The service took about 3 days and Tammy was extremely communicative throughout the entire process. She was very informative and prompt with getting things done from start to finish. One of our doors was incredibly scratched and we had no idea until the new, darker tint was applied. I was certain that these were not scratches in the glass and that there had to be some issue with the installation because nothing ever touched our door that high.
