I didn't believe them and told them to put it back together and I would get a second opinion. Took it to a body shop in Montgomery. They too couldn't find the leak, but said it was not the A/C pan. Charged me 225 and did not fix. I was then recommended to call SS. Told them the problem. He told me that they would not charge me 1 cent if he couldn't find the issue. I left the car with him and Before I got home, he called me and sent a video of the leak. He found it. He repaired it and dried out the carpet and fixed everything for like $1200. Over $2000 less that the dealer wanted and it turned out not to be the issue the dealer said it was. They are honest, quality service, and great value. Highly recommended

The people standing at the payment area are annoying. I don't want to talk to people and they…read moreinvade your space trying to grab your card to help you pay. Why face the payment area toward the customer if you're just going to jump in and take over. They are bad about talking about customers where they can hear. The car never gets completely cleaned. Most of the time the vacuums aren't working properly. Once in a while they rush you trying to get you to leave a review for them like a contest but do not change the way they do anything. It's seeming desperate for an overload of reviews to wipe out the negative ones.
