took my tires here and it was an absolute nightmare. I had two different people tell me their tech…read morewould deny the service if it would incur damage. And i preferred that. One person told me over the phone and another person said it when i asked again at the counter. i asked a third time when handing the keys over and they laughed. i left with all 4 scraped on the outer lip, deep knicks in three out of four tires, about a hundred small deep scratches total from them trying to remove a wheel weight with what looks like a flathead, and marks from their impact drill when they removed the lugnuts. Extremely lazy job. It seemed almost intentional since there is scratches almost 4 1/2 inches away from where the weight was. Total i asked about 5 times before handing my keys over. I went above and beyond to avoid all this. After nearly a two month back n forth, in which there was a time where i had to call three days in a row and each time they said theyd call me back, we came to a conclusion. I voiced my concerns very frequently to them about the long term durability, time spent doing all this nonsense, and the most important part.... the finish and color matching OEM quality. they decided they will repair instead of replace my rims. i asked what theyd do if something went wrong or if the paint/ finish didnt match and they said they would "repair it and be done with it." i would avoid this place at all costs they are a headache to deal with. Very poor communication i would go days without hearing back having to call each time and still not hearing back from them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Even if u do your best to avoid damage, it doesn't matter!

I paid $100+ on April 24th to have an alignment done to my car. I was advised by BCS Tires that I…read moreneeded new tires before the alignment could be completed. I purchased the tires without hesitation. By May 21st I was stranded on the side of the road due to a flat tire. I paid $130 for a tow truck to the nearest Discount Tire. Under further inspection, my back tires were extremely worn down. Discount Tire explained to me that the wear on the wheels were because of the misalignment. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY BCS TIRES ALLOWED ME TO DRIVE OFF OF THEIR LOT WITHOUT LETTING ME KNOW THAT NOT ONLY THE FRONT TIRES WERE BAD, BUT ALSO THE BACK TIRES. I quickly returned to BCS Tires so they could fulfill the 6 month warranty that was perviously promised. They wrote down several other things they saw were wrong with the car. I was then told that they were going to realign my vehicle free of charge since it had not even been a complete month since the initial alignment. I then drove to Brake Check to price check the things BCS Tires had previously quoted. They were surprised to see that it looked like no alignment had been done to my car. I then paid $100 for Brake Check to complete the alignment THE CORRECT WAY. After the alignment was completed, I drove to BCS Tires so they could explain to me why nothing seemed to be aligned. They proceeded to tell me that no work was done to the car since they saw new damage to the vehicle and that cancels the warranty. I spoke with several employees, and an older caucasian man who wore a blue button up (seemed to be the manager). I told them I wanted some sort of refund since they were UNABLE TO PULL UP ANY DOCUMENTATION THAT THE ALIGNMENT WAS EVER DONE CORRECTLY. I was then passed onto a gentleman named Chris WHICH DID NOT EVEN WORK AT THE SHOP AT ALL. HE WAS JUST A FRIEND THAT WAS JUST HANGING OUT IN THE BACK. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! THEY BLAMED THE ENTIRE SITUATION ON A POOR GENTLEMAN NAMED JOSE AND DID NOT TRY TO PLEASE ME IN ANY WAY!!! SO UNPROFESSIONAL. WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS

I went to RNR because the 120-day same-as-cash deal sounded solid. I put $100 down and expected to…read morestay on track with that plan. Turns out they automatically set me up with a lower bi-weekly payment that doesn't meet the 120-day payoff rate--and never clearly explained that I had to personally request the higher payment amount to qualify. When I brought it up, the rep claimed she explained it to me--but I had nothing in writing, no reminder on my receipt, and nothing to sign or initial confirming I understood that critical detail. If it's that important, it should've been clearly documented--not something said once and forgotten. Now I'm stuck on a longer-term plan with added fees, and they take zero accountability. I'll ride it out, but I wouldn't recommend this place unless you're ready to micromanage every part of the process yourself.

They have really reasonable prices, and when you combine that with their honesty, their prices are great. I had pre-approved them to fix $1700 worth of repairs to my vehicle. When I went to pick up my car my bill was $800 LESS than what I'd approved. It turned out that I didn't need everything that they had initially thought. They could have not said anything and just collected all of the money but that's not the kind of place they run. My cars are always ready when they promise. They have a nice clean and comfortable waiting area too. I recommend them to everyone.

I am so appreciative that they could accommodate me so quickly. I came first thing the next morning and I was surprised that my $150 quote INCLUDED the price of ordering me new brakes. I thought that would be just the cost of labor. Anyway this is the best little shop for cars and tires. Go here.

They were super quick and had me out within 45 minutes. I was impressed because they were particularly busy that day and I told them I was in no rush at all, but they still made sure to get me taken care of quickly. My lug nuts were also pretty badly swollen. I'd been meaning to get some new ones for a while, but they were able to offer me a set of one-piece nuts so I wouldn't run into the swelling issue in the future. It didn't feel like an "upsell" or anything like that, because it was something my car genuinely needed. They weren't pushy, they were just trying to address an issue for me that they could take care of while I was there. The price for the set of lug nuts was more than fair as well. Overall, the service was excellent, the pricing for everything was very fair and reasonable, they were quick, and I'm glad I did business with them!
