This is by far the best car wash in the region They give you free clean cloth towels to detail your car after the wash. The Vacuums are by far the best. They have a compressed air sprayer. They have a mat washer that you just put your mat through, and it launders your mat for you. They also have scrubbing stations for rubber mats. And I also want to say, I appreciate them, offering free car washes for veterans on Veterans Day. read more

ABSOLUTELY AVOID ANY KIND OF SIGN UP for membership FROM THIS COMPANY! I haven't had an account or been to this place in over a year and come to find out they were pulling monthly charges that got by me until my taxes. I went by and they show I didn't even have an account. I've called and emailed and called with no response at all. I'm reporting this business to the BBB next if I don't get a call back. I was just refunded for several months of charges and will continue to be refunded for services not rendered. read more

Great car wash that leaves our vehicle sparkling every time. The vacuum still a great job and they give you complementary towels to dry off your vehicle. Various price points depending on how often you want to come I'm extremely impressed that they also honored our veterans by giving all veterans a free car wash on Veterans Day. Great job. read more

WhiteWater Express Car Wash - Auto Detailing Near Me - Tomball, Texas

I went into the carwash for a regular car wash at the location on 2920 in Tomball. The attendant was working at a broken machine took my card and charged me for a car wash. After speaking with Jorge, I found out I was charged a promotional subscription fee. I was charged again a month later for the full fee. There was no car wash in between charges. I called for a refund no one answered or returned the call. I emailed -no one responded. I went in today and was told to pull in through the wash because Isaiah could not navigate me out of the car wash. After getting a wash I did not want or ask for, Jorge said he couldn't refund my money because I had a forced wash! Do not go here !!!Everyone is a con artist! The person who signed me up, the manager and Isaiah who could not navigate me out of the car wash. If I could give less than a star I would. They have basically stolen my money. read more

10/10 recommend. My son and daughter went here for the first time and were nervous but from the moment they got there, they were helped by a nice woman signing them in then again helped afterwards by a nice man to show them what to do. I've been going here for years but wanted to leave a great review after how they treated my kids for their first car wash. read more

This happened at the Tomball location and has been the worst experience ever. Three weeks ago one of their employees when they went to go rinse off my front hood with their brush slammed it onto my new 2026 Toyota tundra and caused a big scratch right on the top of it and immediately I spoke to management they had me take pictures. Fill out a Jotform and submit information for a claim. Three weeks go by didn't hear from anybody. I had to pull up to the location and when I got there, they are saying they are not liable because they don't know if it was there before or after after reviewing the cameras. I just picked up this truck two months ago it's a 2026 Toyota tundra since they decided this route. I did file a police report and now have a case number I let management know my family comes from a family of criminal attorneys and will be more than happy to help me out. Unfortunately it has to come this way, but this is what scams look like to the fullest. read more

Terrible car wash. The member section doesn't even work half the time. Employees weren't helpful. Have a whole line of members but the non members were gliding by no issue. read more

This car wash is always very busy but it is very good and very clean much better than quick quack

Don't waste your money with this company. Their machines will damage your car and then they'll deny responsibility because of their warning signs. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!! read more

We've used all of the self-services washes and WhiteWater is by far the best value. They have freshly washed microfiber towels that you can use along with compressed air to wipe down the water left from the wash. They have a couple of floormat cleaners but if you have WeatherTec or another weatherproof maybe they won't fit. But, take them to the guys at the front of the wash and they'll hose them down with high pressure soap. I've had to run my car through more than once to get rid of bugs, and never had a problem. If you let them k is, they'll absolutely hose down the hood and grille with bug cleaner. They are popping up all over town, so they're convenient as well. read more

Nick was very helpful on my last visit, he told me about the different membership plans and I ended up purchasing a membership.

Love this place - Madison always has a great smile every time I am there - great addition to the Tomball/Magnolia area

costumer service was terrible. I will cancel membershi. and soap is always left on my suv!!

Don't ever take your car to any of their locations. My weather strip was taken taken off at the Centerville location. They will come up to any excuse on why they can not cover any damages. I even had my receipt from when the incident occurred and they still stated they could not cover anything, because of the 7 year policy. Don't waste your time at any of these location. Turn around and take your money else where. read more

One of the best car washes in Tomball, have never had a bad experience here. The employees are always super nice and helpful. The one that helped me the other day was Andrew and he was very helpful and friendly. read more

This was my first time at Whitewater and I will definitely be back! Reasons: 1- great value for a drive thru car wash (very easy to add only the options you want) 2- all 3 staff I spoke with were very helpful (the guy who welcomed me and showed how the self-service pay station works, the guy who scrubbed the front of my car prior to entering the car wash, and the guy who got out more blue towels when the table was empty) 3- the blue microfiber towels are wonderful and are provided free of charge and the receptacles for the dirty towels are conveniently located 4-the vacuums are super strong and the vacuum area is completely shaded thank you! read more

Car not cleaned to my standards. Complained and they wouldn't even rewash my car. Called corporate office to express my disappointment , as of 10 days no reply yet. read more

These guys are awesome! They went the extra mile and used some goo gone on my windows to help me remove chalk writing from a little summer camp fun. They also put me through the wash again just to make sure all the dust from the chalk was gone. Excellent service...they know how to make a customer return! read more

Excellent Car Wash not only other people very friendly and accommodating the vacuums also have detail sprayers and two types of floor mat cleaners one dry and one wet and dry One of my favorite things about them as they do not close just because it's showers in the afternoon which happens in Houston in the summer time almost everyday They are open till 7:30 p.m. and will stay open later if there are lines waiting which is great for me as I work for Uber or Lyft saving the world one drink at a time at night my car needs to look pretty before I go out to work and it always does thanks to the great girls and guys at Whitewater car wash read more

Went to the Atascocita location. Noticed after I went through the car wash, the washer ripped my back window wiper arm totally off my car. I notified the store and they verified that the washer did in fact rip the wiper arm off my car but made up a silly excuse that my wiper "looked loose" and then told me they don't cover wiper blades at all. My wiper blade/arm was not loose at all. The fact they felt the need to lie about that makes no sense nor that they do not repair items their machine damages. Poor business practice. I will never return again Car owners beware... they will NOT repair any damages caused by their equipment. read more

Fantastic job by Brian P and the rest of the staff every time! They pre-power wash even before entering the tunnel wash. Do yourself a favor and buy the monthly unlimited pass for $30!! This location is pretty new and state of the art equipment is exceptional at cleaning cars and trucks. Oh and free vacuum and dry towel service. And mat cleaner free too. Oh and air guns at vac stations included. read more

The young lady, Hope, is pure joy! Always smiling and has a enthusiastic welcome and have a great day! The wash is good too but the customer service is exceptional! Pretty annoying that a worker needs to come up to the AUTOMATED machine to hassle you into giving a tip. Not real sure who thought that was a good idea, but it needs to stop. When to this location today. Always go to this one and have always been satisfied. Ask the guy from the start to scrub the right side of the car to get the bird poop off. He said I gotcha! Go through car wash and park to dry car off. Get the the back of the car and it haven't even been cleaned. The guy blamed it on my trailer hitch (have never had this happen before). So I went back through. I watched this time and the rags and brushes never even touched the drivers side of the back of my car. Again got out to dry it off and notice there's still bird poop. Seriously! Guess I'll wash it at home and just wasted $14.00. Not the norm for this location! read more

This place is the best. They are always pleasant and helpful. As an Uber driver I wash my car a lot and there have been several times when they were closing and they reopened because they saw me coming. Chad and Austin are the bomb! If you want a friendly place to get your car washed this is where you want to go!! I've had to switch cars three different times and all three times the process has been seamless and flawless. My car is always clean and I enjoy coming here daily! Get the membership and keep your car clean!! read more

Horrible experience. I went through the car wash and other than the bug repellent the employee at the front applied to my car there was no other soaps used. It was like i drove the car wash to have dry dirty rags dragged across my car. I have been to other whitewater express before for years, i won't be coming back to this one. I will go out of my way to a further franchise location to get my car washed read more

This is almost a self-service car wash. The only human interaction is when you drive up to order box and you may or may not be greeted by a person who may answer any questions, or rather - upsale your choice. Water presser seems enough to get the easy grime and dirt off; however, I don't recall any presoak options. All in all, for a self service car wash, this is probably as good as it gets. It would have been preferred to also have actual towel dryers wiping the excess water off but then, that wouldn't be self service? read more

People that are complaining about this place are people that just wanna complain, gripe and are just never happy. First off the price might be a tab high on the upper level washes BUT consider the perks. Free floor mat washers, free unlimited vacuums on both sides of ur ride, free air blower on both sides and a great staff.. The place was very clean every where. It went super fast. Was the wash the best ever?? maybe not, maybe Buccee's is better - maybe but the perks are what make this car wash worth every penny. I hate it when buccees gives me 1 coin and I am halfway done. Not here, ur good to good. In conclusion, probably one of the best if not the best bang for buck car washes ever!!!! If u live close the unlimited plans look worth it. I would do it but dont live close enough.. read more

I've been using this car wash since they opened in Tomball almost 7 years ago. Since Chad left it has been going downhill. I just went there to get my car washed - they are open but the car wash itself is closed so they make eight cars pileup thinking they're going to get to get their car washed and they just let them sit there until they decide to leave. A manager came out and said they're having technical difficulties but they still have one lane open which gives you the impression that the business is open. This used to be a good place to go to but there is now a quick quack car wash open down the street and I might just move my membership over there. read more

I love White Water Express Car Wash in Tomball, as the management there is on top of everything and the employees are friendly and efficient! I am beyond impressed with the employees at this car wash! I was in line for a wash when I realized that I had forgotten my credit cards/cash. As I was backing up, Preston came up insisted I get a car wash on the house! Who does that anymore?! He was so friendly-as were all the employees - Tommy at the car wash entrance with a smile on his face exclaiming "have a nice day!" The facility is clean and the vacuums work great. My car looks fantastic and my heart is warm! read more

Overall extremely satisfied with car wash and the staff, super friendly and helpful. One of them, Tommy, actually greeted me when I pulled up to pay and asked me about my day and was just very kind. Once I went through the car wash and went to park to vacuum out & dry off my car, Tommy walked over and checked my car to make sure it came clean. He also helped me blow dry my car. It was very kind of him and actually made me feel like this company cares about their customers. I will definitely be returning weekly! read more

First time I went through the manager on duty was at the end of the wash. He told me to come through again. I wasn't sure what had happened. It's really nice to have people that look out for the customers to make sure they are satisfied. Will definitely go back! read more
