Extremely disappointed in this car wash. The quality has slowly declined over the years, I had been a member for 3 years and thought the monthly subscriptions was worth the premium but in the last year Quick Quack has not been the same as you can see from how dirty the car was after the wash. Even the vacuums seem to lack the strength of suction they had in the past. This is just one locations I have had a bad experience with, I've been too the vintage, Jersey village and Tomball locations. Same declining results. Quick Quack needs to do better I am cancelling my membership for now and looking for a better value car wash. read more

I've loved this car wash and been a monthly member for almost two years. The employees that work here are always friendly, respectful, and professional. I trust it with my two cars and have always been very happy. However, today I come in and there were no towels, hoses were broken, and the area was just a little trashy. I'm hoping it's a one time thing and I will definitely update my review if it changes but in the meantime I'm not so sure I would have bought a membership had I seen it this way the first few times I had visited. So, the team leader FINALLY contacted me from this car wash 2 weeks after it scratched my Audi and told me they can't reimburse me because my car was "more than 5 years old". What a f-ing joke. We asked them to do a full car wash inside and out and boy did they deliver!!! My daughter's truck was covered in barn and arena dirt - seats, car mats, truck bed - Mississippi red mud - everywhere!! We dropped it off and it was ready about 2 hours later and looked pristine. Now I'm not taking took tips to the vent slots pristine, but so very close to it. I honestly didn't think that mud was going to come out - or at least stain - but they got it out - even off the leather seats and cup holders. Amazing!!! read more

This was not the first time I went there. Today I went to the car wash, and the car wash was malfunctioning. It was only spraying a little bit of water, but the soap was clearly not coming out. After I came out, I talked with them, and told them the car wash was malfunctioning. They refused to run my car through again. They didn't even want to help me. They didn't care. I live in Florida and have used this location many times in the past when visiting. The wash is great but their vacs are awful. Today they weren't working, I told the guy and all he did was turn them off then On again and never checked to see. They weren't. $22 for a wash only is a bit steep. I'm angry with this place and wanted to get this off my chest. I had my truck washed here this past Monday afternoon. The young man up sold me on $29 wash and said to my wife and me that I had up to a 48 hour rain return. Ok. I heard it and the wife heard it. I got rained on Wednesday, so recalling 48 hour deal I went back...The young man on that shift told me that they do not offer this at all! I had never taken my car to Quick Quack, but my husband has washed his vehicle there many times. I normally prefer a touchless car wash, but I really liked how clean my husband's truck was after going there. I stopped by earlier today and was pleasantly surprised there was no wait time at all! The attendant was friendly and explained how the membership works. He took my contact information and payment and I was on my way! You need to watch camera for the car wash exit for 07/17/22 between the times of 11:42-11:54! The white B&W wouldn't move their vehicle on the outside of the dryers off the belt, I think his car was stuck, I am the white Range Rover holding my brakes and slamming on my horn because I am being pushed into him with an F150 on my tail!!! This is entirely UNSAFE! You guys put vehicles way to close together. This easily could have been a 3+ vehicle accident. read more

I bought their top package for $29.95 a month with unlimited uses. I think the top package is like $15 so i easily pays for it self in a week. One day it kept sprinkling and raining and I went through it 4 times....and its still all good. I definitely get my $$ out of this deal. I just keep some super dry Shammies in the truck and give it a little extra dry off when i get out of the wash and spray a little more Armor All on the tires so they look super wet. They are receiving two stars only because they seemed to take feedback and improved their vacuums. Their vacuums are now much stronger, however, I don't like the style of vacuum as they can get into small area - let alone between a seat and console. As an out of town let, I came to get the excessive pollen out of my car - however, I COMPLETELY WASTED my money. They rear of my car was FILTHY. You could clearly still see grime and clearly see the pollen on the back window. After drying at home it looked worse than before. There was no staff around for me to address the issues with. I wasn't going to leave my small child alone to get an employee and a new wash. The attendants, when you drive in,remind me of the saying "you can't put lipstick on a pig." They're dressed is suits but they're not personable. Their demeanor appears like they loath their job. Sure, they'll take your money and direct you inside, but no extras to it. No wipe for the inside of my car that I KNOW they are supposed to give me, no extra scrub with a broom that other washes do before entering. I'm not happy with my results and I won't be back to waste my money next time I'm in town. read more

I like bringing my car here I have a monthly membership. They don't have anywhere to scrub bugs or mats tho. Would be useful if there was an area with scrub brushes and a soap/water bucket with hose. Other than that gets ur car really clean. read more

This location is really convenient but I rarely get a satisfactory wash, regardless of my choice of wash. I generally get a level that includes tire shine and that seems to be more miss than hit. I keep going back hoping they'll improve, and am too often disappointed. I bought the top wash today and car is ok but all four wheels are still dirty and absolutely no tire shine. I give up. Went to Quick Quack car wash this morning on Spring Cypress. I go there frequently but today was just a horrible car wash. I had to go home and rewash the truck myself. Wow, I never would have thought that I would be reviewing a car wash place, but I couldn't resist! I bought a Groupon for this place since it's not too far from my home, and my black truck was starting to turn into a dingy gray. Redeeming my Groupon was a breeze, and then I got a card for 5 of their best washes. The cool thing is - just show them a receipt and within 5 days, they will rewash it for no charge, even if it doesn't rain! So those 5 washes can potentially be 10 washes! Pretty cool! They have a great system in place to keep the cars moving through quickly. You basically pull up onto a conveyor belt, slide your car into neutral, and sit back and enjoy the "ride." Within a few minutes, your car is sparkly and shiny! They also offer free vacuum service... a very good deal, even without a groupon! read more

Be Alert with this place! A few months ago l paid with my debit card for the 1 month service. Unknown to me, and l have no recollection of signing a document that gave them the right to automatically charge my account every 30 days for the 1 month service. I had been out of town for a month and stopped there last Saturday, i went to pay, and the greeter guy said l was good. Of course l am thinking how can this be, so l inquired and that was when l found out they had been charging my account. I put a end to that.
