Kyle arrived around 10 a.m. the day after Thanksgiving, and after I handed him the keys, we had a friendly chat about cars and trucks. He gave me helpful tips on keeping it looking good and what products to use. The results were impressive--almost showroom quality for a four-year-old truck. The interior looked great too. Jay got back to me through Yelp after I had sent out a few requests for quotes through Yelp. Most of the prices other companies were charging were higher than what I was willing to pay. Jay gave me a quote I was willing to work with. I really liked that he offered me to choose if I wanted a detail for exterior or interior, with a basic wash for the other for a cheaper price. As soon as he mentioned this I booked him right away. I spoke to him Sunday night and he had an opening Monday afternoon. Jay came to my work and finished the job during my shift. He was very communicative and text me as soon as he realized he was going to be running a bit late. Which was no problem for me since I was staying at work until he finished. Professional, friendly, communication on point, I will be booking him again to do an exterior detail to get rid of water spot damage. The result of the interior detail - awesome job. I purchased my car in 2016 and it needed some attention. The was definitely a visible difference as soon as I got in the car. There were a couple spots on my leather seats that weren't cleaned but nothing I can't take care of myself. Jay took care of the spots I told him were my main concerns. I am satisfied! Jay came out and took care of me the day I scratched my new SRT. He was able to get the scratch out and the water spots too from the dealer which was close to the beach so the paint even though new was not in the best shape. Now the coat is smooth to the touch and when he felt he was unable to buff out another scratch he charged me less than the initial estimate. But that scratch was no longer even noticeable. There were only a couple bad reviews but l chose to give this business the benefit of the doubt; who doesn't feel compassion for the underdog. They gave me a quote, fantastic. We scheduled a date and time, terrific. 50 minutes after said time, nothing. lnstead of a follow-up call from them, l had to seek them out to see what happened and boy it was more than l needed to know. Pain this, infection that, they had to reschedule. My husband and I have been in the process of buying a new car online and of course the car will be arriving over a holiday weekend, so we needed to get our car to trade in cleaned up and ready for an appraisal...on a holiday weekend. I messaged Jay on Monday evening and he got back to me right away. I gave him the details of what I needed done and a super short timeline to do so (finished by 2 the next day). Jay was incredibly helpful, he gave me a price right away that was incredibly affordable, and said that he could come over in the morning and be done by 12! Perfect! Jay arrived right on time, never disturbed me once and let me know when the job was done. He even finished early! His asking price was exactly what he had quoted me, even though I expected it to go up because the inside of my car was a hot mess! The car now looks brand new! The plastics are no longer faded and grayish, they are black and shiny just like the day I bought it. Interior looks absolutely amazing! Not a single dog hair to be found. We just purchased a used car and the entire car was covered in an unknown substance leaving the paint with a rough texture. Dealership detailed it and couldn't get it off.
