When returning it, we also had our generators on the truck that had failed and we were taking for service. The owner of North Main Tool Rental got out his propane tank and started them both (while standing in the hot sun and sweating)! They ran perfectly. He explained that sometimes when you hook up a propane tank they can get an air gap and that keeps them from starting. He said you simply turn off the tank unscrew the connection, you'll hear a hiss, hook it back up and it should work. May God bless he, his family and his business! He probably saved us a pile money for uneeded repair fees!

An employee was grieving the loss of his father and was reportedly threatened with disciplinary action for arriving late on the day of the funeral. Later, he was fired for being 10 minutes late even after giving advance notice ahead of time. That shows a serious lack of compassion and respect for employees. There were also repeated racist remarks and language in the workplace that made the environment uncomfortable and unacceptable. No employee should have to deal with discrimination or hostility while simply trying to do their job. I hope corporate takes these concerns seriously and works to create a more respectful and fair workplace for everyone.
