Quite possibly the worst car wash I've ever used. I got the ceramic wash (most expensive $25.00) I will say my car was pretty dusty but the wash was very unspectacular. Lots of dust and soap residue and a bunch of water spots. The vacuum and detail area wasn't much better. The trash cans were overflowing, there were dirty rags in the clean trash holder, and I had to try 3 different vacuums before I found one strong enough to even have enough suction to pick up even the most minor interior dirt. There are way too many options in town to return to quick quick. read more

Just got home from this car wash and it was awful. I went to use the air hose to blow out my car and guess what? Water came shooting out of it into my CARPETED floorboard. The rags....oh Jesus! There was 4 and they were dried out. I am not sure why or how QQ went down hill like this but for $36/month (CERAMIC) this is not even close to being worth it. We live in the depths of hell when it starts getting warmer and the rags will dry out in no time. These should be checked several times a day. We will be looking for a new car wash!! The vacuums used to be super powerful and that is a joke. Yall need to do better!! Like a LOT better! Yall wanna be known as the BEST, then act like the BEST bc this ain't it! read more

First time I've tried this car wash and left a lot of scratches on my car. Never ever again I'll come back.

The car wash does not clean as well as some, however they have great vacuums and towels to wipe your car down after.

Monthly member for two vehicles. I went to wash my bronco and was told because it had mud on it they wouldn't let me wash it. Made me leave. Lady was not helpful so don't come here if your cars dirty. Why do I even pay if I can't wash a dirty car. I canceled both of my monthly memberships and won't be back. read more

According to the employee at the carwash on 01/09/2024, I was assured that my membership was cancelled. He gave me a "thumbs up" and said that I should not be charged anymore and that it was cancelled. Today is 02/24/2024, and my bank account shows me that I have been charged again (as if still active). I don't care if it is $26, or $1, do the right thing. Don't steal money from people. Have some integrity. I immediately call and explain the situation to a representative, including 2 supervisors (1 named Anita) and they were not able to refund me more than the last charge on my account. Even though I was misinformed by their own employee. Nobody ever apologized for the misinformation by their employee. They were cynical, and very sarcastic over the phone. Even though it's the closest carwash to me in conroe... guess what? You've lost a customer for life. I will never again do business with you. read more

Quick Quack has gone down hill! Customer service seems to be non existent and they are more interested in signing up a new customer than keeping a current one and down right rude. Was a customer for over 5 years until today. Kristi the Jack was attached to the bed and has been in it since 2018 when I bought the truck. Today is Veteran's Day- every year I normally come here to get a free car wash since I'm in the military. Today when I went for the free wash they told me that it's their policy that trucks can't have anything in the bed. Which is fine so I emptied the bed of my truck and put my objects inside of my truck (even the muddy things but I'm about to wash it anyways so it wouldn't matter) then after I finished emptying the bed I walked back and they told me that they are no longer doing a free Veteran's wash unless you have already received an email with a barcode on it. I said I didn't have the barcode but would be happy to sign up for emails or an app in order to get the free wash. They let me know that I would already have to have the barcode, which I did not, so I left. Afterwards I told my husband about the experience and he showed me that you can sign up for emails in order to get a free wash. (Which I had told them that I would have done that!!!) I used to go to quick quack for all of my washes since I knew they supported veterans but will not be going back. The employees there acted like they didn't want to talk to me. But today I wasted my time driving over there. And wasted my time clearing out the bed of my truck and left with a muddy interior :( they could have at least informed me before I cleared out the bed! read more

Well even though they respond to bad feedback and give an email... literally nothing happens after that. I emailed more than once, got a response once and that was it! Zero! Nada! Crickets! The car was damaged my car by pulling the front bumper off on both sides! I had to get that fixed myself. So again... Use at your own risk! **UPDATE** Even though they responded to this review and gave me an email. I did email them a couple times. They responded ONCE... Then nothing. Zero Zilch Crickets. Was one of original customers back in 2018 or 2019. Back then they gave out free towels, rug cleaner, Vacs that worked when more than two people were using, etc. About $3-$5 less a month but they've skimped on the soap and tire cleaners over the past several months. Now they don't repair and/or give you the courtesy of a call back (7 business days) when their machinery pulls out pieces of your car that are NOT sticking out. Wheel well trim piece. Literally took body shop less than two minutes to fix But QQ lost a $55/mth customer. Customer Service contacted three times over three different days - they don't control car wash regionals that don't care to even call back. No Accountability and honestly was disheartened as they were slipping anyway in their overall experience. UPDATE- Wow! Finally got called by store manager. YOUR INCIDENT FORM states I will be CONTACTED IN THREE BUSINESS DAYS. INCIDENT REPORT dated 8/8/2023. So QQ POLICY is to apparently IGNORE OWN POLICY & CUSTOMER as only got response on 8/16/2023. At NO TIME DID HE SAY ANYTHING OR WAS ANYTHING COMMUNICATED (until now by you) ABOUT YOUR CLASSLESS CLAIM THAT THE DAMAGE WAS ALREADY THERE. Zero Accountability. The store mgr said he was sick, apologized for not getting back to me, and could have easily snapped it back in. You should have compared your notes with the store manager. From the beginning it was low $ quick fix deal damaged by QQ. Btw: Before ANYONE from QQ got back to me I gave the body shop guy a $50 gift card for his troubles. You see it's about Customer Service, even when it's a customer you just met (ie Body Shop guy) or the lack thereof (QQ). read more

I used to like this car wash but it seems like they have been having equipment errors lately that they do not take seriously. At the end of the wash there is normally a green light that signals that it is okay to leave the wash. The past few times I've been the green light never showed and the belt began pulling me backwards. Them brushing this off and not taking it seriously can lead to someone getting seriously injured or worse. Very unprofessional. Hello KRISTI R. Thanks so much for the response. This place is horrible. Sad to say that too because prior to last month, I was a loyal member for 3 years. However, last month, the conveyer belt malfunctioned and sent my car backwards into another car. An incident report was filled out, but their cameras also malfunctioned so they said nothing could be done about it. In addition, the employee who took the report filled it out wrong so It never went through and I had to recontact them about it and no apology was ever given. This place def needs some TLC and they need to take better upkeep of the place itself. Half the vacuums also don't work or have very low suction power that defeats the purpose of them. I would highly recommend TopSoap down the street. They take way better care of their business and customers and the place itself is higher quality all around! In response to the comment by Mason, yes I can read thank you. I have been through the wash about 50 times, I know what to do, and this is why this is frustrating. If you guys were smart, you would have reached out to the other car behind me who would also confirm the Conveyer belt malfunctioned and ended their wash cycle early as well. I get it, it's 2023 and times are hard and y'all might be a bit lazy, but hey. Hopefully now you take better care of the equipment. I left with black goo all over the side of my white car. I have unlimited so I went back and they told me the part is broken and all of the white vehicles are getting this from the tire shine-there is a broken part!!! Get it fixed! The second wash didn't even get this off **UPDATE**not fixed!! And I got a dirty water wash I had blue stuff sprayed on one side of my car and black stuff on the other. And dirty water spots all over the back window!!!!!!!!! I will be canceling my monthly members Another last car wash and dirty sewer smelling water. And they have NOT fixed the tire shine spray. I usually LOVE this location but i'm very upset the one time I decided to upgrade and get the ceramic duck , it was terrible I went to go vaccum & noticed my car was still just as dirty it was a waste of my money unnecessary upcharge for a terrible wash. I still have to wash my car and now i just wasted almost $30 on a wash that didn't even make my car clean. I wish there was more employees I would've spoke to someone but I only saw one poor guy working the whole thing and he had a line of cars to assist. read more

I've always been leery about going to auto car washes for fear that my car would get scratched. The road out of my subdivision is a 2-mile dirt road so I decided to try this car wash. I signed up for the unlimited wash and after the second month I noticed the top of my Jeep Cherokee wing was badly scratched. I worn anybody who may have a wing on the hatch of their vehicle that is plastic. I wish I would never have gone here cuz now I have to replace the wing it is not repairable. read more

My husband and I both got a membership here. I like the location and staff is friendly but bottom line this carwash will damage your car. I had been a member for a year and over the last year the car wash knocked the rubber off on my antenna, scratched my car and scratched a hole in my tint. On my husband's truck it knocked off a piece of his side step and scratched his truck. I'm only leaving a review so management will fix their machine. I recently got a new car and will be taking it elsewhere. read more

Pretty sad actually because this is a great franchise and all of the other ones in the area are excellent. The staff here are super but the management/maintenance is the problem. Went thru today with one of my cars on the subscription and several brushes in the tunnel were not operating, the vacuum lines were broken, and there were no towels. What did I pay for again? This place is awesome! The carwash does a great job, I have the cleanest car in my neighborhood. I use the car wash at least once a week. The staff is always friendly, helpful and smiling. I usually keep some interior cleaner in the truck and use the complimentary cloth to clean the inside of my truck. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the service I receive here. read more

Gave two stars only because if the friendly staff, other than that the car wash has by no means been maintained so have if the vehicle doesn't even get sprayed with soap. They also put a sticker over one of the extras you are supposed to be getting with the best membership. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! This carwash scratched my paint in two places, multiple sweeping scratch marks. I reported it to corporate and filled out a report and their employee took photos of the scratches, but they NEVER fixed it. I have tried to reach the manager numerous times by phone and email to get it fixed and he IGNORES me. I guess I'll get a lawyer. I don't have any other recourse at this point. read more

When the other day and told the guy that last time I went through not all the bugs came off and he told me to tell the sprayer to spray extra and I did but still had bugs on the front of my car. I've used other car washes in this area and never had a problem because they scrubbed with a brush before entering car wash. Needless to say I will be going back to the other place instead of here and will be canceling my membership. read more

Thank GOD that this was put in. There are hardly and places, besides gas stations, to get your car washed and I was so happy when this place was built. I got the monthly best one that they have and I'm never disappointed every time that I go through. My car always comes out very clean and I love the multitude of tools that they have to clean the inside of your car. Staff is also very friendly. The only thing I wish they did away with is always giving drying towels...seems a bit of a waste and unnecessary garbage. Unless they had a bin to put them in to be reused.
