I've been through the wash twice now, and it really does a good job. However, towels and fragrance bottles need to be monitored more closely. The first time I went, there were no clean towels, and both times, the fragrance bottles were about empty. That may be by design to minimize possible theft. However, it is a nice added touch. The vacuums are powerful and get the job done nicely. Nice touch to have powerful air hoses to blow the cracks and the fine mist is handy as well. Another nice touch is the device to hold your floor mats, and the mister hose can allow you to get the rubber mats really clean. read more

Why 5 stars? Because the detailing is high-quality and apparently rare around here. --- --- --- Being newer to the area, I did not realize how difficult it would be to find a full service car wash. I went to not one, not two, but three different places that were either charging an exorbitant amount for detailing or had self-wash stations. I initially wanted to visit TopSoap first because it had the best ratings, but it was also more than 20 minutes away from me, so I opted for the closer places, but the closer places weren't what I was looking for as it turned out. TopSoap had a detailing option that was $49.99 that allowed me to run my car through the exterior wash and then would have a couple of people vacuum and clean the dashboards inside. I went through the wash and then noticed they went through it again as I was waiting. The lady I talked to said it would only take 20 minutes to do the interior, but it was 2-3x that. Granted, this was by far the longest I've ever gone between car washes in my life so it was pretty bad and full of dog hair, so I concede that this was not a typical wash for them. But they did a great job, and while it's still more expensive than I'm used to, this is apparently where I'll have to go in the future because it's the only option! read more

The good: -License plate recognition entry makes is quick, painless, stickerless. -workers actually work -enough capacity for customer count -Towels are always supplied The bad: -Entry is tight and awkward - Exit spits you out toward vacuums and if you go the other direction it's unsafe The ugly: -The vacuum connections have a metal flap that sticks out and is just in the spot to hit a tall truck or SUV door. THREE DENTS. This is a horrible design flaw. -Customer Service sucks. They just ask 'do you want to cancel?' No apologies for anything (like they were trained to never apologize) Overall 2/5 for engineering flaws and crap customer service. If you drive a smaller car this is probably an okay wash. read more

This is the last time I go to this car wash. I had issues before where I've noticed if fuse scratches but this last time I went my car did not come out clean. I noticed a few more scratches. Definitely do not recommend. read more

Was visiting Conroe and needed a car wash. I had window paint on my back windshield. Caleb and Madison tried to power wash and scrub it off before I went through. It wouldn't come off. They told me to pull through and around; and they would help me scrape it off. Caleb got a bottle of cleaner and a scraper, and helped me scrape it off. Madison told me to pull back through, free of charge, and she'd scrub the residue off and run me back through the wash. They both went above and beyond! Couldn't have asked for a better experience. If I'm ever in Conroe, I'll go back even if I don't need a car wash, just because of this experience. And if you are in and around the Conroe area, you should 100% go get a car wash here! O NOT WASH YOUR NICE CARS HERE. Their machine tore off the trim to my fender and damaged it, and scratched it. I've had my car washed multiple places and this has never happened. I really don't like to send my car through drive through car washes since they eventually start to damage it but this car wash is great! I mainly love the customer service. The vacuums are always working properly and even if there is an issue with the maintenance they let me know beforehand or let me go through the wash a second time. read more

I went to this Carwash and it broke the bracket on my license plate and bent my license plate. Now I have to buy a new bracket to go on my license plate. It also pushed my passenger side mirror all the way in. I have been going here because my son pays for me to have a sticker on my car to keep it washed. I am 70 years old and do not need to have my car damaged by a Carwash. There is a new Carwash here in Conroe so I suggest maybe you try them before going to Top Soap and getting your car damaged. read more

It is a great place to wash your vehicle. I went in a Sunday and it was not overly busy. They lady who I gave the money to was extremely friendly. The vacuums are great and have different attachments. Exactly what you need in order to get the job done and get out. read more

I took my car to several car washes this week as I just moved into the Houston area. I was behind a car and there was a car behind me. I bought the basic car wash....the car in front of me must have bought a better car wash than I did because the staff was spraying and brushing that car all over before it went into the actual wash. When it came to mine, they barely squirted any water on it. As I went through the wash one of the brushes did not even work??? My case is this: If you are offering a service then everyone should be treated the same. I may have been on a restricted budget. Most homes have two cars or more and to visibly treat a basic wash less than a more expensive one is throwing away future business. A lot of it. Hope this is helpful. read more

We have the monthly and it always has trouble reading the tag. Today a gate was broken and took three people to figure out what to do. Ten or more cars went in front of us as we sat there. They need a manager who can handle gate issues. Not the first time this has happened. read more

This newly opened establishment is fantastic! Friendly staff, a quality drive through wash, and included self service vacuum/compressed air at the end. Stalls are large and the equipment is powerful. Price is comparable to other establishments in the area. They offer 4 wash packages with the option to do any as an unlimited subscription. I will return many times in the future. read more

TOP SOAP is a joke Caleb without a day in AUTO REPAIR told me my first time there that it was my fault that there dryer area ripped out the mounds on my LAND ROVER , not shUre if it was prejudice or unwillingness to accept guilt but they refuse to release the video to me which when i do receive it pending this law suite i will defiantly post on all platforms. i just moved here from NEW YORK so if they think I'm some city slicker there wrong . Hayden there manager saw my vehicle and his assumption was that my car had aftermarket parts which is funny due to buying it off the show room floor . Plus its not his HONDA LAND ROVER doesn't make cheap anything ... Then they tried to use what HAYDEN told me to do to fix it which was buy double sided tape as the glue that held the roof mounds in place . Although CALEB was originally understanding and sympathetic his justifications for not being at fault where literally fabricated with no proof or knowledge to support .
