When it was time for the inside cleaning, what is the first thing they do... REMOVED the mats! I rushed down there to tell them to stop before they did more damage. Sure, I was upset, specially after I saw how they ruined the adhesive, and said "I told you all not to remove the f-ing mats." The supervisor guy in red shirt and glasses was more worried about my language than the issue they caused. I apologized for my language (I should've been more tempered) and reiterate why I told them not to remove the mats because they needed to be removed in a specific process to avoid damage. He didn't care, didn't apologize, not offered any way to rectify their error. Now I have to buy new adhesive and reinstall... I understand people make mistakes, but his lack in customer service was totally unprofessional. Definitely not returning nor recommending this place any longer, specially with multiple other good carwash places just blocks away...
