Daughter dropped her vehicle off for a full detail, price quoted was $240, plus tip. Car was "cleaner" but not done to the level of detail I would have expected for that price. Still had dirt in the seams and the rims and window edges that an actual detail would have cleaned. They also didn't use anything restorative on the black trim on the vehicle. Just some shine on the dash and tires. She's young and didn't know to walk the car and really look before she paid. Buyer beware. read more

I've came here twice and both time no one comes up to you to help and they just look at you like you don't belong and don't say a word till you ask them where to park and they still look at you lost, the level of detail also isn't worth it read more

This place sucks! I was told it would be $30 and an hr for my vehicle to be washed/vacuumed/interior cleaned. 2hrs later I finally got my vehicle. I was late for an appt so I didn't give my car the "once over"... After leaving I noticed the passenger door was dirty, the carpet wasn't fully vacuumed and the cup holders weren't cleaned. The interior looked like it had been wiped down with a rag, but not thoroughly gone over. There was dry ketchup my kid had spilled STILL in the cup holder!! Also, the waiting room is HOT and not very clean. It was 80 degrees in there (I checked thermostat) and I walked outside a few times to get some air (although it was 95 degrees outside). I went here because I was told they were "fast & good". Needless to say, I'm NEVER coming here again. Very disappointed in the service. read more

I have been bringing all my vehicles here for the past 12 plus years, and although it may have changed owners several times, the delivery of service continues to be top notch. My wife brings in her Ford Raptor on a regular basis, and maybe once she stated the windshield was dirty when she picked up her truck. I bring multiple vehicles to get detailed and always receive great service, with a smile. I don't get in a hurry I just drop off and they call me when done or I pick up before closing. I took my car to be detailed inside and out. It was one of the 100 degree days. The attendants were friendly and while some don't speak English, they quickly called over someone who could. It takes a few hours so hubby and I went to breakfast and did some errands. The car was ready when we went back. They did a wonderful job. There was a little bit of hazing on the exterior due to the wax residue. The interior, trunk, and tires were clean and shiny! The cost was under $100!!! Definitely worth the cost. The small areas of wax haze may have been due to the heat of the day. I would take my car back again. read more

So I went my first time with my husband and daughter & they did a wonderful job. They washed our car and applied Armor All inside our car and on the tires all for $30. With that being said I was a happy returning customer until I went by myself, they took almost 2hrs and only cleaned the front inside of my car & they forgot my trunk and never applied Armor All, even though I asked for it & they still charged me the same $30. I had just been to a safari park with several kids and my 2 year old car smelled like a safari park a week afterwards. I had crumbs from the feed spilled in my car. I had spit from a camel. Their attention to detail can fluctuate, but MOST of the time, I am very pleased with the job they do. If I'm not pleased, they are quick to remedy it. Customer service is very important to them. For starters when I pulled up I didn't know where to go or what to do, so I just kinda pulled up and waited, man walks up, straight to the point guy, asks me what I wanted, I just needed the passenger floorboard & seat shampooed. He told me where to park then informed me that it'd be a TWO HOUR WAIT & $50 FIFTY DOLLARS!!! (For literally a shampoo the size of a small doggy bed.) But sadly, I agreed because it had to be done & I didn't have the time to find another place or really the TWO HOUR WAIT but I made it work. I honestly feel like they took advantage of me & the situation. My best-friend worked at a car wash over the summer & confirmed they definitely overcharged me. I feel like unless you're a regular customer you'll probably get ripped-off. Now for the job, it was very clean, smelled great, again it wasn't a hard job. They didn't clean off the door but I didn't ask, just thought it would be common courtesy for $50. read more

Took my 2004 gmc yukon there. Paid 15$ for just a interior vacuum and wipe everything down. It looked as if they had left everything just as it and took their break inside of my car. Nothing had been vaccum up, dust particles still everywhere. Original spilt coffe on the center console remained. I ended up taking it back home and doing everything myself. I have been to this car wash 3 times for a hand wax and every time the price has gone up. Today my wife took my mother to get a hand wax on her suv. They said it would take 3 hours so they left the suv and went shopping. When they returned, they said it was 1/2 of the price quoted because they didn't have time to wax the vehicle. My mother paid the $25 and told my wife. 3 hours and you can wash and wax a small suv? My wife took charge and told them that my mother lived out of town and they needed to have the vehicle waxed. They said it would take another hour because 3 cars were in front of them. My wife said that was ridiculous. The suv had already been there for 3 hours and the cars that were now in front of my mother's needed to wait. They begrudgingly started to work on the suv and 29 minutes later they finished. So my wife paid another $25 for the service that originally was ordered. For the price and the bad customer service, I will not be back. You just lost a customer Lopez. Nice work. read more
