    Dropped my 850 hp $90,000 ZR1 Corvette off on a Friday for an oil change. Saturday morning I received a call from CarDocs stating my "baby" had been in an accident! Your humor isn't funny, I told the caller!! But, alas it was true. So very sad but so true. The owner of CarDocs, after the oil change was completed grabbed a female employee (do your own math here) and took my high performance car for a test drive THROUGH THE DITCHES OF HIGHWAY 6!!!!! A witness saw what she thought was a get away car leaving the seen of a robbery because of the erratic driving and called College Station police, she stayed with the car the whole time she was on the phone with PD. The owner of CarDocs RIPPED THE CARBON FIBER GROUND EFFECT TRIM COMPLETELY OFF THE CAR ($5,000) destroyed all four rims ($8,000) and one tire ($600) and CarDocs insurance is now trying to determine the total physical cost of repairs AND how much to pay me for "diminished value" now that my car has been in an accident!     Had to walk out. Rude manager and they weren't helpful. He was not helpful and talked down.

I am pleased to report that the camper was adjusted at no additional charge, which was greatly appreciated. Furthermore, I received my car back on the same day. The complimentary shuttle service they provided was also very convenient and helpful. The staff consistently displayed kindness and courtesy. They ensured I was back on the road safely and soundly.     I am disappointed in the competence and integrity of this automotive repair shop…read more Took a Honda CRV to Christian Brothers Automotive in College Station, assuming they would be honest and competent. I have never needed a non-warranty mechanic before. They charged me to diagnose the problem and charged me $800 to repair the problem. Within 24 hours I had the same problem with my car that I had before leaving the car with them for several days. Obviously, the diagnosis was wrong and the repair unnecessary. I called them to ask what we needed to do next. They wanted to charge an additional $4000 to repair another diagnosis that may not repair my issue, Very disappointed that they didn't get the diagnosis correct and that they wouldn't work with me on crediting the unnecessary repair. Of course, I can't trust the next diagnosis.

They do not care about your time, they are in ZERO rush for anyone. I have been here multiple times and am finally realizing this is my last, I should've gone to MIDAS or something, at least they actually tell you what's going on. The little girl who works up front has never been nice to me, same with everyone else to be honest. Obviously a lot of people rate Gladney well, so they must do well often. Unfortunately I was one of the people who had to deal with them, negatively. And I will not return, if anyone in this area asked me for advice on where to go (which they will), I will quickly say don't deal w Gladney. They can't handle the clientele they have built, customer service goes so far, all you have to do is be polite, helpful, communicative, and maybe smile once or twice. Maybe they need to hire nicer employees FOH.
