Not what he wanted me to know. The difference, when a salesman tells you what he wants you to know it's in his best interest. Not necessarily yours. That started my relationship with J5. Selling me what I needed. Then there is Craig,, over service and parts. He has been unbelievable!!! Even when parts have been hard to come by he has found a way!!! Don't get me started how he works with sales to make sure everything is just right! Nor how he has handled every warranty issue, plus an insurance claim as fast as humanly possible. Perhaps it's because of the people like Jerry and Shawn that he has working with him. Finally this post would not be complete without mentioning Andrew!! He just assisted me in buying three mowers this month. He stepped up like no one else I know!! When returning it, we also had our generators on the truck that had failed and we were taking for service. The owner of North Main Tool Rental got out his propane tank and started them both (while standing in the hot sun and sweating)! They ran perfectly. He explained that sometimes when you hook up a propane tank they can get an air gap and that keeps them from starting. He said you simply turn off the tank unscrew the connection, you'll hear a hiss, hook it back up and it should work. May God bless he, his family and his business! He probably saved us a pile money for uneeded repair fees!

Yesterday I went with my husband to look at the mowers thinking that I was window shopping. Decided to try to get financed just for kicks and giggles and was approved immediately and was shocked. The customer care there is awesome. They were very helpful. The process was quick but thorough. They were very, very helpful and I highly recommend them. Even if you think there's no chance you'll get financed, try it. You'll be surprised. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you, outdoor equipment and staff. When we were lied to by Tracy (parts manager) about the parts being on "back order" -- BTW I personally called Graveley's corporate office and spoke with parts and they said that both parts were available and could be shipped out that day, I called back to Tracy and was referred to Dave. Dave said that their system might state "back order" on the parts even if they were actually in store. He took over the case and found that the parts were actually in store and had the mower repaired and returned to us within an additional seven days. We started it up and immediately had the same problem with it. We called Dave and he said that he would call us back. Having received no phone call, we drove it over to the Conroe location on August 28 (having to rent a truck as usual to do so) and when we arrived were told that the owner had decided that he didn't like our review on the internet and that they would no longer work on our mower. Classy. What a professional move. If you can't fix it, just decide to shuck off the problem to another company. Not a problem Dave. Not at all. Quite frankly it was too much trouble to deal with an unprofessional, lying, group of staff who wouldn't answer the phone (BTW they do have caller ID so if you become a "problem" don't be surprised if nobody answers :) !)

My mower was delivered by Charles four days after I paid. Everything went smoothly and it was a pleasure doing business with these folks. I did notice that this shop is EXTREMELY busy, as it seemed every landscaper in the Spring area must go there for parts, repairs, purchases, etc. But that is a good sign in my book! The folks I dealt with were extremely helpful and made this purchase super-easy. I would heartily recommend them if you are considering a mower purchase.

They called with a $288 estimate for a $400 washer. I asked if it was worth it and they told me they were confident they could fix it for that. Brought it home and ran it for 2 hours and it quit! Took it back and now they said there was over $400 more damage to it. Obviously they didn't diagnose it right the first time and obviously they didn't test it after they so called "Fixed IT" Worst service I've had in years. Stay away from this scam service company!

I was all set to help somebody by cleaning pine needles and debris from their roof, but only had a narrow window of time in which to do it. In desperation I drove to leprechaun small engine fixes at 2:30 ON A SATURDAY afternoon and asked for help. David soon returned from an errand and graciously agreed to jump right on it. After employing a variety of repair techniques over a 30 minute period, the blower roared to life. I'm so grateful for David's skills and commitment to customer service, and his willingness to get me back in business. I highly recommend him for any small engine repair needs.
