feel a single sign of up sell. Simply quoted me for items I requested and frankly advised me against a few unnecessary items I was requesting. The entire team was amazing during the initial consultation and half way home Audi wanted to include a complementary item!! This review is purely on the initial consultation but if their work is 50% close to the initial consultation then I'll be happy! read more

Really great work with exceptional customer service! Can recommend without reservation.

Bright my model 3 in as soon as I got it to let the guys over at AFS do their thing. I had an idea of what I wanted done but they had even better ideas and suggestions that I decided to go with. Was more than satisfied with the results. I recommend them for anyone like myself that wants their car to look nice but not quite sure where to start. Didn't try to up-sale nothing and stand behind their work. read more

I had an excellent experience here. The facility up north is dealer level quality and the treatment by staff is the perfect combination of professional and personaI. Some parts of my car were extremely technical and difficult to wrap and they took time to rewrap certain areas until they were perfectly seamless. The ceramic coating was done very well, absolutely no complaints there, it was very professionally. Be careful on the cost, however. I hired these guys in September 2020 to do a chrome delete, full front paint protection film, ceramic coating, and window tint on my 2020 Model 3. I dealt with Audi and Seth. This business gave me FIVE STAR SERVICE from the very first web inquiry!!! Emily contacted me efficiently and professionally as soon as I sent a web question. Her knowledge, patience, and impeccable customer service encouraged me to choose them among a sea of competitors. Once I actually visited the shop, I met with Tammy. She was informative and enthusiastic about the services I chose and went over them again with me to explain how to maintain my vehicle. She and the techs worked with me regarding when I could drop off and pick up my vehicle and even assisted in coordinatIng a window chip repair service to have something repaired in time to deliver my vehicle in the time estimated. The technicians treated my car with great care and they did an amazing job with the PPF, tinting, and ceramic coating.
