Nothing leaves his Conroe shop without meeting his exacting standards. How do I know? 1) I watched how he applied a ceramic finish to my new Ford Expedition. I brought a book and was impressed with Dustin's air conditioned and customized space designed for specialized work. 2) His former partner in a Cypress location had installed a clear bra and ceramic coating on my 2017 Tesla MS that, when Dustin saw it, he made it right gratis. Second, this speaks to to Dustin's business ethics. They are first rate. He meets commitments. I trust this guy and recommend Ceramic without reservation.

Dustin, at Siramic Detail in Conroe, is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I recently had Dustin work his magic on the fifth car and each time I drive away more and more impressed. Here is your 108-word review:…read more My wife found Jay's Advanced Detailing on Yelp and booked them to clean my truck. It hasn't been detailed since we bought it in 2021, and after a long road trip through New Mexico and Arizona a couple summers ago (the last time I washed it), it definitely needed attention. Kyle arrived around 10 a.m. the day after Thanksgiving, and after I handed him the keys, we had a friendly chat about cars and trucks. He gave me helpful tips on keeping it looking good and what products to use. The results were impressive--almost showroom quality for a four-year-old truck. The interior looked great too. It wasn't cheap, but absolutely worth it. I highly recommend them.

The car looks WAY better than I expected -- the gloss, the reflections, everything. Silver paint is usually hard to make pop, but it legit looks like a brand-new car now. Communication was great the whole way through. He kept me updated, explained the process, and never rushed anything. They stayed late to finish the car and still delivered quality. Even the touch-up spots came out clean, and he let me know what they could and couldn't safely correct on the hood. Super honest, no BS. They also said they'll check in again in a few months for a maintenance wash, which just shows they stand behind their work. If you care about your car and want it done right, this is the place. Super easy to work with, good people, and the quality speaks for itself. Highly recommend.

After waiting, I get out to my car and noticed the outside still had some spots that were missed. After paying for a detail, I began pulling a "Karen" (sorry to all the cool Karen's) on the young man who brought me my car. He patiently and kindly informed me that it was only ran through the wash. Now, I'm about to go Karen level 2. He gets someone else involved because I am impatient and getting rude. (he was calm and cool the whole time) The guy he brings over asked what wash I got, and as I pulled my receipt out of my pocket, it clearly stated I got the INTERIOR DETAIL. NOT, the EXTERIOR detail. - Damnit I profusely apologize for my error, and my rude demeanor. The entire time, the whole team stayed cool, despite my ignorance. The thing that I paid for, the interior detail? Perfect. I couldn't have asked for it to be better. They did a fantastic job. Looks good. Smells good. No more goldfish and cookie crumbs scattered throughout. No more trash or gunk in the cup holders. They really did a great job. I'll definitely be back to get the exterior detailed as well. Probably sooner than later to match - before the cracker crumbs pile up again.

My first 6 star non-food review!!! Y'all. Seriously. So let me tell you a short story:…read more 2017 Yukon XL, myself, 1 manly husband, 2 filthy kids, 3 miniature donkeys, 1 goat, multiple chickens, 2 regular dogs, 1 prairie dog, 1 cat and a partridge in a pear tree. There are fragments of each of those listed, plus food particles, toys, farm grossness, the remnants of a 9 state road trip to the Smoky Mountains and one extremely dusty business trip to the hill country for a quick deer hunt. Ew. Sans a carpet cleaning because I have the WeatherTech mats and my car is only a few months old, clearly I needed the most expensive, most detailed, Big Daddy wash (whatever it's called, it was only around $120).......... Not only could I have licked my floor mats when I picked up my car from Star Hand but I could have licked my tires, fender wells and steering wheel. Would it have been weird? Yes. But I could have done it. My car was far cleaner than the day I purchased it off the car lot and to be honest cleaner than ANY car I've ever purchased off a car lot. They cleaned UNDER my WeatherTech mats and pulled up all my seat protectors, cleaned underneath them AND cleaned the seat protector. WHO DOES THAT?!?! ADDITIONALLY, they stayed after-hours in order for me to get there to pick up the car AND had a smile on their faces when I finally got there to get it. Bottom line: the best car detail I've ever seen or experienced. Some of the nicest people I've ever dealt with and the most affordable car detail I've ever gotten. WINS ALL AROUND!!! P.S. This place is totally worth traveling to in order to get the best car clean of your life. I'm recommending Star to my all my Woodlands and Brenham/Navasota people.
