Got started a little late but did a great job. Fair price. Will most likely use him again :)

My friend wanted to get her 2000 Infiniti that she bought new. I called Jay and he gave me an very competitive price quote. Jay showed up at the appointed time with all the right equipment. Used Claybar to bring out the original shin and color. Complete wax and interior cleaned. Jays is a very reliable and hard working young man.. highly recommend him to do your next wash or detail. read more

Jay did an interior detail on a used car I had just recently been given. The interior was really dirty and smelled pretty bad. Jay worked over 4 hours and did the best job anyone could expect considering the condition of the inside of the car. Thanks Jay!! read more

Jay did a fantastic job on my complete interior and exterior detail. My car is almost 6 years old and looks new again! Fantastic attention to detail, prompt, reasonable prices, and easy to communicate with via text and phone. 10/10 would use again. Thanks! read more

Excellent job making my car look like new. Very courteous and prompt. He made all those small scratches disappear. Thankd

I originally posted a review about Jay's quality of work the first time i had him come by for a wash on my vehicle, i gave him a 2 stars review for a semi decent job. He reached out to me the following day and asked how he could help address the issue which was very nice of him to do. We scheduled an appointment for for him to come by, he resolved the issue and did an excellent job. I should have given him a chance to take care of some swirls left behind after his first job instead of posting a low review on him. His professionalism, communication skills with customers and quality of work is on par. I definitely recommend him to anyone looking for that 5 star quality work. Thanks Jay, greatly appreciated buddy and looking forward to doing business with you in the near future. read more

Jay cleaned my 2016 Ram 2500. It was filthy after a camping trip. He got the outside looking better then new. The inside was full of dog hair and dirt, he did an amazing job getting the inside cleaned up. Will definitely be calling him again to have our cars detailed. read more

Just moved to the Beaumont area and was looking for a Mobile Detail Company to was my cars that have never been detailed before. They were super dirty from kids and dogs. I came across Jay's mobile detail and Carwash and all I can say is I am very pleased with the work of him and his coworker Matthew. They went above and beyond. Both of my cars look brand new I am so glad I found them. They showed up on time got right to work. You can tell they love their jobs washing and detailing cars are not easy but they are amazing. The work the did is absolutely amazing. If you want your car truck or SUV to look brand new I would definitely recommend them. read more

Returning customer because Jay does such an amazing job! So happy with his service and attention to details. He is also very affordable.

Professional with excellent service. He did a great job washing and waxing my full sized SUV. A definite recommend.

I called Jay after finding him on Google and he was able to get me in right away. He and his partner arrived at said time and got right to work cleaning my heavily soiled carpets (I have 3 young children). They were at it for close to 2 hours and were successful at removing all but oil stains (those stains were even lighter than before they worked on them). I think it is fair to mention the carpets in my van are light. I felt them to be prompt, professional, and friendly and I would recommend them. read more

My first time using Jay's business and I am very pleased. He is courteous & polite. He did a wonderful job on my Tahoe. My Tahoe had my fur baby's fur everywhere! His mobile price to wash is reasonable there is no need for me to leave my house & wait at a wash center. Now my ride is so fresh & so clean & ready for the weekend! Thank you Jay! :) read more

If I could give 10 Stars I would ! I am a pet groomer and a pet sitter who often has up to 10 dogs in my car at any given time. I have an SUV that was literally a fur mobile with plenty of dirt to go along with it. I called Jay to come and wash my car for me and the job he did was well beyond five stars. The stink is gone the flying fur is gone the stuck on dog noses on the windows are gone. And did I mention the most affordable price I have ever paid :-) :-) :-). It should have cost me over $100 but I wasn't charged that much so I paid that much to say THANK YOU! to Jay for such a job well done! It's like brand new again. I love my car again and I'm sure I will never ever use any other mobile car wash business again. If you are in the market for a car wash while you're at work, the convenience of Jay's mobile car wash coming to you is Ultimate and the work done surpasses all others. I am one extremely satisfied customer! Thanks again Jay read more

Another great job! We are repeat customers. Jay detailed a car for us today we plan to list for sale this weekend. It looks fabulous!

Jay detailed both our truck and SUV. Each were in really bad shape and he did a wonderful job. He shampooed, deodorized and cleaned the interior and washed the outside of each truck. There were some serious stains and he was able to get them out. He was punctual and a really nice, polite guy. I highly recommend Jay's Mobile Detailing. read more

Great job. The car was cleaned impeccably. Most of the stains were taken out. The technician was friendly and courteous.

Used again to have my daughter's car detailed. Again, beautiful job! He's also very nice and great price!

Thank you, great job. Made my Mercedes look very sharp. First time using a Jay's auto detailing, and I will for sure use him again.

Extremely happy with Jay and his partners work. They came out to my home within an hour and half of calling him. They did a wonderful job waxing the outside of my car. read more

Very unprofessional! We used them for a while and almost every time they have been late plus pretty consistent excuses why they are late and can't make it back (broken truck or whatever) The last issue was my last straw. I was trying to schedule a time for them to come and there was a time conflict and he had not showed up for our appointment and assured me he would be able to get my car done before I had to leave at 7:45am the next morning so I agreed even though I was skeptical, he barely finished the inside of my car by the time I had to leave and he still needed to do my husbands car so I handed him the $ and said to him he could come back to to the outside and he said no problem. It's been 2 weeks and we have set multiple times up he doesn't show we reschedule and then the times don't work so today I just said I would like a partial refund instead since we couldn't work out a time. He told me he needed to do his paying clients first when I had already paid him. Then he goes on to tell me if he comes to give me a refund or finish my car he would charge me fees because it's an inconvenience to him. The work is just mediocre and the professionalism is terrible. read more

Called and made an appointment for Monday at 8 AM. 8 AM came, and no Jay. At 8:10 Jay emailed to say that he couldn't make the appointment and asked if he could come by at 4 PM instead. I agreed. 4 PM came, then 4:30, then 4:45 - no sign or message from Jay. I sent an email asking what happened to our appointment, and I never heard back from him. I rearranged my schedule twice in the same day to accommodate his, and this is how Jay chose to treat a potential customer. Buyer beware: this isn't a good way to run a sustainable business, and if Jay fails the basic reliability test, don't waste your time (as I did mine) attempting to take your business to him. read more

These guys are great, they pressure washed my dirty old truck and completely cleaned the interior. Now my truck looks brand new. And it wasn't too expensive either! Plus the guys that did it were friendly and polite. Overall great business and I'll be getting my truck washed by them for now on. read more

I purchased a car last month and it needed a full detail. I got a hold of Jay, and they came out the very next morning! He and his crew worked their hardest to get all of the stains out of the interior, they got every single stain! I had him come back for a wash today and once again did excellent work! I would highly recommend Jay, he's honest, hard working and friendly! read more

I've never seen two guys work harder on a detail job than Jay and his assistant. Daaaang! I picked up a used truck that was FILTHY inside and out--so dirty I didn't want to even sit in it. In two hours, these guys transformed it into something I can feel proud to drive down the road. I called on a Monday and Jay made the appointment for the next morning, showed up on time and got right to work. Super nice, easy to work with, terrific job. Worth every penny! read more

After being sick and tired of going to get our cars "washed" at many different locations and never being satisfied we finally turned to Yelp and found JAY. Very convenient, he worked with our schedule we didn't have to work with his. He came to our home both times during the weekend and washed our jeep, truck, and work vehicles. We will always call JAYS for our car wash and detailing needs. read more

They were able to come out several hours after I called and did a fantastic job detailing my car very thoroughly in less than 2 hours. Both workers were polite and pleasant. Nothing beats the convenience of having someone come to you to clean your car. I will absolutely use these guys again and highly recommend them! read more

What a find! We saw Jason's mobile wash unit stopped at a gas station and jotted down his number. We called Jason, he promptly returned our call and has been washing our two vehicles (sometimes three) weekly for the past year and a half. His service is outstanding. He is very reliable, prompt, courteous and neat. Our cars are spotless when he is finished as well as our driveway. He contacts us if his schedule changes and also accommodates our schedules. We highly recommend Jay's Mobile Car Wash & Detailing. read more
