I know why they were finished with my car so quickly. I paid $44.95 for the full service. There was still coffee drops dried on my console, dust and stuff on console, windshield wiper marks on my front window, dirty floor mats, and my carpet did not even look vacuumed. They rushed and did a very poor job. I had to come home and vacuum it out and wipe the rest of the stuff off the console. Waste of money. read more

I sent my daughter to have our car washed today. When she brought it home, it was dirtier on the inside than when she took it. There was a large pen mark on the back seat that was not there before. I sent her back up there to speak to a manager. He laughed at her and told her that her car was old and denied any wrongdoing. Wiped off the dirt on the steering column and walked off. We have been members at this car wash for years and the quality of the service continues to decline while the prices go up. I think my daughter was treated poorly because she was young. I am so disappointed that the manager did nothing to make it right. She wasn't asking for anything more than for them to clean it properly - which is what we paid for to begin with. I intend to spread the word to NOT USE THIS CAR WASH ever again. Quality and customer service is absolutely the worst! read more

Oil change was good guys very nice. Paid for car wash and lady was very rude. Was told to go through car wash then cam out I told them I was supposed to have inside done too. She(lady in red with lots of tattoos) griped at me told me I went the wrong way, when it was the workers that told me to go the wrong way. Did a piss poor job inside and rushed me out. I dropped 130 dollars least they could do is do the job right. I usually leave a tip for the people who are cleaning at the end but not today. read more

I've been going here for years, even before sparkling image bought it, I preferred the old prices, it used to be less than 40 bucks to get an oil change with the wash but now it's more around 50-55, I understand that under new management that things will change but I didn't see the point of that. Anyway, the wait time for the oil change is always short, maybe 10 minutes, the wash usually takes some time though typically an hour, so I usually have someone follow me there so I can leave and come back later. read more

We've been going to this car wash for over 10 years and they have consistently done a great job. It used to be Simoniz now Sparkling Image but still the same good service. Our vehicles come out clean inside and out and usually pretty quick too. The managers are walking around the detailing area making sure everything is done right and available to help if something was missed. We've also been pleased with the oil change/inspection facility. read more

I came to get my car detailed at about 11-11:30am, but detail was closed for the day...? I only came to get detail, but opted for the full service $34.99 wash and vacuum. I went to lunch and came back to grab my car, it looks okay. Nothing spectacular. Drove away and later realized that they didn't vacuum the trunk. I saw them vacuuming other car's trunks... and i cleaned my trunk purely to be vacuumed. Anyways, I'm not going to drive back to have them vacuum. Just crappy job and service. Wow... I know I usually go through Top Soap but I figured I was short on time and thought I'd pay for the full service. Maybe it's Biden or just the new ownership but the same wash as Top Soap with the privilege of having someone else wipe down your car and vacuum is $29 where you do the vacuum and it's $16. I'm not lazy and with the price of gas this will be the last time to visit this "full service" joint. read more

Nothing was wiped down, there were still bug marks on the windshields, water spots on the outside, and the vacuum job was lousy. I should have checked Yelp and not google reviews. This place stinks! We tipped $10/ea car too. The workers there didn't even deserve a tip because they hardly did anything. read more

This location and their staff are amazing. Unique and Cindy are always smiling, greet you immediately and work their butts off! Unique especially hustles hard and runs to take care of a client and assist the crew! Overall the job is always good. I have a 2019 Equinox. Never been in the shop other than routine service. Went to the Mobile to get my oil changed and within 200 miles my car was sitting at the dealership with the engine light on. The guys did not put my car back together correctly and I had to pay 212.00 for engine diagnostic and it was caused by incorrectly installed parts from Mobile. Then when I brought it to their attention, I get a call, it's not their fault. read more

Her only suggestion was for me to walk back across the parking lot with my 6 month old bc "she never talks to them." No ATM or cash back available for tips bc (even though I spent $90) I did not purchase a car wash. Let feeling terrible for not being able to tip (both atms at chase out of order next door also) and frustrated with the lack of communication among employees here. Paid 120 for a car wash and when I got my vehicle back the hood had two big dents, and little chips all over the front of the car. Told them about it and they acted like it wasn't their fault. I'd notice if my car would have all those dents and chips on it. Never got back with me or even gave me a refund. read more

I have a membership at this car wash and I love it!!! They always go above and beyond! I'm in sales and I have to go to my customers homes . They always tell me how nice to my car looks even on the day that it rains. Everybody is very friendly. They work as a team and everybody's willing to help. The employees are cross trained and they can do more than one job. It's all been very clean and sanitary. During Covid I've witnessed everybody wearing their mask washing their hands and wiping down the doors and all the furniture. I highly recommend this car wash. I was lucky to find them right when we moved out here to Conroe. read more

after reading the other reviews I'm not surprised by how my car was treated. I wish I would have read the reviews before I paid almost $90 for a detail, or else I would not have gone there. pulling back up to my car to pick it up I immediately noticed how the outside of the car was not even dried off. water run spots everywhere. the inside was wiped down, obviously, but the job was half done. console wasn't even cleaned which was supposed to be cleaned. seats weren't even wiped off with anything. after speaking with the manager (I'm assuming it was the manager) he was laughing the entire time and telling me it's just hard water spots. yet the spots come off with my finger. terrible customer service. these people are just there looking for a pay check they don't really care about how well they clean your car. definitely will not be going back. save your money and just do it yourself. if I could give negative stars I would. read more

Of course you want your car fully wiped down or I would go to a gas station car wash, idiots! We paid for the highest car wash, there were still bugs on the front and the wheels were barely wiped down. When we complained the assistant manager was very rude and said that it was in the paint. As I began to wipe the bugs away it was clear they had made no effort. My interior was not even wiped or vacumed near the cup holders. Very poor job a waste of money.
