Chose the Timelessly Tranquil arrangement for delivery. The pic on website displays peachy pink with yellow and green. What arrived is cream, pink, yellow, lavender....not what I chose for my arrangement. This is not what I ordered. I don't think I even see any green lisianthus, Baby Blue Eucalyptus. The hypericum isn't peach and the Light Pink Stock is lavender. Is the arrangement attractive? Yes. But I ordered an arrangement based on the esthetics of the colors and did not receive that. And as you can see, some of the edges of flowers are brown. read more

DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST!!! I ordered a special flower arrangement for a friend's 60th Birthday from this florist. I live out of town. Did it get delivered? NO! You want to know why? Because this florist failed to take down my information (cell # & CC#) correctly & just didn't do anything from that point forward. I had to call them to find out my order never got processed. UNACCEPTABLE!!! Just awful. My friend never got her flowers & all I got was disappointment!! And on top of that, the owner hung up on me when I complained about their terrible service. read more

Probably won't be using this floral shop again. I called in to place an order last week. I'm pretty detailed in what I ask for. I wanted bright pink and purple flowers. Was sending a bouquet for my goddaughter's birthday. Price was $49.99 + $10 delivery. Another reason I chose this floral shop was the fact that they're 10 mins away from my goddaughter's house. I asked for it to be delivered between 11a-noon. The woman on the phone said no problem. There were so many issues I had! First I called in at 1p to ask if the flowers had been delivered. The woman said no. I asked for a photo of the arrangement but she said she hadn't even made the bouquet yet but it'll be ready by 130p. She sent me a photo of the arrangement and they were not exactly what I asked for. The flowers don't look fresh and pretty. The petals look wilted and not in good shape. Also they were all light pink flowers when I asked for a bright bouquet. Instead of getting bright pink and purple flowers, I got bright pink and purple tissue paper? I tried to look pass this, but honestly for the price, I'd rather go with a more reputable florist. Someone who has more attention to detail. I felt like everything I said was disregarded. At 2p I get a phone call and the florist said she wrote the address down wrong. Okay... 330p, I messaged the florist and asked if the flowers have been delivered. She let me know they were still en route. I order flowers pretty regularly for my friends and family for special occasions and this was by far the worst experience I've ever had. I waited until yesterday (Saturday) to order flowers for my Mom for Mother's Day (Sunday - today!). All the big delivery companies like FTD, Teleflora, etc. said it was too late for a Sunday delivery. They also have ridiculously high service fees that would've nearly doubled the cost of my order. So I rolled the dice with Creation Flowers since they're the closest florist to my Mom. Gabriela at Creation said a same day or next day delivery was no problem. I also told her my budget, which would have gotten me the very cheapest bouquet at the other online delivery sites. She said she could make something pretty with the colors I requested. Well, they delivered it on time and even called me to verify that it was okay to leave on the front porch since she wasn't home. And now my Mom just sent me a picture of the bouquet. It's amazing! It looks like one of the much more expensive ones from the other companies' websites. Creation totally impressed me. Since I didn't see a picture of what I was ordering, I had no idea what to expect. But Creation made an incredible creation for my Mom. I'll definitely use them again! read more

I needed flowers sent to someone in the Northwest Houston Medical Center, and after a search of flower shops nearby, I decided to give this place a try. They have different flower arrangements on their website, and when I called to place an order, I found that you are supposed to reference the number of the picture in the gallery. The owner was extremely nice and helpful, and I let her know what my price range was and she said that she could make an arrangement within that price. She told me what flowers she could use and asked what colors I would like. There was a $10 delivery fee, and I got a call once it had been delivered. I am very pleased with the customer service here because she made it very easy on me. read more

I needed a plant for a funeral and found Creation Flowers on the internet, I called and ordered a Peace Lily. Mabel was so helpful over the phone and stated she only had one left and would try to get same day delivery accomplished. Couple hours later in the day she calls me and informs me that the one and only Peace Lily is unhealthy and she was at the store to purchase another and they did not have any Peace Lilies. She offered to send me a picture of the plant available that she was looking at and it was beautiful, prettier than the Peace Lily and I accepted that one. I never in my 50 years of life had a florist call me back like this. I have ordered several arrangements by phone and there have been none to call me. She is amazing and obviously honest person. 5 STARS in my book.... read more

Searched on line for a florist near our friends Rehab facility and were lucky to find this shop. The flowers they showed on line were beautiful and figured we would give them a try. Mable was so friendly and accommodating and told her what we wanted and she assured us it would be taken care of and delivered that same day. Our friend called us with tears saying how beautiful the flowers were and how much they were appreciated. Living across the country, we were taking a flyer, but could not be more satisfied over the quality and freshness of the arrangement.
