I have been going here for the better part of 10 years without incident. But for the past couple of months I've noticed some sticky substance on my car after coming out of the car wash. This substance is causing paint damage. Last week I finally remembered to check my car after the wash and sure enough there it was again. All over my car ! I spoke with the young lady that was there and she looked (unfortunately got some of it on her hands and clothes) at my car then submitted a ticket for someone to call me. Today they call and say my claim is denied because they don't see the substance on the camera when my car comes out. The substance is clear in nature and my car is dark, so obviously it is not noticeable unless you are close. That is why the young lady that was there took pictures up close. Reached out to Quick Quack who said the decision ends with the store manager (shocker) Anyone experience anything similar ? I've been meaning to write a review of this place. Timing is everything. Had I written this a month ago, I would be giving a 4 or 5 star review based on my experience at the time. Now I'm grappling between a 1 or 2 star review. We have been going to this car wash for only a few month on a monthly plan for two vehicles. As a previous reviewer mentioned, it looks like they've been working on projects for a while. I can overlook that part. My frustration is from the lack of customer service. My last few visits to the car wash, I noticed the wrong package blinking when I lined up to enter the tunnel. At first, I paid it no mind as I figured the back to back cars in the tunnel caused some kind of issue. After a few visits I inquired. A few things happened. First they re-aligned all the packages. Then they changed all the prices. Then they downgraded my package - but did not tell me. I pull up for my visits with the window down -- and no one could give me a heads up. So, I lost services that I was paying for -- I don't even know what package I have now -- or if I'm paying the correct amount for that one. Regardless, my card is being charged for something I did not agree to. I asked to cancel when I spoke with attendant and he pointed me to a toll free customer service line. Nothing ever works properly at this location, either your car comes out with soap scum on it or the vacuum cleaners aren't working. Asked to cancel my subscription and surprise surprise they continue to charge me. Still working on cancelling. read more

Worst use of $8. The attendant never smiled. I had to ask for my receipt. The wash air while in the tunnel fills your car with a very gross smell, like sewer water. The bird feces did not come off. The vacuums are very weak and did not work on half the stalls. Another customer and I had to move. I didn't vacuum out my car because it would be better if I did it at home. Facility is trashy. I have been a quick quack customer since they started in this area (2920 & Rhodes) back in 2014... When this location on Louetta/Klein Church opened up I was extremely happy because it was on my way to work. I take extreme pride in my vehicles and always like to have them clean, I loved the 3 minute quick wash, tire shine etc... I have always had the unlimited wash membership and even had multiple vehicles under that membership. However, recently, this new employee ruined it for me... I'm assuming she's new because I've never seen her there. Like someone else stated, I was paying $29.99 for the "Best" package and every time I went through the wash, the lower package was blinking... I too figured it was a mistake or maybe they were so busy that they typed in the wrong package... nope! After 4-5 washes I finally put down my window and POLITELY asked "CAM" the girl working there, to please make sure she selected the "best" package since that's what I have been paying for. CAM appeared agitated and angry, it was early in the morning too, so I was trying the be extra nice... CAM shook her head and said "NO, because we are undergoing upgrades so I can't give you that." Again, I politely asked why? Since I was paying $29.99 for the "best" package... Instead of taking 20 seconds of her time and explaining to me why she couldn't give me the "best" wash, since that's what I pay for, she shook her head, walked away, and started thinking out loud saying things like "OMG, Annoying a$$ people, don't have anybody else to bother!" There were no cars behind me, I was the only person in line, she had nothing to lose. Maybe just 20 seconds. Considering I was paying $29.99 for this service and also considering there is a new car wash in every corner in this side of town, I decided to contact customer service and see if it was true she could not give me that $29.99 service. Customer service stated that they were indeed undergoing upgrades at this location, but there was no reason for her not to give me the $29.99 wash since that's what I was paying for. I like this car wash and have a membership but today I was attacked by ants. I put my mat in the mat wash machine and didn't notice when I took it out that it was COVERED in fire ants. I am highly allergic to ants and thankfully I was able to brush off the ants crawling on my hand and arm with just a single bite to my hand. I had to vacuum the rest of the ants still on my mat in my car. Other than the ant issue, I like this location and staff are always helpful. read more

I love this place ! I try to keep my car pretty clean about once a quarter I'll pay to have a detailed but in the meantime weekly or at least biweekly it needs a good vacuuming and dusting out and washed on the outside and this is my new go to location! I've tried pretty much every self service car wash you can think of and the difference is that this one has air pressure holders that you can use which really helps cleaning out your cupholders and just general dust also they give you free armor all wipes!! read more

First of all My Name is Bo Olivarez, I was one of their first Customers to sign on with Quick Quack. I signed on with a fee of $19.99 a month for one year and with any additional vehicles it would be a $10.00 charge. With out any notice I was billed $44.99 I called to ask if they made a mistake and they explained that they increased the second vehicle to 15.00 without any notification. That still does not explain why they increased the amount they charged me to $44.99 a month. I have since cancelled my contract with this company. They are a total rip off. read more

Beware of the so called promotion! They said I could start unlimited for 59 cents the first month then it goes to 30 bucks which I was fine with. Then they told me I could add a second vehicle for 10 or 15 bucks which I also did. Well after checking my bank statements these people have been charging me full price for both vehicles! And of course they are refusing to refund me the difference- claiming that they didn't know they were charging the same card full price twice a month. OVER-PRICED AND SHODDY EQUIPMENT Very disappointed. Started great when they opened a couple of years ago, but it appears that they don't repair their damaged equipment. The last few times I went, the vacuums had very low suction and when I went this afternoon one of the vacuums was missing - I had to share with the adjoined bay (not a huge issue, but more of a symptom of the overall state). Inside the wash, the primary spinning brush for the drivers side of the vehicle has been removed (though the passenger side one is still there and running - making this defect all the more obvious). This was pretty disappointing for a $14 wash. I will happily drive up the road and check out the competition in hopes a better experience moving forward. This car wash is awesome! I drive for uber and I have to keep my car clean. I had been driving around looking for a car wash that would accept uber drivers at all much less Not charge us more than the normal "unlimited" price. I was turned away at a few car washes in the area then I came here and max 100% told me uber drivers were more than welcome. He walked me threw the process and the different things they had to offer as well. Then to top it all off I had my daughter and nephew with me and he brought both of them swag out to the car to keep them entertained. 100% recommend!! read more

Went to the Location @ Louetta and Klein Church Road and paid for the "Better Wash". The passenger side did not get clean so they ran me through the wash again. Still not clean. They acknowledged that they knew they were having issues with their machine and were frustrated they could not get it fixed. This is a 4 Runner so it is a pretty "routine" vehicle to go through a car wash - no special trim. Check-in clerk said they could run it though again till it got clean, but that seemed to be a worthless solution after two attempts. On site manager would not respond and they stated they could not issue a credit to my credit card. Asked for the corporate number and they handed me a free-be wipe packet with the 888 number on it. Called they 888 number and got the run around:1) go to a different location ( miles away and $4.00 gas and my time) as they could noncredit my credit card, 2) Go back to the Louetta location and they could give me a refund - this is after two requested that were denied at the location, finally, 3) They suggested I call my bank and dispute the charge as a fix. Could not speak to a customer service supervisor - i guess the call would not forward from Mumbai to the US. I recommend any group offering free car washes in a Church parking lot over Quick Quack based on this customer service experience. Gary R read more

The customer service at this location is AWFUL. I took my car there for the first week to take part in the free wash. The attendant did not check my antanae. When my car came out of the cycle, my antanae was no where to be found. We called the customer care line to complain and have receive nothing but the run around. We have called the service line daily to speak with someone. The only people we can reach is the call center. They asked to us to leave a message. We did and have only receive one call about this. The "manager" that called advised us to go get an estimate. Once our estimate was completed, we called the manager back to advise them of the charges, still no answer or return call. I will never be returning to this facility and I strongly recommend against anyone else putting theirselves through this headache. read more
