Well, since I am the first to review. Let me be as thorough as possible. Since I have been sitting here for over an hour, second day in a row. I think I have time! First off, I had an appointment yesterday at 5pm. Didn't take my truck back until 5:48pm. Sat here until after closing time at 7pm. Apparently my studs were too long. Didn't have any in stock. So I had to come back today. Got here at 4pm. All that was needed was stud removal and application, remounting the tires, apply center caps and be done. Still here, after 5pm now. Now they don't have the lug locks for my wheels that were "supposed" to be in the wheel kit. They have to order them now. Don't have an ETA on that either. I will have to now come back, yet again, to get my merchandise properly worked on. I am hoping the next time will be the last time. I understand the business, and stuff happens. But I placed the order of these wheels and tires last week. You would think before you schedule an appointment, that you had your ducks in a row. A little pissed at my time sitting here doing nothing, instead of being at home with the family. A little disappointed in how things are turning out. Now to top it off, the mounting tool scuffed up my brand new wheels! The inside rim has scuffs on 3 out of 4 wheels. I understand that with black wheels, your gonna notice everything, but this is too much. Not even 24 hrs old on my truck. Then I looked further into it, the "new" wheels on the display racks also already had scuffs on them as well. All I can say is this, you want to go here, be my guest. The staff is friendly and very helpful. But just be on your toes and inspect your merchandise extremely careful. Wouldn't want anyone else to go through the same experience I did! read more

I was in need of tires for my chevy impala and every where i went i was turned down . no one would work with me to pay for my tires then a friend of mine told me about rent a tire so i decided to check it out as soon as i walked in and was greeted with a smile and a friendly welcome that trule made me feel like they actually cared i told them my problem and was quickly tol no problem at all . they got me all set up walked me through everything i need to do and got me rolling before i even knew it they are very helpful ,profesional and fast with there service .....if i could remember ........best help ever read more

I came here on a recommendation from my sis. I needed new tires bad! I was immediately greeted by staff I explained to him I needed new tires and what are my options because was unable to purchase all 4 tires at one time. He took his time exlained the process. I even wanted to check out how a particular rim would look on my car, he had no problem with grabbing the rim and going outside to put against my car so I could see for myself how cool it looked. I came onto the shop after another store in College station failed to produce quality customer service. After speaking to the manager We discovered that the tire sensors were never installed and they also took care of the used tires they sold me with my new wheels. This store set me up with new tires and assured the tire sensors worked prior to my departure. All in all great customer service and quality workmanship. I had no intentions on making a purchase, He understood my budget and even helped me convince my husband by getting me a great deal and even text him pictures. staff was very helpful and very knowledgeable on top of that. i stopped by rent a tire cuz my car was shaking bad.the staff there was able to look at my car with in minutes and found out i had a bubble in my front tire.i did not have the money to buy a new tire there and then but they were able to get me pre approved for up to 2500.00.They did put my spare on at no charge and i will be back friday to get some tires.everyone must check out this place. read more

I went to get a set of tires for my car and ended up finding a good deal on some black and chrome 18 inch rims and tires. The rims were brand new and the tires were used but the staff up there was able to give me a discount on my new rims so i couldnt pass up the deal. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Went in to rent a tire on texas ave and found out this is an awesome store.they have all styles of wheels and tires for any type of vehicle.I went in to get an aligment and found out they do not do aligments but they refferd me to different location that does.I got pre approve for up to 2500.00.i will be back after i get aligment on my truck.evry one must visit rent a tire read more

I was shopping for some wheels and tires and stopped by rent a tire.They have a large selection and alot of wheels that fit my car.Very easy to get them the guys there tried hard to get me to bolt up some wheels and tires and went as low as $20,didnt believe it but they told me to come on payday with $20 and they will put them on.I ll be there soon. read more
