Had to visit Caliber Collision after being rear ended as that was where my insurance company sent me. My first impression upon walking in was Casey the receptionist. First impressions are very important and her pleasant, professional and friendly attitude really put me at ease and set the tone for the service that I would receive. I was introduced to my Adjuster, Marcos who while soft spoken was very professional and laid out how everything would work to get my car repaired. I was updated as promised and everything was complete within the time frame that I had been given. A week after my car had been repaired, I noticed something that was not done correctly so the following Monday morning I returned to Caliber Collision and was met with the same positive attitude from Casey who immediately contacted Marcos who verified the error and had it corrected in the time it took to step out for a quick breakfast. I was very happy with the service that I received from Casey and Marcos at Caliber Collision and if something should every happen to my car again that requires body repair, I will definitely be returning to this Caliber Collision location in hopes of the same great service. read more

I used Caliber Collision through my insurance when I hit a deer. The staff was attentive at first but they became pushy as the insurance company began putting pressure on Caliber Collision to finish the job and get me out of the rental. Caliber Collision pressed me into accepting my vehicle with subpar work, saying only a minor piece of trim was missing, it was not visible and would be installed in 30 minutes and it would be there in a couple weeks. I reluctantly agreed, 2 weeks came and went. No part had arrived. One month passed by, same result. I mentioned to the Caliber Collision there were also discrepancies in the work completed that I wanted to point out and get corrected. I was told they would fix them when the trim piece would be installed. Eventually Caliber Collision told me they would call me when the trim piece arrived. 4 months went by, I called to touch base. 6 months, a year, 2 years. I went back to Caliber Collision multiple times to plead my case, and speak with management (difficult to get a hold of) eventually I got a face-to-face and after I explained my situation and they were dismissive. They attempted to say the cleanliness of my vehicle was an issue but at the time of review it was raining for 3 days. I was not going to have my clean. They acted as if it wasn't there problem but yet advised they would call me back to fix the issues. I regret not getting this in writing but I will bring this up to my insurance and go from there. My gf car has some parts off that are missing after the repair and I can see it needs more clear coat on the damaged area. At this point the car was there for two weeks and if I had said something this would just be a huge inconvenience for us. We don't have the time to wait another two weeks to get it corrected. The fact is it's a lousy job and it doesn't take a "professional body man" to notice the details. I doubt they even looked because it's plain obvious! I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I want to start by saying 12 years I used Caliber Collision in Spring to repair my wife's vehicle after an accident and the were top notch. This lead me to decide to use the Conroe facility for repairs to my truck after a tree top fell on it after a recent storm. With that being said I would not recommend this place for any type of service. In the beginning they came across as friendly and helpful. After getting my vehicle it was a nightmare dealing with Karen. they had my truck for a month. when I went to pick it up they were attempting to charge for repairs not made, charge for parts I had replaced that they said they broke and wanted me to pay to replace again. There is dents in the hood they didn't repair, there is trash in the clear coat in two locations and I now have dents in my driver door that wasn't preciously there. I have attempted to contact the regional manager and sent a email to their community manager email with nor response back from anyone. I deeply regret letting them attempt to repair my truck. I should of went somewhere else. It looks as though I will have to take my truck somewhere else and pay out of pocket to have it repaired correctly. From my experience customer service and quality work is not their first interest, instead its about getting all the money they can however they can. read more

this has been an absolute terrible experience. My daughter's car has been there over 2 months with every phone call we've made, having a different excuse attached to it. They forgot to order a part, A MAIN PART, then it's on back order, then we will try and salvage the old part, oh we fixed it and it works just have to call ac to come check lines be ready this week, call Friday again it's all together we just have to call ac to come schedule a check up. we will never return here and I will be calling insurance company to give detail of terrible service read more

My Dodge pickup was rear ended. This is my first experience with Caliber and I would highly recommend them to anyone. I was dreading having to spend a lot of time hand holding the repairs of my truck through this whole process. Nothing could have been further from the truth. David was very professional and contacted me several times throughout the process. He called and gave me an estimate for other body work that was not part of the accident because it would be cheaper to do since they already had things disassembled. He contacted the insurance agent and asked him to call me with updates when the power went out at the shop. When I walked in to the office to pick up my truck David came out to introduce himself and said that he was very happy with how the repair work came out. My truck was ready, sitting in the shade, washed and vacuumed. They came in under the estimated amount, within the original time frame they said it would take to complete (even including the power outage that costs them 1/2 a day), and my truck looks great. brought my truck in with very minor damage, the guy took one look at it and said it was gonna cost over 2,000 to fix. the estimate came out to 2,600 and immediately I threw it in the trash. I got my truck fixed back to 100% perfection for just $500. 2,100 less than what they said it was gonna cost. the guy was also very rude and gave off the impression that he didn't want my business. After backing in to a large plant urn in my own driveway and denting the front passenger side fender and door, I researched local collision repair shops in the area online and decided to get estimates from two that had good reviews. My experience getting the estimates follows: Caliber's new location felt clean and welcoming. Dana was professional, and the estimate came in several hundred dollars lower than the competition whose employee had also verbally stated to me that the final bill "could be higher" once the work began. In contrast, Dana at Caliber told me his estimate was "final." I liked that! No surprises! Dana also said he estimated a 2- or 3-day turn-around---the other collision repair company employee had estimated a 5-day turn around repair. Dana stated the repair is "guaranteed for life at any Caliber location." The other collision-repair company employee did not verbally mention any guarantees as a selling point. Dana also told me if I needed a ride home, Caliber could assist me. All of the above made me opt to use Caliber. The next morning, I drove my SUV to Caliber, and a friendly employee accompanied me back to my house as I drove my SUV home; then he drove it back to Caliber for the repair to begin. I received emailed updates re the repair. Then I received a phone call that the SUV was ready for pick up. It only took two days, and I had the SUV back by last night. Several employees (including Dana) even stayed until after closing so that my husband could pick me up after he finished work and have me there 15 min after closing. The SUV was repaired to our satisfaction. It had been washed and vacuumed and was cleaner than when I brought it in! I am very happy and will recommend Caliber to friends and family living in this area. Glad to see new competition in this area! read more

I had the worst experience with this people, Mr David it's the worst person I had ever had to do business with, because my car its 12 yrs old he won't look at it after I left his shop and came back telling him my car was making a noise it didn't make before and it has a light on wish had something to do the the Collision, he said what do you expect from a car that's 12 yrs old and with that many miles on it. For you information David yes my car it's 12 yrs old but it has NEVER LEFT ME ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD , 89+ miles for a 12 hrs old car, I think it's petty good. Hope your driving a 2020 and hope he never gets in to n accident with a car older that a year so you would never be humiliated like hummiliated me, by telling me I'm driving a old car, i'm driving what I can afford, but also making sure it's taken care of, an keeping it drivable. if you ever get in to an accident this is the last place you want to take your vehicle if it's an older model. read more

Never using again... I've had 2 vehicles there in the past and have had horrible experiences with both of them. Dust covering the whole vehicle... inside and out. Panel lines not matching/equipment not working. Turned on the rear whipper and it works but it was installed upside down....I mean really does no one check that before it goes out door? We've had TWO bad experiences with caliber. The first car had issues when we went to pick it up. The customer service end is GREAT however attention to detail and having integrity in repairs performed lacks significantly. Our son also brought his car here and his experience was worse than ours had been. 3 attempts of picking the car up because it was 'finished', wrong parts ordered, parts installed wrong, body emblems missing and the one that was attached was only half stuck on, damage to glass that wasn't there previously, blame shifting, 3 attempts at paining, re-painting and re-RE-painting and it still looks like a 10 year old child painted it. Please, Caliber, insist your employees take pride in doing good work. We'll never go back and will not recommend Caliber. read more

MY experience was fine, smooth and seamless. until I picked up my car. I took it in on another policy, the work was great, but I pulled out of the parking lot and all the lights on my dash were on. Thinking it was because they replaced the tail light completely, the computer needed to be rest. I called within 20 mins upon arriving at work and they asked me to return the next morning for a diagnostic. I did, then they told me it had all the errors to take it to VW. I did, the mechanic told my husband and I it was the wheel sensor and that was what caused no cruise, no ABS brakes, no tire pressure consistency, no parking brake, no airbags, and the list goes on. He told us it was on the same wheel they just refurbished where I had been struck. He specifically told us they missed the damage!! 4 days later I called to find out what they were going to do to repair as they missed the repair. they said there was no damage on that passenger side( excuse me, you replace the taillight on that side) and told me to call the adjuster. 7 calls in, no return call, I called my insurance agent, he told me to call Geico, no return call after 4 calls, the my agent told me to call the Dept. Of insurance for my warranty on the repair. It is unexceptionable and Geico won't do anything, so I go to the big dogs of the State with Allstate behind me filing the claim. when will they listen that my warranty work is gong to be acknowledged. rating for Dana pushing me off, 0 stars Geico 0 stars. read more
