When I returned two days later, I was told the front brakes were the real issue and needed to be replaced at a higher cost, and that I may have damaged them in the short time since the previous visit. The shop later called, apologized, admitted they had made a mistake on the original diagnosis, and worked with me to rectify the situation. They have always been polite, and this experience showed they are willing to stand by their work and be honest when something goes wrong. I'm glad they took responsibility and helped make it right.

Turns out the converters were fine, sensor turned off on its own. The sensor light was the result of bad gasoline, once that cleared out the light went off. One time we need a battery swapped out it's pretty hard to get to under the fender when we came to pick it up the fender and the will well were not put back together correctly, so I had to tell the young man at the front desk that the whole unit is loose and he copped an attitude and put it back in his shop and had his guys fix it. Another time we were here our car kept stalling. I told them that it seemed like it was the security system that needed to be rebooted, but they had to try every other option and kept the car for four days charging us almost $1000 to reboot the security system and give us a new key pad. Another time I asked him if they could check the brakes on the vehicle, cause they were acting strange and would offer them to pay for a new brake job when I get there the young man at the desk tells me that they have to charge us to look at it. Who charges to look at a vehicle's brake pads to see if they're good or not. I guess this place does and the only place that I could find that does. At this point I realized all they care about is the money they don't give a crap about the customers. When I found out, they want to charge me this astronomical price just to look at the brake pads and give me an estimate. I told them that I would come get the keys and take it somewhere else and the young man at the counter said good take it somewhere else .real professional. To everyone that reads this beware.

Wow!! What amazing service! I've never received this level of customer service…read more I was in a real bind searching for a new car for weeks, visiting countless dealerships and facing constant disappointments with inspection issues. Then I found Kings Automotive and Chandler, and everything changed! Even though Chandler couldn't personally inspect a car for me initially due to distance, he went above and beyond, offering invaluable advice and following up the next day. He spent a significant amount of time helping me identify potential cars based on my needs and shared his expertise on SUVs, which is what I was looking for. I hired Chandler for pre-purchase car search and inspection. He agreed to accompany me to dealerships to find and buy a car. He was amazing! Today we confirmed that we would meet at 9am at the first dealership. When I arrived, Chandler was already hard at work, inspecting the car when I arrived. He meticulously examined it, took a test drive, shared his knowledge as he pointed out items I needed to be aware of. Luckily, the car was in pretty good shape but he identified an issue with the lights, and even negotiated with the dealership to get it fixed. Thanks to Chandler, I secured a fantastic car in just one morning after searching for weeks. I was under so much stress from the process, but Chandler made it look easy, all with a wonderful smile on his face! Chandler is responsive, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He has a high degree of integrity and is a hard worker. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a good mechanic and car-buying assistance. He's a rock star! I'm incredibly grateful for his help and he is exceptional. He deserves more than 5 stars! I strongly recommend him! It's rare to see this level of service. Thank you, Chandler and Kings Automotive.

Not even to mention the realizing that they said they didn't include in the quote. When I went to a dealership to get this all checked, the only thing is I was wrong was that my battery was a little bit slow, which is something they didn't even find. I do think I was overcharged for a taillight bulb replacement costing $44.52, but that's ok, it was better to get the light bulb replaced vs. risking getting stopped by a policeman and possibly getting a ticket. On the bill, it looks like I paid twice: $19.99 for Light bulb installation package install labor and $19.99 for small bulb installation labor. I don't understand why I paid two labor fees. The small light bulb should have been included in the Light bulb installation package, that's why it states - PACKAGE. There were no Senior Citizen discounts, which I understand. But the total price of $44.52 for one small bulb installation was ridiculous and quite expensive for a small light bulb that cost $1.99!! Again, the service was excellent, but I am terribly disappointed with the overall cost of installing one small light bulb.
