They arrived for a lockout thru my Good Sam Roadside Assistance. They showed up quickly. They were very kind and got the job done quickly.

These guys are crooks. In the 30 minutes I was their shop I witnessed them quote 2 different people for over 4k in repairs. They mis diagnoses my vehicle twice for thousands of dollars. Confronted them and they left my vehicle in a much worse position than what I brought it in for. Stay away from these guys and any shop in Bryan Texas. read more

They fit me in to checkout a concern I had, and they patched it up, within 30 minutes. Will definitely be coming here for normal maintenance, including oil changes, just because they were so quick and kind. read more

very expensive and inexperienced. They charged for an evaluation and then over $1k to change a part that had nothing to do with the problem. Then they gave me another quote over the 1k for another part that was not the problem either. I started repairing it myself by searching for solutions on the internet. They charge a fee for the wipes and degreaser they use in the workshop to wash their hands. Avoid this place, they make people stupid by overcharging and talking nice. Look for a workshop that knows how to do things. read more

My car broke down and I had it towed to B&B. They have the best service and quality. The people there are fantastic. Rico and Kevin are top notch. They worked with me and were so accommodating. I could not have gotten through this crisis without them. I am beyond grateful and blessed. Thank you B&B. You are the only place I will ever go. read more

I came in with a coolant leak in my radiator and a brake light telling me I needed to change my brake pads. I was charged $90 for a coolant pressure test to tell me I needed to change my radiator (which was already obvious) and was charged an hour of labor which is $188 to diagnose the brake light that was clearly stating I needed new brake pads. I took my car to a different mechanic after being charged with telling me what I already knew and left with the same issues and with $350 less after taxes and fees. I got tricked by their friendly customer service but they have no mercy when it comes to charging absurd prices for the most simple things I would not recommend. read more

Brought a used car in for a full rundown and inspection. They squeezed me into the schedule without hesitation and made special arrangements for my situation. The report was extremely thorough and made me feel very confident my money was spent well- both with them and the vehicle. They found one issue and didn't even try to upsell the repair which they easily could have. This to me demonstrates extremely good character and I now believe I have finally found a home for trustworthy auto repair and maintenance. read more

These guys are very thorough and will offer to fix everything that's wrong with your vehicle-which isn't bad. What's bad is getting overcharged for parts like another reviewer mentioned. $414 for a $186 dollar alternator. We will not be patronizing this shop any longer. My alternator removal and replacement was $869. Please reference the part # from my receipt in the photo and Google it yourself to find it will bring up an option for Rock Auto. read more

I had a check engine light on coming up with multiple codes! George and Gary worked with me and took time to figure out the real issues! They talked me through the whole situation and advised me of the best steps to take! Thanks to them, I drove away with a better driving vehicle and I didn't spend as much as I was expecting to! Great place! read more

Brought my car in ( at around 5 p.m.) because it wouldn't start. They not only inspected the car to see what the problem was, but also, after figuring out that it was the battery, replaced the battery, all before closing (at 6). And they even gave me this cool little thank you basket read more

B&B Automotive Services - How nice - Auto Repair Near Me - Bryan, Texas

I initially took my daughter's car here when it broke down in the parking garage at A&M and Gary handled everything over the phone. Very detailed report of what needed to be fixed immediately and what could wait. Transparency is so important. Now my daughter takes her car here for oil changes too. Great peace of mind to know that there's a reliable automotive place that can help at anytime while she's away from home. read more

The starter was going on my 2000 4Runner. The Toyota dealer in Bryan wanted over $800 to fix it, after charging me TWICE to run the SAME diagnostic two times in one month to diagnose the same problem ($89 x 2). I've always had Toyota do my repairs for 18 years, but for the first time ever I felt like I was being taken advantage of by a Toyota dealership (other Toyota dealerships in other states have never charged to run a diagnostic on my vehicles). B&B replaced my starter for just under $400 (less than half of what Toyota was going to charge). I wasn't going to post a review, but after reading other negative reviews about their prices, I decided to post my positive experience. Thanks for the help B&B. My oldest dog has health issues and saving $400 on that repair last month helped a lot! read more

I was extremely impressed with their service. Stopped in a few weeks ago and they were able to look at my car very quickly. They emailed me a detailed report a few hours later. I will definitely use them in the future. read more

As a young woman in college, I often feel uneasy about searching out auto services, considering the many times I have been overcharged and taken advantage of for my minimal car knowledge. But after my stellar experience, I absolutely recommend B&B to my friends. I had an older car and I had to get my front headlight fixed, which required an auto specialist, as my bumper had to be taken completely off which required special tools. I tried to do it on my my own, but I didn't have the right tools and I am confident that I could've easily caused more damage. I called several places and asked for quotes before I made an appointment with B&B. They gave me a quote for the parts and the labor, and ended up charging me LESS than originally quoted because the job didn't take the full hour of labor. The crew was very nice and polite. They offered to give me a ride and even left a goody basket waiting for me in the front seat of my vehicle. Would definitely recommend! read more

I am a student in College Station, and I didn't have a reliable car mechanic here. I found B&B online with great reviews, and I thought they were a reliable and honest automotive shop. I am a young girl, so it's pretty difficult to find a shop that will give me a fair price. I needed to get my left wheel bearing replaced and B&B was asking for $1350. This seemed extremely overpriced for such a minor fix, so I took my car to a different shop where they offered the exact same product and service for $430. If you're a young girl, I do not recommend B&B unless you would like to get scammed. read more

The bottom line is this shop tried to overcharge us for repairs which wound up being unnecessary after checking with other repair places. I absolutely do not recommend them. We were charged a diagnostic fee which was not disclosed up front and their estimate for needed repairs was about $500 higher than other shops and did not have to be done. We will not be back and cannot recommend this business. If you do go here and get an estimate, be sure to check around before you give the ok. read more

I stopped by-twice-The owner could only tell me his shop was busy. So I really don't have any feedback for you. He referred me to one of his apprentices. Possibly my vehicle was not worthy. So he 'Bye, Felicia' -ed me. You decode that. read more

Charged me $150 just to give me a quote then charged me double what the next auto repair shop charged. Customer service was okay, but I would not recommend this place to a friend. read more

The good: they didn't charge me to confirm the error codes causing the check engine light to come. Nice guys who communicate well. The bad: their estimate to replace a sensor that O'Reillys sells for $36 was almost $900. They kept my car for 2 days and all they did was read the codes. I took my car to Olympic and they fixed it for $286 read more

Highly recommend B&B. I had some neglected maintenance on my 2014 Lexus RX 35 (125,000 miles) along with a CV boot and assy that needed replacing, so this was no oil change. Price was fair, communication and integrity top notch and even used genuine Lexus parts without my asking. Gary, George and all the techs are great. There is a reason they have stayed in business over 30 years. read more

VERRY HAPPY with the service provided at B & B Automotive. The gentleman that helped me was very kind and honest. Once my vehicle was diagnosed they explained all my options and didn't try to push anything on me I didn't need. After they fixed my car they also gave me a free car was token, free oil change coupon AND. Hand wrote a letter thanking me for using them and hoped that I was satisfied with their services. Had my daughter take her vehicle in and man do these guys want to fix everything. They also like to charge high dollar prices for routine repairs. They seem like decent blokes, but be warned and be able to take out a loan for their repair costs. read more

B&B Automotive Services always does an excellent job of repairing my car. I appreciate the full and detailed diagnostics of everything that is wrong with my car including how and when it might need to be repaired or replaced. They don't try to sell me things I don't need. I completely trust them to chose excellent, high-quality parts at a reasonable price. They are kind, prompt, helpful, and honest. In my last repair, they also added in a few small complementary services, which was very thoughtful. I wholeheartedly recommend them! read more

Best auto service I ever received. The first week of school my car broke down and I needed help quick. I went to B&B automotive and was treated so kindly and quickly. Their service rep George was so helpful in walking me through what was going on with my vehicle and he really went above and beyond to understand my situation. I especially liked how after the service was complete you are emailed a link to see exactly what was wrong with your car and what they recommend, like a vehicle report card. I would 100% go back to B&B because the service I received was truly above and beyond, AND I received a good deal on my repairs. read more

I had an issue with my pickup. Could have been major wasn't sure only knew truck started getting hot and leaked all the coolant out. Called up B&B after reading reviews on a Friday mid morning. They were able to see my truck same day, by the time I had it towed there it was after 1100. Within an hour I had an email detailing the inspection they performed of entire truck complete with photos of each component and a video of where the problem was. Included in the email was the solution to my problem and other suggested maintenance items for correction with a message to call Gary to discuss costs. Like many reading this I knew I needed to get ready to haggle. So I researched pricing and methods of replacing for main problem then reviewed suggestions to be able to counter any argument and called Gary. After pleasantries, which is appreciated, we got down to business he explained what I had read about main concern and cost to repair. He quoted me very close to my estimate I was pleased. Then he asked if I had reviewed the suggestions, I had and inquired about the cost of the only one I was ready to have done, quoted another good price and then Gary shocked me, he thanked me for choosing them and that they'd try to get it out before the day was over. True to his word by 1600 I was picking up my truck. Also he tossed in hand sanitizer, free car wash, keychain and snack box. Great work, fast , guarantee their work. Will used them for all needs. Thanks Gary! read more

I am the type of person to be very picky about who can fix my car. I googled this place and saw a few reviews on their services. I called B&B automotive and spoke to them a little bit about problems I was having with my car. They told me to bring it by and they would diagnose those problems first thing in the morning. Now usually some automotive companies can be a little pushy or monotone on the phone, no B&B helped me right away, gave me a few options and they communicated to me with a positive attitude! I got to the shop and they helped me right away! The mechanics were fast and honest! The mechanics went above and beyond on checking my car! They told me what was wrong and gave me a few options regarding my vehicle while giving me estimated prices for each. (Realistic Honest & Affordable Prices) I was ABSOLUTELY IMPRESSED! He then asked me if I needed a ride home since the repair may take a while, I said yes and they pulled up right away with their company truck! Super friendly staff and they absolutely care about your vehicle/baby!! I will NOT go anywhere else in college station, B&B Automotive is my go to for my car services from now on! THANK YOU B&B AUTOMOTIVE!! Y'all are awesome!! read more

Bad repair shop. My son going to A&M took his vehicle in to have it repaired. Quote $1,200 to repair oil pan. After replacing it the engine still had no oil pressure. They recommended replacing the oil pump(Quoted another $1,000). At this point, I drove down from Dallas picked up the vehicle and took it our normal mechanic. They told us the vehicle didn't need an oil pump. They told us the work on the oil pan was not acceptable work. They fixed the pickup tube and properly installed the oil pan. The car is working again with no issues. Stay away from this shop. read more

I nearly purchased a 2004 MINI Cooper S from Buddy's Automotive Concepts LLC.First off, the asking price for this vehicle WAS & IS $8995 although it has w/122,042 miles on it the VIN is WMWRE33494TD80601.I am so relieved I took it to B&B Automotive for a lookover before purchasing. Grant (awesome mechanic) found as follows: Struts are leaking & popping. Bad sensors for dash indicators ( re:oil guage, brakes, tire air pressure, etc) indicating elecrical issues. Drive belt has chunks out of it & is about to break. Oil cooler is leaking where it mounts to engine block. Lastly he found that the horn doesn't work. I noticed that the stereo is just sitting in unmounted & rattles around loudly. When I returned to the lot & told them what was discovered... Suprise, they weren't suprised. Best $40 I ever spent. I purchased a 2009 MINI Cooper S Clubman at Gillman Subaru in Houston with only 9,298 miles on it & in perfect condition for $7995!!!!! Thank You Grant & the B&B team! read more

This place was able to get me in a whim on a very short notice and they were the kindest people I've met at an Automotive shop. My car tire blew ,due to a nail, and to get it fixed I had to get someone to fix it. Unfortunately one of the bolts had to be broken. I had the spare put on but little did I know that it was also very low on air and due to the bolt being gone it was wobbling like crazy. I came in panicked and shaking due to the fact that was car was also shaking violently because of the spare. When making it to B&B they helped me calm down and offered me a drink and talked to me while I was calming down. They got me immediately and kept me updated on the whole process. I actually ending up having two holes in two tires and they managed to fix both of my tires, saving me the expense of two new tires, and replaced the broken bolt and one that was about to go bad. After about 2 hours my car was done and fixed. I couldn't have asked for better service. They even left me a little goody box inside my car. I will definitely be going back to this place for future car troubles. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. read more

Couldn't be happier with my experience. They were extremely knowledgeable and quick to fix my truck. I felt very taken care of. Absolutely stellar service! The owner takes pride in his shop and helped us every step along the way while getting our tire fixed. They also have a great little system set up where after they've done a diagnostic and figure out what the problem is with your car, they send you a link to a diagnostic report with detailed pictures that highlight exactly what the issue is. It was great! Such a nice change after the fiasco Discount Tire put us through. Great service, keep it up guys! read more
