Fast-forward to this morning, my tent has peeled on a few windows and it has made it really difficult for me to see out of while driving luckily enough I remembered my receipt to show proof of warranty so I called the location closest to my job. Spoke with a gentleman over the phone yesterday and he was very helpful able to fit me into their schedule for this morning. I ended up coming late but that wasn't a problem for them. I arrived at 9:50 and was out by 10:25. Professionally done work. No hassle with using my lifetime warranty. Solid experience to say the least. Today modifications were made to the original system. I spoke with the manager Sean in person regarding my experience . He gave no feedback and look like a deer in the a car's headlights when I explained to him my experience. He never asked me my name or pulled up the service completed by Cartoys company. He is incompetent and should be replaced or retrained in basic customer service . I would not recommend anyone to go there for service. The technicians were competent.
