I had two of my cars, a Range Rover and a Tesla, done at this location, including XPEL for windows…read more& Paint Protection Film (PPF). I started having issues with PPF peeling within 6 months on BOTH my vehicles. These products supposedly have a LIFETIME REPLACEMENT WARRANTY. When I approached them, I was told that it had been installed incorrectly and, as such, they would not warranty the work, as it was under new ownership. I was quoted $719 for the bumper on the Tesla and $229 PER mirror on the Range Rover to redo what their location had put on!!! I called Tint World on 3115 Fondren Rd, Houston, TX 77063, and the Owner, Joe, redid the terrible work done by the Spring location at no charge!!! He is truly a classy gentleman and recommend his location with no reservations whatsoever. I do not recommend any work at the Oakhurst, Spring location. I have posted photographs of their shoddy work done at Oakhurst location. It was worth driving from Woodlands to Fonden! I asked that the Owner/Manager from Spring location call me/email me........crickets......No phone calls... nothing. In their response to this post, they ask that I speak to with their manager, yet the owner/manager has my number but was too arrogant to call. BE WARNED. BE WARE. DRIVE TO THE FONDREN location!

I came across Hitman Auto Detailing on yelp and was drawn to the reviews and types of cars they washed. I am picky about my cars, I dont take them through drive through washes and they have cermaic coating on them. I wanted to work with someone that understood that and properly care for the car and not scratch it, etc. I reached out through Yelp and received a quick response regarding pricing and availabilty. I was able to get an appointment within a few days for both of my Range Rovers and I felt the pricing was competitive. The morning of my wash, Desmond arrived promptly and I immediately felt at ease with him. I went over my concerns and expectations and we agreed on the level of wash/detail service. I selected the Mercenary Wash which matched the type of options I normally do for my washes. I was impressed with the level of detail and quality of the service, Desmond did an outstanding job. We will definitely use Hitman Auto Detailing again, I already scheduled my next appointment!

Told me that it was loose, which is not the case since the car just had full inspection done prior to wash. Hitch cover has a hock in the back so that could not happend. Gave my contact information so they can reach out to me by closing time which is 7pm 9/6/25. No call or any help was provided or somekinda resolution. Extremlly dissapointed by the General manager not caring about there customer. Since I was not the owner, I had to pay for the damage out of my pocket, which the general manager knew.
