The customer care there is awesome. They were very helpful. The process was quick but thorough. They were very, very helpful and I highly recommend them. When we were lied to by Tracy (parts manager) about the parts being on "back order" -- BTW I personally called Graveley's corporate office and spoke with parts and they said that both parts were available and could be shipped out that day, I called back to Tracy and was referred to Dave. Dave said that their system might state "back order" on the parts even if they were actually in store. He took over the case and found that the parts were actually in store and had the mower repaired and returned to us within an additional seven days. We started it up and immediately had the same problem with it. We called Dave and he said that he would call us back. Having received no phone call, we drove it over to the Conroe location on August 28 (having to rent a truck as usual to do so) and when we arrived were told that the owner had decided that he didn't like our review on the internet and that they would no longer work on our mower. Classy. What a professional move. If you can't fix it, just decide to shuck off the problem to another company. Not a problem Dave. Not at all. Not what he wanted me to know. The difference, when a salesman tells you what he wants you to know it's in his best interest. Not necessarily yours. That started my relationship with J5. Selling me what I needed. Then there is Craig,, over service and parts. He has been unbelievable!!! Even when parts have been hard to come by he has found a way!!! Don't get me started how he works with sales to make sure everything is just right! Nor how he has handled every warranty issue, plus an insurance claim as fast as humanly possible. Perhaps it's because of the people like Jerry and Shawn that he has working with him. Finally this post would not be complete without mentioning Andrew!! I was all set to help somebody by cleaning pine needles and debris from their roof, but only had a narrow window of time in which to do it. In desperation I drove to leprechaun small engine fixes at 2:30 ON A SATURDAY afternoon and asked for help. David soon returned from an errand and graciously agreed to jump right on it. After employing a variety of repair techniques over a 30 minute period, the blower roared to life. I'm so grateful for David's skills and commitment to customer service, and his willingness to get me back in business. I highly recommend him for any small engine repair needs.

Just signed a contract today for my generator, so I thought I would write a review (something I…read morerarely do) about my experience. I talked with neighbors and studied online before choosing 3 local companies to get quotes from and deal with in personal visits to my home. No reason to be negative about the others, but suffice to say the rep from Generator Super Center was not well-informed, Gen Pro's was well-informed, but spent a lot of time "talking down" his competition and refused to quote me on the generator I asked to learn about. I later called him personally, his company twice, and was told the sales manager would get with me (I simply had a question about model numbers they quoted) - I am still waiting for a return call from anyone. Both were much more expensive in their quotes than Grasten for exactly the same things (I requested). Grasten was represented by Tyler Dias, who did an excellent job in every aspect from start to finish. He also quoted me the generator I asked for, then was willing (when I called him) to give a second quote, then a third as I gravitated from Generac to Cummins and finally decided on Kohler. Grasten's pricing was well below the other two, which is why I was able to afford the more quality product in Kohler (with their hydraulic lifters) and avoid the lawsuits and apparent poor quality and tendencies to ignore warranty claims (Generac) and the oft-mentioned slow service related to parts "lack of availability" in the second (Cummins). So, I'm thrilled to recommend Tyler in every way, Grasten in every aspect so far. I'll add a "complete" report once the generator gets installed. Good luck in your search!

Extra star for that one! Once punctually here, he went straight to work and diagnosed the problem. He was able to provide solution and a quote right on the spot. While here he also looked at my dishwasher and suggested we didn't spend money repairing a basic dishwasher (water motor). Repairs would were probably going to be more expensive than the actual dishwasher. He came back out on Friday and had us with a working washer in no time. This was probably the most affordable washer repair and I've had my share of washers over the years. Highly recommend Mr. Stacy Wiese! It's definitely service like you don't experience anymore these days.
