We rolled in the property on an unmarked driveway and drove through to the back where we found parking. Everywhere you looked were neatly arranged, healthy plants. We wandering for a few moments before a young lady approached and asked how she could help. She then pointed out the areas and layout before we continued exploring. In short order we were met by our friend who wheeled a cart of our finds to the tent. Moments later Ernesto rolled up in a cart and helped us find some bigger plants. He loaded on the cart and ultimately in my car. We filled the entire back of my Explorer with plants, I was flabbergasted at the total value my haul. The prices here are very reasonable. It wasn't a little garbage, it was kitchen garbage bags full of plastics of all kinds. It was a mess. I tried reaching out to the company(by email to the person I was talking to about prices and how much I was ordering) but never heard back unfortunately. The reason that prompted me to write the review in the first place was months later,after receiving the mulch, I was pulling weeds & I was still picking garbage out of the mulch that the rain had washed up to the surface. It looked so incredibly trashy. After writing the review the company called & emailed me to reach out to apologize for the contamination of the mulch, explain that it wasn't their normal business practice & they pride themselves on great customer service & great products (which I've heard about from others in the past which made me choose this company since I was new to the area.) He explained that with Covid, things had gotten a little abnormal & the emails must've gotten lost in the shuffle for the response back about the situation. I greatly appreciated the company reaching back out to me (even after months later) to correct this. They offered to replace or refund my money. I took them up on the offer to replace half the mulch to cover the garbage/plastics on top of my front beds. I've given this company 5 stars because after all that was said & done.... they came through & corrected their mistake. I can understand accidents happening... we all make them. But for a company to right their wrongs, that's a good company to me. The Covid had messed everyone up & turned things upside down so that is totally understandable! I want to add that the delivery driver was friendly & she called both times to ask where I wanted it dumped(the driveway) when she got to my house. I returned it the next day with the receipt and tag still intact. as soon as they saw me coming in with the rake, they came at me ready for a fight. as if their aggressive and crude behavior wasn't shocking enough, one of them who claimed he was the manager told me to "get lost" while he and his buddies enjoyed exchanges of approving smirks as if they found this amusing and fun. I'm so glad we came here! Jaime took wonderful care of us, and helped us find everything we were looking for. They have SO much inventory, it's crazy! I've actually been here numerous times in the past to buy soil and…read moreplants and frequented here a bit last year and have never had a problem but today, they entered on my "do not like" list. I came here in on a soil run. I needed some potting soil I came to buy 3 bags since I know I'll need more later this year. I usually just get the bags then go inside and pay but this time I went inside first. I was met by the guy here, I'm guessing the owner. I've never really conversed much in my previous visits, I just bought what I needed and left so I never met anybody. Anyway, they had some fresh fruit in styrofoam cups on the counter and I was asking about them while buying my soil so he let me try some. Everything tasted great & fresh so I decided to buy a cup of blackberries. Paid for my soil & blackberries. He did something strange. He poured my blackberries out of the cup and into a thin plastic bag with nothing else protecting them. I was concerned but didn't ask which I regret because sure enough, some of them got mushed otw home because they were just in a thin bag on my seat. Even from the grocery stores they come in a container. Then after I paid and was on my way out, he said "I'll go get the bags you need. Just backup and I'll load them." I thought that was weird because I didn't ask for help getting my soil and have always gotten them myself all the past times I've been here. But I'm generally not a confrontational person so I just left it alone. Sure enough, he gave me the worse bag he could find on their pallet just to get rid of them. Two of the bags of soil got some green stuff at the bottom like they been sitting there way too long and one of the other bags was busted open and spilling dirt by time I made it home. These are bags I probably wouldn't have grabbed myself so I'm sure he was happy to "unload" them on somebody. I don't like dealing with aggressive people and though I used to frequent here and live relatively close by, I'm not sure I'll return. They may have just lost a return customer.
