***BEWARE ****BEWARE ***DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR OR TRUCK HERE**** I have a black truck, I only use Quick Quack car washes. I towel dry my truck every time as I exit in the bay. So I see everything on my truck - came out so orbital swirl scuff marks on my driver side front quarter panel and door. Immediately filed a report. Almost two weeks later I get a call and they denied any damage. I wash my truck almost weekly. I stopped by and talked to Casper, The manager and she was the one I called and explained I do not take my truck anywhere else. Explained to her I wanted a supervisor - she said she would talk but it would do NO good as they would have the same reply. They say they will not warranty damage to your vehicle more than I believe three years or older. I have 2024. I've had a monthly membership with up to 5 cars for probably 8-10 years - I used their IPAD to take photos for the claim otherwise I would POST - ****BEWARE - MANAGEMENT AND COMPANY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORD OR THE WORK***** TELL YOUR FRIENDS *** read more

Update: in response to the comment, yes, she did cancel my membership. I literally logged into the account on y'all's website the same day, and my membership was no longer active. If you are going to reply, please reply with facts. We have been members of QuickQuack Car Wash for over five years at the location at 9855 Louetta Rd, Houston, TX 77070. Today, my husband had a distressing experience with an employee who identified herself as Daisy and claimed to be in charge of the facility. My husband intended to use the restroom inside, as he has done on several occasions without encountering any issues with staff. He acknowledges the signage indicating that customers are not permitted inside, and while this has only occurred a few times in the past, with the knowledge of the staff, this incident was particularly concerning. The issue lies in the manner in which Daisy handled the situation. She addressed my husband in a condescending tone and yelled at him across the facility in front of other customers, ultimately canceling our account. While I am committed to adhering to rules, the tone and manner in which she spoke to him were both rude and unnecessarily authoritative. Your website states, "Exceptional Service - Our Team Members are dedicated to providing you with exceptional customer service." However, Daisy's actions directly contradicted this commitment. She embarrassed my husband by creating a public scene and yelling at him from a considerable distance. In contrast, all other staff members we have encountered at this store have been exceptional. read more

The customer service is almost always good, so no issue there. The problems are the cost and the quality of the wash. Their basic wash is $12.99, which is overpriced for what you get. As a comparison, HEB's premium wash is $12.99 and does a better job cleaning the car and drying it. Quick Quacks premium wash is $27.99! I can go down the street and get a full service wash for $28-$32, which means someone is cleaning it inside and out for me. The other issue is the wash itself. Whether its the basic or their premium wash, the rims never get cleaned that well and the vehicle is always wet. So you have to spend 10 minutes cleaning your car and drying it off once you are out of the tunnel. read more

The Quick Quack car wash on Louetta damaged my brand new truck and would not admit fault. They admitted to having perfect video footage of my truck entering with no damage and then having damage done to it, yet still denied my claim. I was told, "The damage is inconsistent with the damage our car wash usually does to vehicles. If the damage was done by our car wash it would have ripped your mirror completely off." It's not worth the risk. Avoid this car wash company. Edit: to be clear-there was constant surveillance of my truck on the property. I entered without damage and then had damage before leaving the property. In no way is it possible for the damage to have miraculously occurred except in the wash. They will continue to deny that there was any malfunction regardless of these facts. read more

They always offer a "100% clean car guarantee".... Been through here a couple times where there is literally no soap coming out of the wash. Informed a staff member there was no soap after my wash and he said " we know"..... uhh so why are you charging me for a wash?? This location also accused my mother of driving through the wash when she asked to go through a second time, because this same issue occurred with no soap. Why would we go through the trouble of lying over a 12$ wash...if the soap wasn't there and my car still looks dirty after coming through it must have not been a good wash. Plus, if you have a clean car guarantee it shouldn't have been an issue. Employees here are pretty rude and unhelpful. You get what you pay for! read more

Every single time I go here with the exception of a couple of times, the employees try to get me to sign up for a membership. I don't want to sign up for a membership. And I ask every time for the ceramic duck one time wash and they keep pushing a membership. Last Saturday the 19th I was there around 2:30-3pm and the employee came up to my window tried petting my dog and also leaned his arm on my car while trying to "flirt" me into a membership. Why can't I just pay and go through the car wash? Meanwhile he was so preoccupied trying to get me to pay for a membership that he didn't pay attention to me saying I wanted the ceramic duck one time wash. Instead charged me for the lowest wash available for $12.99. I was so disappointed. Please quick Quack do something to make the experience more pleasant and please get your employees to pay attention to what customers ask for. read more

Customer is not always bad. But had a bad experience service with a young lady named "Heidi" I believe is her name. She was rude, I mentioned to her that I noticed while vacuum my car I saw soap on top the car and it was still dirty, and if it was ok to run it one more time. She said. " No, if you have gotten the membership" that's the only way you wash your car many time. I called customer service to make a complaint but useless because it was no manager at this location at the time. read more

If I could I would give no stars. This location has a problem when you go through the wash. It scratches your rims when you get to the tire shine. I tried to make them aware of the situation and they made it seem like I was trying to get money from them. I don't care about the scratches on the rims. I'm just trying to let them know that there is something wrong. I don't want your money. I just want you to fix the problem. read more

Love this carwash! The automatic carwash cleans your car so well! Also, everyone is so friendly (Chance and Angelo helped me today) and gave me several dash wipes to clean the interior of my call. Also, this month the scent in the tunnel is pumpkin spice scent. Truly, everything about this spot is wonderful. read more

I went to this location and was offered the ceramic duck wash and membership for $18.99 (half price) for the first month. I agreed to join and did my wash. The charged my card $37.99, full price, instead of the half off. I contacted customer service, and they said they would credit me $18.99 for the next month. When I asked them to refund me the money instead of crediting me, they said they couldn't do it! This is false advertising and lying to your customers-'so disappointed. I will be disputing the charges through my credit card company. It's the fact of the matter that you guys are lying to your customers just to get them to sign up for the membership, which is messed up. read more

Wanted to love it because of the dash wipes but they ruined my car. Please see pictures of scratches all over the front end of my car. I notified staff that they should check the car wash to see if anything was in them because my car was scratched all over my front and they blew me off and said it would be effecting all the cars. ....Well no crap shirlock that's why I'm trying to notify you to check since mine is already damaged. As you can see the direct washer strokes slashing into my car. Such a potential but unless you have a super shitty car. Don't ever bring your cars here go to mister car wash!!! read more

Wow lots has changed here for the better! I gave it another try today and all the employees were so helpful, they gave me a discount because it might rain I did not even ask for. The vacuums have been upgraded to include a wand (awesome) and the actual pull through wash did a great job of getting my Kia Soul clean without bumps or scratches. A vinyl wipe is included with the purchase and there is a stand where you can shop for air fresheners, glass wipes, etc all without getting out of your car. So pleased at the transformation here and keep up the great work!! read more

Casper was great and very helpful! Love getting my car washed here. Always super fast and easy

I love this location because of their lot size and customer service. I had a "Best" membership and coming here for carwashes was always super easy and hassle free. They just enter in your license plate into their iPad and give you a thumbs up to proceed. I recently had to cancel my membership (due to an after market accessory on my vehicle that will not able to be put through a car wash) and was a little nervous about doing so. I was not sure how difficult it was going to be, or if I would have to call and speak to someone/hear a sales pitch trying to entice me to stay. None of that! I went on their website, submitted my request and heard from someone in their customer service dept. a few hours later. Easy peasy. If you like to keep your car clean, I think QQ has the best drive through car wash in town. I've tried several and it just hasn't given me the same result(s) as here. read more

Went in this morning for a car wash. My wife's car has a membership but this is a new car. I usually take hers to the Fry road location. Well, the young lady said they had a promo going, "The Best" car wash for $15.99, normally $21.99. I said sure I'll take that one. When I get to my office I'm greeted with an email thanking me for signing up for the Ultimate membership, $31.99 per month. Nice Bait and Switch. There was absolutely no mention of a membership, just the wash. Membership now canceled, and you have lost my business. Ok, while I appreciate the reply, your employee did not explain anything, she simply said we have a promo, our "The Best" wash for $15.99 PERIOD!!!!! THERE WAS NO MENTION OF A MEMBERSHIP. HIGHLY UNETHICAL AND I'M SURE NOT SOMETHING SHE THOUGHT OF ON HER OWN. read more

My car wasn't as clean as other washes I've had and I didn't appreciate being badgered by the cashier about buying a membership for a month. Don't come here and definitely don't buy a membership. They've raised the prices significantly but the wash is actually less that it used to be. The vacuums and interior hand wash tools don't work. Plus you come out of the wash even w the Ceramic option with soap all over your car. Pay 25$ if you want to come wash it yourself. The attendants will not make concessions for their facility not working. Was told something about their pipes are clogged or their motor is broken so cannot expect the vacuums to work. Everyone here is complaining about the same issue and the attendants just keep saying "don't come here. None of it works." Just spending the word I guess. Even they say it's worthless. Would have been nice if they mentioned that in the payment line. Cleaning up the carpet inside was the only reason I came to get the wash. Turns out it was wasted money. Quick Quack should probably correct this. * to make it worse they misrepresent their business. The highest tier wash used to be $17 now this new/worse ceramic is $25. Somehow whoever responded is convinced this doesn't represent price increase. Also mentioned in review attendants WERE told- THEY said this location sucks and never works. That is what set it off more than anything... not only do the services not work but the staff know and seem flippant about it while still charging full prices and pushing people through. Doesn't feel good as a customer. Will definitely try another location- and hopefully it isn't as careless an experience. read more

Guys checking you in are very inconsistent. Had a bad experience with Jay. The guy pretty much said I don't care about your opinion. I have a membership and drove up closer to him, so he didn't have to walk to membership side. Waited for him while he handle his customer. Then finish didn't check me in, went over to other stall. Then came to me and I told him why he didn't check me in first after waiting. I told him about the other issue the other day with his manager. And he didn't careless. I pulled in to get a wash, and was told they weren't working today. Got sent on my merry way.

Like many other reviewers have said, their vacuum system wasn't working. I tried all of the different stations and almost no suction.
