I tested the mower at home and the back tires STILL DO NOT roll backwards (on any surface). The owner of Mowers & More said he put it back to mfg specifications. He would be correct If Honda purposely makes mowers that DO not roll backwards. He refused to rework on my mower per the warranty! Who doesn't stand behind their work and lives to tell about it?

Yesterday I went with my husband to look at the mowers thinking that I was window shopping. Decided to try to get financed just for kicks and giggles and was approved immediately and was shocked. The customer care there is awesome. They were very helpful. The process was quick but thorough. They were very, very helpful and I highly recommend them. Even if you think there's no chance you'll get financed, try it. You'll be surprised. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you, outdoor equipment and staff. I knew exactly what I wanted when I went in and that's exactly what I got.

When we were lied to by Tracy (parts manager) about the parts being on "back order" -- BTW I personally called Graveley's corporate office and spoke with parts and they said that both parts were available and could be shipped out that day, I called back to Tracy and was referred to Dave. Dave said that their system might state "back order" on the parts even if they were actually in store. He took over the case and found that the parts were actually in store and had the mower repaired and returned to us within an additional seven days. We started it up and immediately had the same problem with it. We called Dave and he said that he would call us back. Having received no phone call, we drove it over to the Conroe location on August 28 (having to rent a truck as usual to do so) and when we arrived were told that the owner had decided that he didn't like our review on the internet and that they would no longer work on our mower. Classy. What a professional move. If you can't fix it, just decide to shuck off the problem to another company. Not a problem Dave. Not at all. Quite frankly it was too much trouble to deal with an unprofessional, lying, group of staff who wouldn't answer the phone (BTW they do have caller ID so if you become a "problem" don't be surprised if nobody answers :) !)

She quickly answered all my questions. She pointed out that my check would have to clear before they could deliver my mower, but that happened very quickly. My mower was delivered by Charles four days after I paid. Everything went smoothly and it was a pleasure doing business with these folks. I did notice that this shop is EXTREMELY busy, as it seemed every landscaper in the Spring area must go there for parts, repairs, purchases, etc. But that is a good sign in my book! The folks I dealt with were extremely helpful and made this purchase super-easy. I would heartily recommend them if you are considering a mower purchase.

I was concerned that after 18 months my propane gauge still read 80%, even though the stand by Generac runs every Saturday at noon for five to seven minutes, and I use a propane stove top for cooking maybe two to three times a week. Everyone at Cunningham was polite and professional even though I badgered Ashley over numerous details with several E mails. I finally connected with Jennifer and scheduled two service calls at an agreeable date and time. 1. The first visit was to fill the tank and Ron took care of that nicely even though the tank only needed a very minimal fill. 2. The second visit was from Lewis who was going to replace the gauge face, but after a brief discussion he pointed out that my gauge was most likely just fine mainly because Ron could only get about one gallon into the tank. After that, I apologized extensively to both Ron and Lewis for wasting their time but both were very understanding and there was no charge for either visit and the gauge is apparently ok. I was also pleasantly surprised that Cunningham does HVAC work and not just propane. I have a firm loyalty to companies that can meet all of my needs and maintain a high standard of ethics, and Cunningham is exactly that company! ...I only wish they could service my stand by Generac as well. But with this well-earned review maybe they will! I certainly hope so. Brian S. Kroll

So grateful to Cunningham Gas Products for their quick response after Hurricane Beryl…read more I cook nearly everything on my gas grill. I feel truly handicapped without it. So, when a tree fell during the hurricane and ruined my existing grill, I was at quite a loss. I do have a gas range inside, but without power, my gas oven will not work. Plus, I like to use my grill for an oven, too. The week after Beryl moved through here, I went to Cunningham to get a replacement grill. Because they keep such great records, they knew exactly which grill I had installed just 2 years ago, and I'm so thankful they had a new one in stock. And, believe it or not, they came out and installed it that afternoon! Now I could really cook! And cook I do on that grill, which is a big made-in-the-USA model. Love it and love the service from Cunningham.

Remember anyone can sell you a tractor or mower but it is the trust you have in the relationship that really counts. I have been privileged to purchase tractors from Gene an excellent salesman and customer advocate. Ever since I walked in the first time he told me what I needed to know! Not what he wanted me to know. The difference, when a salesman tells you what he wants you to know it's in his best interest. Not necessarily yours. That started my relationship with J5. Selling me what I needed. Then there is Craig,, over service and parts. He has been unbelievable!!! Even when parts have been hard to come by he has found a way!!! Don't get me started how he works with sales to make sure everything is just right! Nor how he has handled every warranty issue, plus an insurance claim as fast as humanly possible. Perhaps it's because of the people like Jerry and Shawn that he has working with him. Finally this post would not be complete without mentioning Andrew!! He just assisted me in buying three mowers this month. He stepped up like no one else I know!! So if you want a great deal on a mower go in and see Andrew and if you want a great deal on a tractor go see Gene. You will be in great hands!!! And thankfully this dealership is family owned not like the corporate box stores. Cody Johnson (not the singer, but he may sing) is the next generation stepping up to continue the Legacy of J5 tractors.
