My car came out really clean. I will definitely Soto by when I am in the area. Another good thing is they close really late. I've tried most car washes in the area, including this exact location. My vehicle is always wet and…read morethe rims are rarely cleaned well. I don't want to spend 10 minutes cleaning and drying my car after I pay to get it washed. The towels they provide for you to clean and dry your car (that should already be cleaned and dried), are always damp. To top it off, their prices have gone up 30% over the past few years and it feels like they have actually taken away some things from the cheaper wash. Want your rims cleaned a bit better? You have to pay for the more expensive wash. Want the underside of your car sprayed? You have to pay for the more expensive wash. It's some ridiculous stuff that you have to overpay for something that you should already get. Their premium wash is like $28 which is nuts for a drive through wash that requires you to get out and dry and clean your own car afterwards. You can go to HEB and get their premium wash for $13 and it actually dries your car, cleans your wheels and rims and has an undercarriage spray. The staff is almost always friendly, so no issue there. The vacuum suction was often bad in the past, but some time in the past year it looks like they redesigned and or fixed that system so the vacuums do work quite a bit better now.

After waiting, I get out to my car and noticed the outside still had some spots that were missed. After paying for a detail, I began pulling a "Karen" (sorry to all the cool Karen's) on the young man who brought me my car. He patiently and kindly informed me that it was only ran through the wash. Now, I'm about to go Karen level 2. He gets someone else involved because I am impatient and getting rude. (he was calm and cool the whole time) The guy he brings over asked what wash I got, and as I pulled my receipt out of my pocket, it clearly stated I got the INTERIOR DETAIL. NOT, the EXTERIOR detail. - Damnit I profusely apologize for my error, and my rude demeanor. The entire time, the whole team stayed cool, despite my ignorance. The thing that I paid for, the interior detail? Perfect. I couldn't have asked for it to be better. They did a fantastic job. Looks good. Smells good. No more goldfish and cookie crumbs scattered throughout. No more trash or gunk in the cup holders. They really did a great job. I'll definitely be back to get the exterior detailed as well. Probably sooner than later to match - before the cracker crumbs pile up again.

I've decided to take my business to another car wash based on how I was treated here. I've been a…read moreloyal customer for over a year, and after replacing my debit card due to it being misplaced, my membership payment didn't go through since I didn't have the new physical card yet. Instead of showing any understanding, I was treated very poorly. They were able to see in their system that I've been a customer for over a year and even acknowledged it, yet still refused to let me through the wash just this one time. I even offered to pay with Apple Pay using my temporary digital card, but they declined it. In 2026, that's honestly hard to understand. Because of this experience, I chose to cancel my membership. However, after receiving and activating my new physical card, I was unexpectedly charged $39.99 again by this car wash despite already canceling. That raises serious concerns. I'll be contacting my bank to block any further charges. There are plenty of other car wash options that treat their customers better and provide better service overall.

My leather seats are super shiny and clean, and the outside of my car including the tires and rims look very close to brand new again. (My car is 3 years old). The only bad thing is there's a weird smell. It smells like its suppose to be some kind of scent, but I chose black ice for my air freshener so maybe this is the black ice smell that they have.
