My go to place when I need flowers. The flowers are always fresh and the arrangements absolutely stunning. It's expensive but well worth it.

I ordered 2 arrangements for my mom & grandma for Mother's Day. The employee I spoke with on the on the phone was rude but we got through the order. I ordered the Velvet Lady ($225) & Miss Flamingo ($180). They charge you an additional 3.25% on top of state tax for credit card orders, so don't be surprised if the total is a bit higher than anticipated. Delivery is $15. The day comes and the arrangements arrive. Velvet Lady looks nothing like the photos, is wilted & several of the flowers look like they're dying. I contacted Bloom & Box regarding the disappointment and they were incredibly apologetic. The reason why this is 5 stars is b/c Gustavo sent a brand new arrangement, with delivery fees waived, the next day. The new arrangement looks INCREDIBLE!!! It's showy, the flowers are in pristine condition, and the presentation is extravagant. This is customer service done right. There are a lot of B&B employees and I can see how there may be inconsistencies in the arrangements that they produce, but I appreciate Gustavo's initiative to make things right instead of turning the other cheek. Because of his integrity, I will be returning as a repeat customer, and will definitely be hiring for possible events in the future. read more

I ordered the "Devine Garden" arrangement this morning and they delivered them by lunch. I received an error message on the website and called to confirm that they received the order. They really have some beautiful floral arrangements here. So far I have purchased five of the 53 were to die for two were mediocre. Sometimes the flowers that they give can be a little old and don't last as long. I hope they start adding chocolate in the roses instead of just an extra box. I ordered the box with the champagne in the roses and it was beautiful. This is definitely a spot that I will continue to visit. I just wish they were little bit more consistent with your flowers. I did have one bad service experience that had me waiting for 45 minutes to receive a bouquet that was wrong I had left and had to turn all the way around and come back. I recently got flowers delivered to MD Anderson Cancer Center. Owner was wonderful- taking my last minute order after hours and delivering the next day. Flowers were beautiful and the arrangement was FULL- bursting with beautiful flowers artfully arranged. In fact, the actual arrangement was better than the beautiful photos on the website-- which is such a rarity, especially when ordering from an out of town florist.
