I had a review up on Yelp with Natures way Resources & it wasn't a good review. I was upset that I had received 4 cubic yards of triple ground mulch & it had garbage all throughout it. It wasn't a little garbage, it was kitchen garbage bags full of plastics of all kinds. It was a mess. I tried reaching out to the company(by email to the person I was talking to about prices and how much I was ordering) but never heard back unfortunately. The reason that prompted me to write the review in the first place was months later,after receiving the mulch, I was pulling weeds & I was still picking garbage out of the mulch that the rain had washed up to the surface. It looked so incredibly trashy. After writing the review the company called & emailed me to reach out to apologize for the contamination of the mulch, explain that it wasn't their normal business practice & they pride themselves on great customer service & great products (which I've heard about from others in the past which made me choose this company since I was new to the area.) He explained that with Covid, things had gotten a little abnormal & the emails must've gotten lost in the shuffle for the response back about the situation. I greatly appreciated the company reaching back out to me (even after months later) to correct this. They offered to replace or refund my money. I took them up on the offer to replace half the mulch to cover the garbage/plastics on top of my front beds. I've given this company 5 stars because after all that was said & done.... they came through & corrected their mistake. I can understand accidents happening... we all make them. But for a company to right their wrongs, that's a good company to me. The Covid had messed everyone up & turned things upside down so that is totally understandable! I want to add that the delivery driver was friendly & she called both times to ask where I wanted it dumped(the driveway) when she got to my house. This place is amazing!! During Corona we were looking for fruit trees and they had awesome exotic fruit like paw paw and loquat. Tons of blueberry plants and blueberry mix which you can't find anywhere else right now. Tons of Asian pear trees, peach, plum, apple, nectarine etc. Great organic soil options and many other plants. Had been ordering through Fast Growing Trees...NO MORE! The trees here are at least 68% cheaper than online and 3x better shape than what I've been getting through online nurseries. If you live in the Woodlands like we do, this is the place to go. Not bothering to go to the Spring nurseries anymore. This is just at the end of 1488 so close...why waste gas going further when they have everything needed here. Also unlike HGC they answer the phone right away and have great customer service. Paid for 2 yards of fine leaf mold compost and 1 yard of rose soil. Deliver charge was expense too. But what was dumped in my driveway and driver took off was non composted garden trimmings which was hard non composted wood. Blocking my car in for 3 days! Called several times. To pick it up and give Me my order. Never came! They lied about giving me a credit. Over$499 for garbage soul! read more

Wonderful customer service and outstanding product! I wanted to landscape my new backyard and heard wonderful things about the quality and variety of product that Nature's Way Resources offers. I called a few days before I needed product and spoke to some very knowledgeable employees. They explained the differences between their mulches, soils, and compost. I explained what I was looking for and what I would be planting and they pointed me in the right direction. I ended up getting 4 dump trucks worth of product. They scheduled a time slot for delivery and called before it left their business. I am so happy with the quality of soil, mulch, and bull rock I got from them. I even drove out there to check out the plants and trees they offer and picked up several flats of verbena and a few rose bushes. The ladies working in the nursery were quite helpful as well. I will definitely be back for more plants and compost as needed. read more

I ordered garden soil. I told the guy on the phone I had been using Organic and wanted organic garden bed soil for vegetables. When they delivered the soil looked light in color I planted the veggie seeds the same day I planted a bed of tomato plants that had already been started.The dirt Natures way deliveries was horrible nothing grew more than three inches and in some cases not alt all. The tomato bed with the Kellogg organic soil from Home Depot is now 6 feet tall. I have tried to Natures way and they asked for pictures in which I emailed and they would review. I have heard nothing, so I am filing a form with the credit card company since this company did not deliver what I purchased. They are conning people with with selling bad soil at high prices. They never attempted to resolve. read more

So they have the best fungal compost around and a great variety of other mixes and soils etc. Perfect for compost teas. The service can be great if you are patient and know exactly what youre looking for. The customer service reps seem lost but they are nice. Its also pretty costly but if you want the best compost then you gotta pay for it. read more
