Gas station car washes are light years better than this place. They send cars through the wash bumper to bumper and quickly. I purchased the Ceramic duck option which is the highest one they have for $27.99. After flying through the wash back to back with other cars right next to each bumper, my car was still very dirty and wet. My side mirror got inverted and had to be snapped back. Not folded, inverted. The side mirror was pointed forward. I feel like they scammed me out of my $27.99 by not even cleaning the car, leaving it very wet and nearly damaging my vehicle. I will never go here again and I'll be telling my friends and family to also avoid this place. Unbelievably bad. They offered to let me go through again, but I could not risk it. I don't even understand how they still have customers. We had a membership for a month & took our car through quite a few times. My car was never even that dirty and yet coming through the car wash it was still never clean. The membership is way too costly for the poor quality you receive. The vacuums and the air blower are nice, but clean dry towels are non existent no matter what time of day you come. Worst of all, this car wash scratched up my husband's brand new car. Signed up for a membership for my vehicle and came a few months later to sign up for my finances vehicle. The attendant told my finance there was a special so it was half price for the monthly unlimited program. She signed up for the same program that I did so she thought. When she attempted to go and get another wash (unlimited plan) they informed her the attendant mistakenly signed her up for a single wash plan instead. The attendant during this visit was quite rude and told her to "move along" not even offering to fix the issue. I have never had an issue with my vehicle but when I called their corporate customer service they promised an area manager would call me. This is 4 weeks later and still no call. The staff don't care and are quite rude. It's a decent value for the money until you have an issue and they make zero effort to make it right or correct their issue. I'll stick with rainbow and pay more to get treated as a customer and not a nuisance. Update after they asked for my contact details a week later the store leader has failed to contact. read more

Quick Quack is our go to place so it was an easy choice getting the cheap membership since we visit so often. Patrick helped us out today and he was just awesome, but all of the staff we have encountered have always been professional and very kind. I highly recommend this business for anyone. I went online to confirm that the location would be open at 7 AM. At 7:20, despite there being an employee presence on site, the wash was closed. I stayed an additional five minutes with zero acknowledgment. I attempted to call the telephone number from their website and was told I needed to call during business hours. read more

I normally don't write bad reviews as I think most people who leave them like to complain whenever they can. However, I'm frustrated at the consistent poor quality of service I've been receiving while paying for the top tier car wash. I have been going to Quick Quack for over a year and this is NOT a good location. For several months I was not receiving the top car wash I was paying for because it was "broken". I have been there at different times of the day and it has been unclean with garbage floating around from people cleaning out their cars and no one is ever seen maintaining the grounds. The vacuum stations are ALWAYS out of towels and I can't ever find anyone to ask for more. Other locations have more staff and they seem to be well trained and on their game to make the experience pleasant. I hope this location improves because it's too nice of an area to be poorly operated. read more

I really like this location compared to the other ones around houston. The one on rayford is always full of smiling faces like Jadyn that brighten up my day. Also they offer free vaccuums and get you in & out pretty quickly even when busy. Definitely recommend if you need a nice clean quick wash. read more

The attendant put the cars too close together. The lady in front of me slammed on her brakes and out her car in reverse and almost hit me. Causing the guy behind me to run into my car. They shut the carwash down twice and left us sitting there . The lady in front went off track and no manager came out to help. It was scary and a horrible experience. When they first opened, QQ was a bargain at 15.99. Thats two years ago. Now, 21.99. the equipment is still new. Vacuums have a lot of suction. The blower does a good job of getting rid of excess water. However, it blows soap under the hatch of my new car. No other car wash does it. Full service Rainbow car wash is 24.99. Better deal. Skip QQ unless you just want to vacuum. read more
