Once I got done with the wash I stepped off the car and see the damage, the entire thing was broken. The claims department was not helpful, Lizeth Callender Claim Specialist Lead was useless. I just washed my car at your place, but there are still glaring cat prints on the hood even after it got cleaned. I asked a staff member if I could go through again, and she flatly refused unless I have the unlimited package. This is unacceptable, as I paid for a spotless car. Fantastic Rainbow soap. Jasmine helped wipe my windows down. Totally worth the price I pay monthly to have a piece of mind be able to swing through for a quick wash. They have vacuums for when you need to clear your floors and trunk. Really nice people. Wipe down towels as part of all washes. I have been a customer since close to when it opened. These people are crooks. You pull up to their machine to order the car wash and there is man waiting. Instead of you inserting your credit card he takes you your card and asks you if you want a monthly plan. I said no only a single $10 car wash. Soon monthly charges for 27.99 start appearing on your credit card. I didn't catch it for 3 months because I was out of town traveling. When you call, you can only call the main office. You get a ChatBot and it will not allow you to speak to a person. The next day you get a text in response from another ChatBot and you explain your situation again. It responds it will take this under consideration and you never hear from them again and they keep charging your credit card. This place is truly a scam. They'll convince you to buy the unlimited package with no way to cancel it. If you do their little forum on the website, it dosent work. If you attempt to call them you will be placed on hold for 30+ minutes until you hang up. If you ask in person they'll say "yes I've cancelled it". And then finally after being charged for 6 months of not using the membership you block the charges from your bank, they will charge you under a different name to still get their money. We've been monthly billed members since around 2018. Means absolutely nothing. Today, we spent 20-30 minutes of our time "updating their system" since they changed, and we had to or not get cars washed. Last month, they were broken down for nearly a week, but *surprisingly* still billed us for the month with no offer of compensation or reimbursement. I had a membership for a year and 2 weeks ago I went there and my car was LITERALLY sprayed with oil. I had to go to another place to get my car hand washed and canceled my membership. The worker there was nice but there wasn't much he could do. The customer service on the other hand was not helpful at all. I don't recommend this place. read more

My side mirror light on my ram 1500 got knocked off in the wash and broken. I did a claim( in which the employee told me this happen a lot) so for giggles I looked the light up on amazon and found it for $20. No big deal so I bought it and installed it and actually forgot about the claim. So the claims department called me three days later and before I could tell the very rude guy that it's not that big of a deal I bought one, he was telling me it was my fault that the factory light got knocked off. I mean if he would have acted like things happen or say he was sorry I would have blew the whole thing off but he was a PRICK and I cancelled my membership. I have been here three times, with the last two being a bad experience. This past Saturday 12/21, I went through the carwash and came out with damage to my vehicle! I let employee know, he took pictures and said he will submit information to claims department. Today I received a call from the claims department, the representative Emmanuel said that they watched the video footage, saw where I entered the carwash without damage, and saw that after the first step of the wash that my vehicle was damaged. He concluded to say the car wash did damage my vehicle, that my vehicle was a 2018 (why the hell does that matter), and the claim is being denied. They will not cover damage. I don't care what year my vehicle is, I am so OCD about my vehicle being in great condition and clean, it is in excellent condition. I then asked if he had a supervisor, he said yes. I asked if I could speak to supervisor and he said no. I asked why and stated that is what supervisors are for, to assist in escalated situations. He continued to say I couldn't speak to a supervisor and he couldn't have one call me. I asked for any other way to have further assistance and he gave me a customer service number. I questioned him about them being able to assist claims and he said that is the only option I had. I called right away, waited about 50 minutes on hold to be told that they don't know why he gave me that number because they cannot assist with claims. I then asked for a supervisor in customer service, a district manager, or the claims manager, and nobody was available or she didn't have that information. I would never recommend this place. HORRIBLE experience, and customer service!! They do not care about their customers, their property, or their experience at their place of business! read more

Chevy Camaro here - A little part of me always feels guilt when using an automatic car wash because of the number of times I've heard they're bad for your car's paint finish, but dang it, it's just so convenient from time to time. Also, as far as car wash places go, this one does a pretty good job as far as I can tell. I have yet to be left with any streaks, residue, dirt, etc., and the line has always been very short when I've used it. A basic car wash is $6, and they have a monthly unlimited package for like $15 or so. Since I try to limit my car wash visits, $6 is a great deal and does a great job, but if it weren't for guilt, the monthly package would be fantastic, and I'd drop by often. read more

I love this place! I have the $20 a month all you can wash and I use it often. It's a quick 3 minute wash that thoroughly washes my car. Afterward I park in one of the many vacuum stalls and use their vacuums at no extra cost. They have good suction and are always on. The place is clean and the employees are nice.
