Yesterday I went with my husband to look at the mowers thinking that I was window shopping. Decided to try to get financed just for kicks and giggles and was approved immediately and was shocked. The customer care there is awesome. They were very helpful. The process was quick but thorough. They were very, very helpful and I highly recommend them. Even if you think there's no chance you'll get financed, try it. You'll be surprised. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you, outdoor equipment and staff. I knew exactly what I wanted when I went in and that's exactly what I got.

When we were lied to by Tracy (parts manager) about the parts being on "back order" -- BTW I personally called Graveley's corporate office and spoke with parts and they said that both parts were available and could be shipped out that day, I called back to Tracy and was referred to Dave. Dave said that their system might state "back order" on the parts even if they were actually in store. He took over the case and found that the parts were actually in store and had the mower repaired and returned to us within an additional seven days. We started it up and immediately had the same problem with it. We called Dave and he said that he would call us back. Having received no phone call, we drove it over to the Conroe location on August 28 (having to rent a truck as usual to do so) and when we arrived were told that the owner had decided that he didn't like our review on the internet and that they would no longer work on our mower. Classy. What a professional move. If you can't fix it, just decide to shuck off the problem to another company. Not a problem Dave. Not at all. Quite frankly it was too much trouble to deal with an unprofessional, lying, group of staff who wouldn't answer the phone (BTW they do have caller ID so if you become a "problem" don't be surprised if nobody answers :) !)

Awesome service!! Zach (tech) spent over 6 hours taking toilets (3) apart, snaking the drain (in 2…read morelocations) all the way to the city line and running a camera to the city line as well. During this process another tech brought a bigger machine - afterhours. Then he correctly diagnosed the problem - the city line was plugged. Zach talked to the city dispatcher (Saturday @ 8 pm) and then left. Was stunned the bill was reduced to $100 (afterhours callout fee), Zach said "We didn't fix it you don't pay" Was shocked when a Huntsville Public Works truck showed up 2 hours later (10 pm on Saturday) and used 750 psi to unclog the sewer line. Better than expected…read more... I had great expectations when I scheduled an appointment with Karina. I must say they exceeded our expectations. We have used cleaning services before and this one by far is a gem. I wanted to write this review to sing her praises and at the same time, didnt want to share what we found. . This cleaning service is hard working and they go above and beyond expectations. My daughters room was a mess, but when they finished with it, it looked like we had just moved in.
