I am the sister of Sabrina's client, so not her paying client, to be upfront. And to start positively and honestly, the flowers on my sister's wedding day were absolutely beautiful. It wasn't the flowers that made watching my sister work with Sabrina a negative experience, it was Sabrina's conduct. I was with my sister when she took a call from Sabrina where Sabrina dressed her down (She was upset that my sister had texted her mentioning changes she wanted in her bridal bouquet) - making comments like "You're not spending nearly as much money as other brides so why are you so stressed?" "I shouldn't even be having to talk to you right now." "No bride has ever felt the way you feel, ever." I watched my sister cry, without being able to get a word in, when she was already stressed. It was unprofessional, rude, and not okay. On the wedding day, Sabrina was scheduled to arrive at 12 p.m. for a 5 p.m. ceremony. She arrived about an hour and 15 minutes before the ceremony, explaining at first that she had a family emergency. Later, it became clear there had been a mix-up with the wedding date, despite my sister having confirmed the correct date multiple times. The flowers were beautiful. But Sabrina treated my sister in a way that can only be described as unacceptable and due to her lack of care, it significantly affected the day and my sister's emotional state. I don't often write reviews as a family member rather than the direct client, but I felt this was important to share so others can make informed decisions. read more

I SHOULD HAVE READ ALL OF THE REVIEWS BEFORE I USED THIS COMPANY. DON'T BE LIKE ME! I ordered flowers from Always Floral for a funeral to be delivered on Friday for a service at 9:00 on Saturday. The flowers were delivered on Saturday at 8:58 (two minutes prior to the service). The funeral home was unable to get the flowers into the service on time out of respect for the family. I contacted Sabrina numerous times. First, she told me they were delivered at 8:40 on Saturday and to contact the funeral home. The funeral home was adamant that the flowers had not made it in time for the service. When I told her I knew this was untrue, she angrily called the funeral home and told them she had photographic proof that they were delivered at 8:58. (Was it 8:40 or 8:58? Why change your story?) Most of my emails were ignored until I asked for a refund because the terms of the agreement/order were not met, which she discourteously refused. She has called the funeral home (who is not at fault) three separate times and yelled/cussed and tried to passed the blame. She has not called me once. I am appalled at the lack of customer service for this business and I will not be using it again, nor will I recommend it to anybody. read more

I'll keep it short and simple -address is incorrect and hasn't been updated for 2 years -website is falsely advertised because even though they give you the option to pick up at a certain day for a certain bouquet, it is very likely they are unable to keep their promises - owner is very rude. I spoke with the owner on the phone and she gave me a very bad attitude followed with some vulgar language. It's quite obvious that this woman doesn't know how to run a business. Sent flowers to a friend in hospital and what she received was completely different from what was advertised on the website. Now, ordinarily I'd be understanding of that, but not in this case. I actually called the florist and spoke to a lady who said yes they could deliver today (New Years Eve) and i asked if they could make this particular bouquet that I saw on the website and she said yes, we got fresh flowers today. I then asked if I should place the order with her now or order online. She said I could do either. I chose to do the order online so as to avoid any mistakes. Flowers sent & received as promised, but the recipient may not have known who they were from if my name hadn't also been on the card. They misspelled my husbands name so badly, it was unpronounceable! The recipient sent pics of the arrangement and it looked nothing like what I ordered. I called thinking they would be closed by now, but she answered the phone and after I told her my grievances, she said she couldn't make the exact arrangement b/c she didn't have those flowers and "I put in the more expensive roses instead. I thought you'd be grateful." So my point was, if you didn't have the flowers, why tell me you can make the arrangement?!! Also, she had nothing to do with the typing of the card and she doesn't have time to read nor a desire to read the cards. She offered to send the recipient a hard written card, but that doesn't fix anything; they already figured out who the flowers were from. In addition, the type on the card was almost illegible (see pics). In summary, I would definitely NOT recommend this florist. Customer service is poor if you are trying to place a retail order. Have tried on several occasions to contact them during their posted business hours. They either say they are too busy or do not respond at all. I called to verify if my flowers were delivered since i wasn't able to reach the person I had ordered the flowers for. Lovely experience. I live out of state but needed some flowers to be delivered in Spring. I prefer to contact a local florist rather than just ordering blindly online. Always Floral was first place I called after a little research. Sabrina was so helpful. In fact I called back a few hours later and had to make a change with my order, no problem she took the time to explain what she had in mind, asked me about the person - to get the right design and flowers. It was for a funeral, but for someone who liked a little color and she understood that and the arrangement was much appreciated! I am so dissapointed in my bouquet. I had high hopes for this place as Sabrina seemed very detail oriented but her customer service is for sure lacking. I gave her specific details and felt confident in her work until about 1 week before my wedding. She called me and started mentioning sunflowers which was not at all in my order and then asked me to send pictures again. Red flag! Fast forward to the day of my wedding. My courier picks up my order and apparently had some choice words for Sabrina but what I was told is the lady told her how horrible my bouquet looked (which it did) and that she should be ashamed of herself for making this trash (which it was). So Sabrina decides to call me and tell me off on my wedding day ..... so I get the flowers and I am absolutely devastated at what I saw. All the flowers were dead, it had this horrible green fungus looking stuff hanging off of it. I am 6ft tall and this stuff was almost to the ground. It was atrocious. Thankfully my wedding planner was able to piece together some form of a bouquet. The corsages and boutonnieres were miniature not at all what we ordered. She owes me a refund. It almost ruined my wedding day. Here are two pictures one is what she gave me and the other is what my wedding planner was able to put together. **SIDE NOTE** I left a review on google and this lovely woman named Sabrina bashed my courier. She then tried to take credit for the flowers that my coordinator fixed because of her shitty job. She is literally crazy and I suggest everyone stay away from her and this shop. I called Always Floral a week before a delivery of a 36 rose (18 red and 18 pink) arrangement with balloons for my wife for our 36th wedding anniversary to be delivered to her at her work. I specifically asked if they could do the 18 red and 18 pink roses and I was told on two separate occasions that "absolutely we can do this for you", especially with the time frame that they had (~1 week) to work with. They would have them trucked in fresh and then delivered the next day. I did not get what I ordered, was told I would get or paid for. The red roses were there, but there were only 2 or 3 pink roses and the rest were peach. When I called and spoke to the lady who answered the phone, she argued with me and told me that I had been given a more expensive blush rose and that they were pink. I have man eyes, so I asked a number of women what colors they saw in the picture that was sent to me from the Always Floral, and it was unanimous, red, a pink or two and the rest peach. Don't get me wrong, it was a beautiful arrangement and my wife loved it, but it was not what I asked for and was promised. NO appolgies, No how can we make it better, just a snippy," well we can go and take them back, if you would like". Then to be argued with by Always Floral, just sent me over the edge. The funeral home takes advantage @ the situation & prices for flower arrangements are exuberant! Flowers were beautiful. Arrangement size... nice. Delivered on time...check. The arrangement itself (in my novice opinion) not overly impressive. I felt that by putting flowers of the same type and color in a bunch it didn't allow the colors to show themselves off in the impressive manner in which they could have if the had been spread throughout a bit more. I relayed my feelings to the owner in these words (almost verbatim) and was told I was being petty and that they NEVER have complaints. I expressed that I was not complaining simply giving her my opinion. After spending $150 on flowers, five balloons and delivery I feel my opinion should have been gracefully listened to and then been told that it was appreciated and thank you for your patronage. After completion of our conversation and hanging up she could call me an idiot, a moron or a jerk and she would have probably gotten more of my money in the future. Now...probably not. read more
