When we finally were to meet, to keep a long story short, my now-husband and I went to the wrong place twice, and Cyndi was extremely gracious, not a hint of annoyance with us. She had wonderful ideas, a great eye for details, and was patient when we had to cut a few things due to budget. The overall product was absolutely *gorgeous*. Elegant, classy, yet fun. She exceeded my expectations, and got everything done on very short notice. I would recommend her to anyone.

She knows you have a budget and she works hard to keep you within that budget. My son and daughter-in-law's wedding was absolutely beautiful. The bouquet had a Vintage touch. The Bride and Groom's Table had two jeweled candelabras that Cyndi provided with flowers cascading down. She made two extremely long swags. These stair rail swags added the perfect setting for the Grand Entrance. It's unbelievable what one person can do with flowers. Two words come to mind when describing Cyndi Sharp... Elegance and Charm. If you want someone that listens to every detail, takes it all in and comes back with a design above and beyond what you could have ever imagined, Cyndi is the floral designer for you. Your dreams will come true. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Last week, a flower arrangement was delivered to me as a gift. It was a small arrangement and the…read moreshape on top should have been rounded, but because the arrangement was so sparse, and poorly configured, there was a big empty space in the center of the arrangement and the other flowers, which several were wilted, flopped out of the sides. The bottom line is the arrangement had few quality stems in it, to the point that it looked sparse and thrown together. When the flower shop was called about the issue with the arrangement, the woman on the phone was somewhat rude about the complaint, but sent out a replacement the next day. The replacement was much nicer, and exactly how the original arrangement should have looked. What made my opinion of this flower shop turn in a more negative direction is the handwritten response I received from the flower shop. Handwritten notes are good, right? Not this one. Instead of getting a sincere apology from the business, because the initial flower arrangement was UGLY, wilted and lacking in the number of stems, I received a note with my replacement arrangement stating that the previous arrangement was up to par, and that it contained several blooms that would've taken a few days to open. (As if THAT is the reason it looked awful? (I guess they ignored the part about it being mishaped, looking sloppy, and consisting of wilted flowers too?) I took a photo of the initial arrangement and the replacement arrangement, specifically for my review. Always in Bloom, isn't always in bloom, now is it? No repeat business here! There too many excellent florists in town to accept poor quality flowers, and rude customer service.

I had no idea a delivery was coming, so when I got a text that one was on its way, I was in the middle of checking out at the grocery store. I texted my daughter, who has special needs and was wearing noise-cancelling headphones, to grab it off the porch. Between the barking dogs and her headphones, there was a short mix-up about timing. When the driver (Stacy) came back, she was openly irritated with my daughter, saying something to the effect of "really, you didn't hear me with the dogs barking?" in a sharp, condescending tone. My daughter was in tears by the time I got home. When I called to ask for an apology to my daughter, the driver was combative with me too, focused on how long the delivery had taken her, even though I hadn't ordered it and had no way to anticipate the timing. And she's not the only one. Read the other one-star reviews here and you'll see this same rudeness and hostility is a pattern with this company, not a one-off. I then called the manager today to follow up and instead of addressing the customer service issue, he was hostile with me on the phone too.
