It took over an hour for them to pull my truck in the bay. They hooked the sensors up to the wheels and left it. 2 1/2 hours later I'm still sitting here with nothing being done to the truck. Having an appointment doesn't do anything to make you a priority. You're still put in line behind anyone that's there before you. The guy in front of me when I came in needed 4 tires. It's been 1 1/2 hours since they started on his vehicle and still not done. Might could understand if they were busy but the guys in the shop are moving like they're stuck in quicksand. DO NOT USE NTB in Conroe. Update: 3/12 hours later and finally done with a job that takes about 30 minutes to complete that I had an appointment for. There was a period that my truck was the only vehicle in the bay and wasn't being worked on. I've worked on my own vehicles for 45 years. This has got to be one of the worst places I've ever had to use.
