Update to my previous experience rating. I took my Aston Martin V8 Vantage for a ceramic coating and window tint job recently. I had rated AFS a 2 star due to an unfortunate follow up experience with a less than helpful customer rep who could not explain clearly why the car's surface felt strange. Turns out the ceramic coating doing it's job properly was the reason for my concern! It was unfortunate the rep blamed the environment, missing an opportunity to promote the positive aspects of the ceramic coating. I was able to schedule a 2nd follow up visit to address some items previously missed in my service session. I have to hand it to Mario, my initial service rep, who stepped up to provide great follow up and made sure all my concerns where taken care of to my satisfaction. Mario's acknowledgment of my previous questionable experience and his attention to make it right made a world of difference. If anyone plans to visit the Midtown AFS facility in the future, definitely ask for Mario! As I commented in my previous post, the overall quality of the ceramic coating work was fantastic! read more

No waiting a long time for a response like some other companies I inquired with. They were very informative and provided me options and pricing. My wife and I recently purchased a model 3 performance and model y. We took delivery of the model 3 at the north location which is where AFS is located. After checking out a local shop I was disappointed in the tactics to up sell on every single item I inquired about :( Then I decided to give AFS a call and Audi answered...."oh yes sir" "sure we can" "we love to" are the few phrases I heard during our initial conversation and the phone was answered on 2 ring. We drove 45 minutes to check them out and I am so glad I did! Not only are the prices competitive, I did not feel a single sign of up sell. Simply quoted me for items I requested and frankly advised me against a few unnecessary items I was requesting. The entire team was amazing during the initial consultation and half way home Audi wanted to include a complementary item!! Audi was absolutely great. Explained everything in detail, invited me to watch the process. He is very personable and knows what customer service and satisfaction means. The guys at AFS did a great job on my Mercedes CLS 63 AMG. The facility isn't fancy and doesn't need to be but when Audi asked me if I wanted anything to drink (I waited for the job to be done) and Audi actually brought me refills!
