We've used Joel and his team for two repairs. The first was a Craftsman Riding Mower that had been vandalized on our property. They cut almost every wire under the engine cover as well as stole some parts off of the mower, slashed all 4 tires. Joel came out to our place, picked up the mower, and then delivered it back. Second time over a year later the mower spindle that makes the blades turn sheared off after a lot of heavy use. Once again, Joel came out, picked up the mower, and returned it back with a new spindle and new blades. 30 days ago, I had Joel repair a portable generator and push mower. He came and picked both up the day I called and I had them back within 5 business days. He emailed me a quote for each, then called to discuss and make sure the proposed items were what I wanted. Both the generator and mower came back spotless and in really good working condition. I had to call for help today because I couldn't get the generator to start based on incorrect instructions in the owner's manual. Although this is not a new business, it is new to my side of Willis. I have a lot of small engine equipment which seems to have a problem, usually after storage no matter what additive etc. are used. Just picked up my mower today and starts on the first pull which has never happened since it was new. Fast turnaround with professional service, got an email the night before saying mower was ready with detailed invoice.
