I have gone to this place for 14 yrs and on 9/26/22, I took my car there for a hand wash when one of the attendants didn't close the car door properly, allowing water to leak into the car!. They also used really dirty towels because it now I have scratches in the paint job that were NOT there before!. "Emilio" agreed to refund my money for this service and as of 10/5/22 it has not been credited to my account! My advice to potential customers is either find another place or do it yourself. Zero stars actually. Just tried to get a wash and they've changed their model. Self serve only or $50 for detail. I told the owner "I need someone to clean it for me so, Thank you anyway". He proceeded to badger me about not doing it myself, and said I could try it for free. Again, I said " no thank you, I already have a membership at a self-serve. The ONLY reason I gave this place one star, besides the fact that Yelp made me, is the fact that the manager was actually somewhat pleasant. Do. Not. Waste. Your. Money Here. Here's why: I pull up in my truck and Charlie greets me outside. Charlie is not wearing a mask in the middle of COVID. Charlie proceeds to tell me, "Yeah, the lowest price I can do on your truck is $54.99." This is not usually true, but they have taken down the menu board that have been up every other time I have gone there. I looked at him and said, "Don't you have a price list?" He said, "Nope. You'll have to take me at my word." After that, I told him that my dogs got my back seat a bit dirty. He opened my back door and said, "Oh... That'll be an extra $10 because there's pet hair on the seat." I said, "You have a policy about pet hair?" He said, "Yeah. And, I'm actually being really fair about that." He proceeds to COUGH into the back of my truck (I'm also 9 months pregnant). I got out of my truck to pay. After sitting in the lobby for a little while, I noticed that no one had masks on. They have a sign on the front door that says they require them. So, I went up to the desk. My friend Charlie was there with an older gentleman, who I later found out is the manager. I asked the guys who owns the place and Charlie gets defensive and asks why. I repeated my question. The manager said a name, and I asked for a card, which they refused to provide. Charlie, in the most condescending way says, "Why, what is it? (Shaking his head and rolling his eyes)" Do you need something??" I said, not from you, since you're being so condescending. I'll talk to your manager without you. Get out of here." Anyway, I talked to the manager alone, and he was very apologetic and friendly. He made gross Charlie put on a mask, which he did for all of 10 minutes. TWO. HOURS. LATER: I get called for my truck, and go to it. They did a nice job on the outside. The inside, however, has spots that look wet all over the seat where they actually spilled armor all. The seat is still filthy, and they just did an overall sloppy job. I'm attaching a photo of my truck seat AFTER they were finished. Just.... Don't go here. There are 100 places to go in the area- I highly recommend Sparkling Image in Conroe. They fixed Aqua's shortcomings for $10. read more

The guy told me that it would be $49 for a full detail with cleaned doors, mats, seats and dashboard. An hour later and this us what they called "clean". The lack of prices on the car washes with only a verbal amount being given upon your arrival at the bay. I have been coming to this car wash for quite sometime, but since my dealership has a "free" car wash I would get it done there, but this time I wanted an overall better quality clean car. I've been a pre-paid monthly member for the premium package wash for over a year. I have really seen this place go downhill, equipment failure seems to be very problematic. I tried to stop in this morning only to find the conveyer system not functioning. I know for a fact this has been failing now for several months! Two of the big brushes was down for an extended period of time1 month ago, soap not working and I even started carrying a towel to finish drying my vehicle since noticing not all of the blowers functioning. Management wake up and make some investments back into the equipment. Lots of compition popping up all over with newer more efficient equipment....and cheaper! Putting GM$ over customer service and equipment will pave the way for an out of business sign. read more

I am very sad. I have been going here for over 15 years and have always been happy with the service - today was my last day. I went in today to get my oil changed and as always got the car wash that has always been included (you used to be able to upgrade too a higher level car wash - which I normally do). They charged my an additional $50 for detail service. That is not what I asked for. If you change your business model it needs to be clearly stated. Emilio kept saying how dirty my car was....that is just weird. What does that matter. He was missing the point - I was charged for something I never agreed to. I wouldn't allow them to wash my car anymore. Had them do it one time and it was baddddd. I go every day to this car wash to keep my car perfect and I just do it myself. But I do watch these guys pressure wash the INSIDE of vehicles they are cleaning... and that's stressful lol knowing these people are going to have wet carpets etc when they get their cars back but I've been using aqua wash since I moved here 7 months ago. They have updated equipment for you to clean your car yourself and I really enjoy the air machine and vacuums they have because I can keep my car in perfect condition. I have the monthly membership that I pay $35 for and I go thru 2 times a day every single day due to the fact that I use my vehicle for work and have to keep it in perfect condition. If your just going to wash your car yourself, their equipment is great! But WOULD NOT recommend them being responsible for washing your vehicle. 2010 - about 2017: we used to come to this car wash whenever we wanted a deep cleaning on the cars. The attention to detail, customer service and finished product was amazing! My family and I always recommended this to friends when they were looking for a place. 2017 - 2019: service started to decline. I started realize the guy who took payment/order would talk to you and just seem aggravated by you being there, however the other employees were fantastic and helped make the trip. In about 2017 my dad got the monthly subscription, so The only interaction with employees I had was after getting my windshield sticker scanned and giving the ticket to the gentleman that started the car wash. I did seem to notice that the number of employees drastically going down. I would also notice that the guy taking orders and payment seemed really angry all the time when talking to customers though, but hey, we all have bad days so I figured that I was just seeing one second of a much longer story. 2020 - now: my girlfriend went once in early 2020, wanted to get her car very detailed. She pulled up, asked the same guy that has been taking payment for years and getting progressively angrier that she wanted the delux. He flat out said no, he was only doing the highest tier level(what she wanted) or just the drive through one. She told him she wanted the highest tier and he said "well that's not the delux". She told me she started getting a bad feeling and just left and spent more money somewhere else. I had an experience with the same guy that resulted with being yelled at and him throwing the ticket in my car because he told me to go into the wrong lane and he expected me to pay $10 to do what we pay monthly for, which I refused. This place has gone downhill and it's sad. That in addition to my car still being soaking wet as the dryers at the end weren't working correctly just caused us to stop going there. I'm also going to talk to my family about terminating the monthly subscription and spend money where we can actually get a quality product after using their services. read more

Inside Cloth on Pillars in my car hanging like Angel Wings!!! I've been here a couple times before with average results. This last time I asked for the total package which is suppose to include total armor all inside and out. When the lady waved the cloth in the air I came to check on my car. She had only armoralled my tires on the outside. So I told her the guy said they would do around the windows and door handles etc. She stated most people don't like that. I told her I do. Had to go to my car 3 times before she did almost all of it. Super annoying. Plus she didn't have the little narrow sponge to apply the armor all precisely so it ended up on my paint and windows. Very sloppy! I was so concerned with the crappy exterior job that I didn't pay enough attention to the inside job. The dash area and console appeared to be ok so I finally drove away. While driving down the road a ways I noticed how oily the dash board was. If it was the middle of summer I know eggs would have fried on it no problem. Later at home I opened the back of my SUV and noticed that armor all wasn't applied at all. Now the shocker. Still driving down the road I noticed with my PERIPHERAL VISION the CLOTH THAT USE TO BE ON THE INSIDE PILLARS OF MY CAR HANGING LIKE ANGEL WINGS. I guess maybe while the lady was working on my SUV somehow she grabbed onto them, obviously real freakin hard. Don't recommend them for detailing.
