Yesterday I went with my husband to look at the mowers thinking that I was window shopping. Decided to try to get financed just for kicks and giggles and was approved immediately and was shocked. The customer care there is awesome. They were very helpful. The process was quick but thorough. They were very, very helpful and I highly recommend them. Even if you think there's no chance you'll get financed, try it. You'll be surprised. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you, outdoor equipment and staff. When we were lied to by Tracy (parts manager) about the parts being on "back order" -- BTW I personally called Graveley's corporate office and spoke with parts and they said that both parts were available and could be shipped out that day, I called back to Tracy and was referred to Dave. Dave said that their system might state "back order" on the parts even if they were actually in store. He took over the case and found that the parts were actually in store and had the mower repaired and returned to us within an additional seven days. We started it up and immediately had the same problem with it. We called Dave and he said that he would call us back. Having received no phone call, we drove it over to the Conroe location on August 28 (having to rent a truck as usual to do so) and when we arrived were told that the owner had decided that he didn't like our review on the internet and that they would no longer work on our mower. Classy. What a professional move. If you can't fix it, just decide to shuck off the problem to another company. Not a problem Dave. Not at all. Quite frankly it was too much trouble to deal with an unprofessional, lying, group of staff who wouldn't answer the phone (BTW they do have caller ID so if you become a "problem" don't be surprised if nobody answers :) !)

I contacted 5 different contractors - all who provided a bid for the exact same work! Some bids we got were outrageous.... but after reviewing all five contractors - we decided to go with Sisneros Fence! If I could give this place zero stars, I would…read more I brought my mom's camper in for repairs, and it sat there for two weeks. When we finally got it back, only a handful of the items on the repair list had actually been completed. To make matters worse, they installed the wrong color shroud on top. The camper has all black trim, yet they installed a white one without ever discussing it with us. Communication was nonexistent. I called multiple times and either couldn't get anyone to answer or never received a return call. No one contacted me to discuss decisions or provide updates. Then I was told the service writer had spoken with me and that I had approved everything. That simply did not happen. I never received that phone call, and no one returned my messages. Despite doing very little work, the bill was outrageously expensive. What's even more frustrating is that the camper actually left in worse condition than when it was dropped off. The jacks no longer work, which is a serious issue that wasn't there before. To make matters worse, they never fixed the battery drain, so we can't even properly test the camper to see if anything else is functioning correctly. We paid a substantial amount of money and ended up with a camper that is less usable than when we brought it in. The experience didn't improve at checkout. While I was waiting to pay, the employee at the counter disappeared into the bathroom for around twenty minutes with her hairbrush. When she finally returned, she ignored me completely. I eventually had to ask if she was going to do her job so I could pay and leave. Meanwhile, several customers were standing in line behind me, visibly frustrated and dealing with the same lack of service. From beginning to end, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. Poor communication, incomplete repairs, incorrect parts installed, excessive charges, and employees who seemed completely unconcerned with their customers. We paid for repairs and instead received a camper with unresolved problems, new issues, and no accountability. I will never bring my camper back here again, and I certainly won't recommend this business to anyone.
